Honest review: You get to your destination and it’s a safe way to get from one spot to another. The ride is relatively pleasant. Depending on where you go, you might be considerably late. From Aqaba to Petra, they say it takes 2 hours, but you stop at Wadi Rum first and there’s another stop at a souvenir shop where the driver says it’s a 10 minute break, but in reality you stay there 30min+ and they try to sell you stuff. So instead of 2 hours, plan to be on the bus for around 4 hours. They know that it’s not gonna be 2 hours, but they don’t care and don’t tell you. From Petra to Wadi Rum, it took 2 hours, as promised. The bus is relatively pricey, so ask for taxi prices, it might be cheaper depending on how many people you are. Choose your option and have a safe trip 👍🏻 Please like the review so that others can see it as well.

Watch out for the scammers ! Took the bus from Amman to the border crossing. This ticket should include the shuttle bus from the Jordanian side to the Israeli side. However the JETT shuttle bus driver insisted I paid again and was pretty aggressive. Then took a photo of my ticket (clearly he can claim the costs twice). Do not pay the scammers ! JETT need to stop this behaviour from their employees !

Good company for our experience a trip to Petra. Bus left on time as scheduled. 3.5 hrs to go one way . They stop midway for 15' min break. Impossible to buy ticket online because they do not accept foreign credit cards. No way. Able to buy online with 12goAsia but the service is not immediate. It takes 24 hr to get vouchers. One drawback: seats are a bit narrow but ok. Arrival and departures from Petra just in front of visitor center. Plenty of time for a one day trip to Petra

This is the place where you could take a bus to Petra/Aquba for budgeted travelers. To Petra, which we were going, we came to the bus station 1 day prior to get our tickets issued. We tried to purchase online but card payments weren't working unfortunately. 1 bus in early morning (6:30AM) to Petra, and no more further. If you need some food, no worries, the groceries around the corner is open, or the coffee stand offered sandwich and coffee. The ticket office is right inside of the "bus stop", the staff was able to speak English. Remember to bring your passport. The bus was comfy, it took us 4 hours to get to Petra.

I used mostly this company to get around in Jordan. There are not to many anyways. I found professionalism and good timing. Once they got a bit late from picking me up but the driver bought me water and stopped very close to my hostel to turn things right without me asking so. They should have more routes and also better connections, so for example you may go from Wadi Rum back to Amman and so on.

Mixed experiences with this service. It really depends on which employee or driver you have. For example: trip to Madaba, we were 5 hours on the bus only to have 3 hours to stay in the tourist attractions. The driver took us 45 minutes unwanted to an ugly restaurant although nobody ate there and we even asked the driver not to stop there. This happened 3 out of 5 times when we used this service. Sometimes 30 minutes, or we arrive to late because of the unwanted stops in restaurants or souvenirs shops. Since there is not a lot of alternatives in Jordan for public transport, we had to use this service. Therefore I would still recommend to use it.

I really don't recommend them! The website crashes when trying to make a payment - I had friends in Jordan, with Jordanian cards and phone numbers, try to make the booking and it crashed for them too. I called customer service but their English isn't the best and the only solution was to come in person, which if you're planning a Petra trip in advance for example is impossible. Because of the technical difficulties, the tickets sold out and I wasted about 5 hours and inconvenienced friends, colleagues and the hotel concierge to try to figure it out. Instead I had to pay x8 the price for a private driver there. I'm sure it's a good service if you manage to get tickets but it was a very bad experience online and for that I don't think it's a viable option for tourists. They also only have 1 bus there-back every day so of course they will run out of tickets.

This is the main bus station in Amman city centre for Jett bus. All other cities can be accessed through this station. Online booking is preferred but tickets can be bought over the counter.

The positive things is that the buses are leaving according to the program and in some occasions the buses have place to charge your telephone. The negative things are a lot, i will start with the worse one, we have booked a round trip to dead sea and the driver and the manager of the station was insisting for us to pay for entrance 15jod to a hotel otherwise we will have problem. Fortunately, we have read before visiting what is happening and we stopped, with a lot of pressure to the driver,in the final hotel with another couple and took an uber, for 2 jod we were free in the dead sea . Secondly, the station was very dirty and in some cases the buses are old. In the trip we had to Petra we didn't face any difficulty, however the bus delayed a bit to arrive. I would recommend to use this service at your own risk. You never know what it would happen

I'll only give it 3 stars instead of 1 because from a "technical" point of view, they did what they promised (send me to Aqaba and back). However, few flaws still remain: 1- They tickets are over priced. 2- The bus took longer than expected to reach it's destination 3- There must be an error with the app since the I wasn't able to make a booking at the counter despite the fact that the app specifically said that there are a lot of available seats. Nevertheless, the employees were professional and super friendly, cant argue with that. I will be more than happy to use Jett again once they fix their issues.

