I wonder why it's called Dabouq District when it's in Khalda... Anyway, there are definitely design flaws in the building's layout; it's very poorly designed with poor utilization of space! They have two elevators and no working escalators, and only the one in the middle gets you to all floors + long corridors that have no purpose and lead to nowhere. You wouldn't know where the main entrance is because it's actually hidden from view. I don't know what to call this place, it should've been just a restaurant complex but it tries to be so many things at the same time and it just doesn't work. They do have an underground car park: G, B1, B2 and B2 is the largest (as you can see in the photos) and it leads straight into the exit, but people park outside since they don't like to walk and that's why they never find any parking spots. I definitely think they need to put up signs for the parking entrance and exit. There are hardly any shops, only a couple of boutiques and a bowling place. Not much to do there in terms of shopping, this place is primarily suited for dining and enjoying beverages.

Good destination which has a lot of shops interested in the family where you can spend full day with your kids. Many restaurants and games for kids, rooftops and covered parking. Also many shopping shops that sell great brands for an affordable prices.
