Very
disappointing!
A
doctor
should
respect
the
patients
and
if
there
are
given
appointments,
these
should
be
respected
too!
To
order
around
10
patients
at
the
same
time
at
3pm
and
not
to
show
up
till
3:30pm
is
not
acceptable
at
all.
We
left!
We
visited
the
clinic
couple
of
times
and
satisfied
not
to
return.
Update:
Dermatologist
Raya
Hijazi
even
thinks
it
is
not
a
big
deal
to
let
patients
wait
for
an
hour,
also
keep
her
patients
standing
in
the
overcrowded
waiting
room.
Seriously?!
For
sentences
like
‚not
big
of
a
deal
to
wait‘
I
would
feel
a
shame
only.
Anyways:
both
me
and
my
daughter
wanted
a
follow-up
as
none
of
our
different
skin
problems
were
solved.
Saying
every
skin
condition
needs
time,
fine!
In
our
case:
not
recommended
at
all.
The
secretary
(I
think
she
is
the
one
answering
as
Dermatologist
Raya
speaks
better
English
than
the
answer)
needs
a
course
in
communication
skills,
the
clinic
itself
training
in
management
skills.
Lack
of
communication,
management
and
dermatologic
skills
..
it‘s
a
fail.
