I Go to miles A lot It's one of the main reasons I go to mecca mall And to buy some food but they have a small pack of donuts Its not found often You may not find it anywhere else it's delicious 🤤😋 I love it so recommended

It is a luxury supermarket. The service and quality is definately on a different level. I come for the seafood corner at Miles, I found that they sell fresh seafood here. Great service.

One of the best grocery shopping stores in Amman for sure with a wide range of products and brands. You can get everything you need in one stop and that's why I love it. You'll find all the veggies and fruits, meats, chicken and fish, nuts, cleaning products, baby products, Cheeses and cold cuts, sanitary products etc... and it has it's own private parking with a free valet service

The cashiers outside at the food area did not want to work and restock the food. I tried to order food they said it was sold out , even thought it was still on display. So I asked knowing they have more inside if I can buy it here and pick up from the inside instead of waiting in line they said it’s not possible. So I want inside and bought them and went to the cashier manager if it was possible to buy the food from outside and pick it up from the inside he said YES, and he did not look at me or give me any sort of attention like I was not there. I am a loyal customer since you guys opened I’m disappointed.

Miles Supermarket is very efficient and reasonable pricing. I always get my groceries from this place and it is very convenient.

Good varieties in products, most important that they still care about costumers by using hygiene and cloves in the interance.

They sell Folgers decaf and it was spoiled with bad taste. They should be careful with the selection of suppliers. I talked to them since then and found them very unfriendly. I told them customer relationship management is very crruitial for the supermarket. I am a professor of IT and business and told them that I teach my students "customer is the king." They never tried to understand my complaint. A year and a half later I went back hoping thing are changed. The manager claimed that they did find the sale on the system. That mean he called me a liar. Since I do not have the receipt, all what I need is a listening ear. But all what I got some jokes and accusations. They never tried to understand what I am trying to tell them. To be careful with what they store on shelves and carefully check expiration dates. The coffee was due to expire in less than three weeks. During my last visit about a week ago, they were busy with a serious customer complaint that he received the wrong type of meet. So I guess they do have a problem. By the way, before this happened I would have giving them a 4. I guess they need to change the way they handle customer complaints. From my long experience, I don't think the current floor managers can do that. They do not listen. They throw jokes at you. They are good at accusations. They are not friendly. I stopped shopping there.

Good hypermarket , you can find most of items with some luxurious food brands the casher queue is a bit long, but within acceptable range of waiting time has a fresh vegetable and fruits

Cozy place, well studied and arranged area; you find everything you need in minimum time. Very helpful and professional staff, and the butchery is very clean. Some items are overpriced, no loyal cards or points for regular customers, and no offers as well.

I love coming to this supermarket! The employees are always so helpful and very nice. For example if you ask where something is they will walk you to the product. They have everything that I could possibly want coming from the United states. A little bit expensive but I can't find these things anywhere else. I'm very thankful for their selection and quality products!

Very big supermarket with a lot of options, very diversified. I’m used to modest and small supermarkets in Germany, so I was actually surprised by its size and groceries and products. You can find anything with lotta options. Amazing service at the cashier area. The staff collects the groceries you bought and puts them in the bags. Very fresh veggies and fruits.

It is pricy compared to.other supermarkets. It has some fancy stuff that other supermarkets may not have, like healthy options and vegan, vegetarian options. It has a direkt access from the parking in mecca mall which is very comfortable.

I recently relocated to Amman with my family for work and decided to try Miles for my grocery needs. I brought my little sister with me into the store and there was this lady who was being extremely loud and obnoxious on the phone. She had her phone on speaker and was asking the other person what they wanted from the store. Come to find out that she is the manager and her name is Amal Almanaser, Id expect more professionalism and empathy towards me and my family. I will let my many friends and family know that they should stay away from this classless environment created by Amal.

Extremely well organized and has an excellent varieties of goods and products. Plenty of excellent choices that suits everyone. They accept cash and credit cards. They have a fast lane for quick checkout

A very classy supermarket here in Amman. This is a (very) big supermarket with all the house needs you'd expect in a shop of its size. They have groceries, cleaning products, personal care products, butchershop, and a superb bakery. The design and colors inside the shop are nice and relaxing, and are complemented by specifically chosen music coming from the speakers installed throught the shop at the just right volume. The only downside is the generally high pricing. Definitely deserves a visit.

Best super market in town , only downside is prices on fruits and vegetables are slightly higher than local markets
