learn

or
any
other
instrument,
The
worst
customer
service
ever,
unprofessional
people
at
the
customer
service.
I
have
bought
a
singing
class
for
my
friend
and
paid
the
full
amount
on
spot,
they
didn’t
warn
me
or
tell
me
about
any
type
of
rules
and
policy
or
if
there
is
any
regulations
for
cashback
incase
of
not
wanting
to
redeem
the
class
she
never
mentioned
the
70
JDs
will
be
gone
if
your
just
pay
it
in
full
also
she
didn’t
suggest
to
pay
it
in
installment
of
10%
30%
or
any
other
type
of
percentage
incase
we
decided
to
withdraw
the
participation.
We
tried
to
talk
to
them
many
times,
and
we
talked
to
the
owner
of
the
place,
He
was
very
unwelcoming,
as
I
was
trying
to
tell
him
about
my
problem
(
knowing
we
didn’t
take
any
class
yet,
and
paid
the
full
amount)
he
was
very
rude
to
cut
my
call
and
say”
I
have
a
student
coming
in,
I
will
call
you
later”
and
never
called
to
follow
up
again.
SO
PROFESSIONAL!!
I
decided
to
take
the
classes
on
my
friend’s
behalf,
they
reception
lady
said
I
have
10
classes.
I
took
the
first
one
and
it
was
only
for
30
minutes
knowing
the
fact
she
never
mentioned
that
before,
I
told
her
but
I
will
have
10
hours
of
classes
she
said
its
only
9.30
hours
and
the
30
is
written.
And
9
is
practice.
After
I
took
the
class,
she
made
me
sign
a
paper
that
has
rules
they
never
talked
about
(
Like
be
careful,
ask
about
everything
before
registering
your
kids
into
such
so
called
music
schools
)
She
never
mentioned
that
I
must
finish
the
classes
within
a
month
period
and
all
of
these
rules
just
keep
coming
up
once
you
sign
up
with
them
and
take
the
first
class.
They
are
bad
with
timing,
they
don’t
know
how
to
schedule
your
class
and
assume
things,
I
had
been
moved
from
my
piano
once
to
go
play
on
the
keyboard
because
someone
else
had
a
piano
class
in
conjunction
to
my
class
Just
consider
seeing
other
music
schools,
or
just
save
your
money
sign
up
into
an
online
application
instead
of
dealing
with
such
unprofessional
employees!
