I dont like their after sell service ...I bought a puppy after 3 days I want to return it back they refuse...soooo bad NOT Recomended this pet store to anyone, you are absulutily right ( zookeper) pet are NOT a toy but some time suddenly something happened in your life ...as a store you have to help your client.... you refuse even to discuss how to help....it was really a baaaaad experience.

An inhumane pet shop, liars and crooks. They sold me a small kitten claiming she was 2 months old, one day later I took her to a vet and the vet told me that she is fully infected with fungus and has an extremely week immune system and is not in the slightest above 1 month old. The small kitten lived for about a week and collapsed and unfortunately died. I called them to report this back to them today and the person (male) that answered the phone, claiming his brother owns the store, was beyond rude and disrespectful. Upon answering the phone he said i’ll call you later i’m not awake, and then kept saying the vet was a liar and was just after the vet’s name. This place is HORRIBLE, NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM, they should really shut down their store. REVOLTING

Best place ever.. You can find everything thing here.. The hygiene of this place is 5 stars and the caring for animals are amazing.. I was able to do my dog papers to travel with him to turkey.

Best pet shop i ever visit am soo happy to buy from them they are soo helpful and trustworthy The pet manager mahmood helped me in Alot of things even after a bought the cat . The shop soo clean and beautiful and the are soo kind and awesome

I recently bought a toy poodle from zookeeper, and honestly Ammar changed my perspective on pet shops in Amman. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking getting a pet. They are super sweet, friendly, knowledgable, and above all else trustworthy. They also have everything you could ever need for your pet!