Online Payment over website has an issue. I have reserved 2 tickets and made payment through their website, but i didn't receive any confirmation message of email with the tickets number but it was deducted from account. when i called the call center the tickets were not reserved as there is no automatic process within their online payment system to send back a confirmation email or sms. so i made more than 5 calls to call center and finance department to make sure that the tickets are reserved after a day of the payment. I recommend not to do any online payment on their website as it is waste of time and you will loose more time than reserve them physically at their branches. After all this effort no body from the call center was authorized to send me a copy of the reserved tickets or receipt, so it was just over recorded calls. keeping in mind that their application is not compatible with any new android system.

Having ran out of options, I took a round trip to Petra with Jett, leaving from their Abdali office. The service was ok and you should not be afraid of relying on them. It's by far the cheapest way to go to Petra from Amman for a day. Be advised: - Trip takes a little over 4h, not 3h as noted in their website/timetable. You will arrive in Petra at around 10:30AM, which leaves you ~6h to explore in case you are returning on the 5PM bus. You will be back in Amman at around 9PM. - There is a long break in the middle of the way that feels unnecessary. - The bus is fine. Not super comfortable but not bad either. - Driver can speak some English. He's not courteous, but does his job. Jett delivers what is promises at a fair price.

Paid 55 JD for a round trip to the Dead Sea with a resort pass. When I got to the resort I had to wait two hours because Jett never gave me a voucher and refused to send it even after I called twice and the hotel called multiple times. The second call the guy even hung up on me.

Experience from Nov 22: The bus to King Hussein bridge no longer includes the bus across the bridge. It just brings you to before the bridge and you need to pay again to cross the bridge. 11 JOD to before the bridge, and 7 JOD to cross the bridge. Cheaper to take a shared taxi. It's a rip off!

Unfortunately these are the only buses that takes you to the main attractions outside Jordan. The stuff doesn't speak any English and they seem that they dont realy care about the customers. Only for their own. I paid the price twice from the website and it didn't work, so to find a solution, i went on their offices face to face. They tell you to download the app but its still crashes. Our bus arrived on destination 1 hour late as well.

They have numbered settings which is nice, chairs can be reclined back which is very needed on long trips, but not all chairs have leg rests though. Not syre if the bathroom works or if there is one. It's a very niche company in Jordan that monopolised (I think) transport to touristic cities so I can't really compare it to anything else. To buy tickets is very easy, and there is literally daily trips to most sites. Well done to them.

Good bus services to travel around Jordan. They offer regular bus routes to and from the main cities and turistic spots, as well as full day trips from Amman to places such as the Dead Sea and Jerash. Their buses leave always on time and are relatively modern and comfortable. The only bad thing is that you can't buy tickets online for the regular routes without a Jordan bank card and phone number, which is quite annoying and inconvenient for foreign visitors. You need to go physically to their offices once you have arrived, or ask your hotel to purchase/reserve the tickets on your behalf (which is what we did).

This is not about the bus station, but the trip to Jarash. Horrible organisation! There should be a partial refund. Half of the bus consciously did not book lunch to have more time for the sights. Instead of leaving them there and take the rest of the bus to the restaurant, people who had not booked lunch have ro sit and wait there without food. Never experienced anyrhing so silly.and disrespectful.

I went today 03 dec to buy a ticket back from the Dead Sea as I am going there on my own. The woman (an employee) in the Jett office Abdali Amman, was very rude to me, for no reason. She didn’t say Hello back to me and directly asked me to sit and wait in a very agressive way. She had a very racist attitude. When buying the ticket she insisted on selling me a two ways ticket instead of the « one way » I wanted to buy. She didn’t give any valid explanation, it was clearly a scam. She refused to give me any information on where and when to meet the bus. All she said is «  I cannot help you »… and « you figure it out your own way » . She seemed very happy/smily being evil, although I told her its my first time in Jordan. She’s racist … Luckily there was another colleague of her there, whom I asked for help. He called the bus driver and put me in contact with him. Really bad employee attitude JETT, such a person shouldn’t be in contact of tourists …

Horrible company Horrible busses!! Hardly any air conditioning and a nasty in bus restroom! Coming back from Aqaba, they give you no break!! So 4:30 hr with no break!!

My problem was not with the company itself, but with a partner of the company. The bus stops between Amman and Petra for a toilet/refreshement brake. At the pit stop the owner of the place made racist remarks towards be, saying that I need to pay 100x the price for a chips bag. Needless to say I did not pay anything from this place. Jett bus should be more careful who they partner with.

If you're staying around downtown Amman, this is the closest JETT station to you. The employees are helpful and speak decent English. I'd definitely recommend it to travel between cities.

Cheapest way to go to Petra from Amman, you can book tickets online from website or app and it is 11 JD/person and the bus leaves at 6:30 am and you’ll arrive around 10-ish. Fast, quick, stops halfway for great local cheap coffee and clean toilets.

Great service and a wonderful price! We took the bus to and from Petra for a three day trip. The process was very easy and both buses were very clean. We stopped halfway at a rest stop for 20 minutes on each trip. I was not able to utilize the website for tickets, but purchased in person the day before leaving with a credit card.
