Me
and
my
colleague
organised
our
trip
to
Jordan
from
Oct
21-29,2003
and
all
I
can
say
is,
if
you
can,
better
transact
with
another
agency
and
avoid
ENJOY
JORDAN
travel
agency.
We
were
45
participants
in
this
trip
and
our
before,
during
and
after
experience
were
CATASTROPIC.
Maha,
the
one
who
we
were
dealing
with
was
unprofessional,
unorganised
and
we
had
so
many
problems.
Before
the
trip:
-
during
our
conference
meeting,
always
late
2
hours
of
our
scheduled
appointment
because
she
was
sleeping
-
doesn't
know
the
details
because
the
contract
is
not
infront
of
her
during
our
conference.
-
infos
of
prices
changes
left
and
right
which
are
not
written
in
the
contract
DURING
OUR
TRIP:
-
Arrival:
several
participants
couldn't
do
the
check-in
because
MAHA
didn't
send
the
updated
list
of
participants
even
those
who
requested
and
paid
for
1
night
extra
-
I
on
the
other
hand
added
1
night
before
the
event
for
full
board
in
Dead
Sea
(breakfast,
lunch,
diner).
I
didn't
have
my
lunch
and
for
my
son
and
have
to
pay
20€/head
because
according
to
her,
it
is
not
included.
The
price
for
our
reservation
of
the
event
is
the
same
price
for
1
night
extra.
Why
make
things
complicated?
-
During
check
out:
a
night
before
the
check
out,
agency
gave
me
the
number
of
our
driver
Mohammed
and
I
was
in
contact
with
Mohamed
for
our
check
out
and
our
desire
to
check
out
earlier
so
we
could
leave
the
hotel
going
to
Wadi
Rum
and
watch
the
sunset.
The
next
day,
Mohamed
didn't
inform
us
that
he's
sick
and
we
only
found
out
at
1:30pm
that
he's
sick
and
the
agency
told
us
during
this
time
that
we
have
new
drive
HAITEM.
Nobody
informed
us
the
situation
and
we
were
waiting
until
3:30pm
hungry.
VERY
UNPROFESSIONAL
-
we
had
a
uncomfortable
bus
with
poor
condition
from
Wadi
rum
to
Petra.
Aircon
didn't
work
well
and
bus
automatically
stopped
twice
on
the
road
because
of
the
bus
poor
condition
-
we
paid
for
the
conference
room
in
Amman.
Last
day,
we
were
informed
that
we
couldn't
use
it
because
another
group
will
be
using
it.
That's
not
absolutely
our
problem.
We
reserved
the
conference
room
months
before
or
even
a
year
before
our
trip.
-
we
were
unhappy
with
our
hotel
in
Amman.
Food
is
ridiculous
-
everytime
we
call
ENJOY
JORDAN
(Maha)
and
tell
them
our
problem,
it's
always
money,
money,
money
DURING
OUR
BUS
TRANSFERS
from
Amman-Airport:
-
schedules
of
our
navette
was
not
respected.
First
group
had
to
take
a
taxi
and
pay
it
on
their
own
because
the
agency
doesn't
even
care
to
look
at
the
schedules
we
sent
them
months
before
and
up
to
date
list
of
all
the
departures
with
flight
schedules
Go
somewhere
else.
For
us
(me
and
my
colleague),
a
big
headache
for
organisation
because
of
the
different
problems
we
encountered
due
to
unprofessionalism
of
this
agency.
BEtter
pay
somewhere
with
a
good
price
and
have
a
good
service
instead
of
choosing
someone
cheap
yet
you'll
have
a
big
headache.
I
wouldn't
recommend
this
agency
to
be
frank
and
sincere
