    Turkish Airlines employees are the worst kind, they have no respect for passengers and when asked a question nicely they respond in the rudest way possible. I will never fly with such a terrible airline again. Some advice, either fix your staffs problems because they are all rude or start replacing them with happier people because honestly at this rate turkish airlines will be one of the worst airlines out there. THIS IS NOT TOWARDS THE JORDAN BRANCH BUT TOWARDS THE ACTUAL PEOPLE WORKING IN ISTANBUL AIRPORT GATE AND THE JORDAN BRANCH NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE THEY JUST LEAVE IT TO RING!!!!!!!!

    When you post 5 stars on your website you should respect that, Which is the worst customer service I’ve seen, I feel regret for having a reservation with the Turkish airlines, Bad customer service through the phone in Los Angeles and in Amman as well. I will never book a ticket from you again.

    I have had both a pleasant and a horrific experience with Turkish airlines in general. Amman office was great, special thanks to Mr Ahmad Hamad who helped us with everything we needed very quickly. However, TA in general is not recommended. First I booked a flight on their website and although the transaction was processed from my bank, it wasn’t processed on their website. So the next day they send a refund however, couple of days later, they claimed that same payment once again, which caused me a lot of trouble, both with my bank, and with my finances, and even psychologically because the payment was a lot. It took me two weeks going back and forth between Turkish Airlines and the bank to fix this issue. Meanwhile my balance was in the minus because of that big payment that according to their website was not processed. Also, Amman’s office does not have a phone number so you have to go there in order to sort your things out. The provided number is a Turkish number that you can call from a landline- very costly btw, yet they don’t even know the working hours in Amman during Ramadan. Also, that number provided me with wrong information such as being able to go to the airport to their office in it. All in all, book directly from the office not the website.

    Greetings I came with flyanadul on flight 07Aug.2023 and till now i didn't receive the two lost bags i tried to contact with RJ but unfortunately no any action from them.

    Absolute worst customer service of any airline I have personally flown. They don’t hold seats you have already purchased. They bounce you around from agent to agent. You get a different answer every time tou talk to someone new. Unless they are the only way to heaven, I’ll never fly them again. And, then, I’ll consider going to hell instead.

    very bad experience with their employees , specially one of the girls (she set at the first desk at left) she is very tough with customers . They dont answer the phone at all , I am wondering how they got the License of Turkish airelines!

    I been trying to contact them for over 10 days and they never answer. They were very rude and bad costumer service. I went to the agency in amman jordan and Ola was very very rude and didn't help me at all. The manager Joseph there was also very rude and didn't bother to see me when i asked for help. I am surprised turkish airlines has very bad costumer service. Never booking with them again.

    Great customer service at the office, but via phone number no answer. Beware of parking or you will get a parking ticket for 10jod.

    The absolute worst customer service ever of probably any kind of corporation I have ever dealt with. Both the online and in-office services are absolutely horrible. Entitled, rude, and uncooperative employees that never solve your issues. They don't even understand how their own website works and what their regulations are. if you need anything related to customer service from them then I am sorry in advance to the atrocity you'll experience.

    It is the worst customer service have experienced in Amman , Jordan since my arrival . They don't answer the phone been trying to call them many times and they never pick the phone up .

    The Tk0812 on Sat 4/11 - seat 01A was a big disappointment. Me and my family missed an earlier plane because you suddenly changed the gate and we couldn't run to it , and then you repeated the same thing with the aforementioned flight after we paid a penalty because you didn't believe it is your fault to miss a flight !! how atrocious to keep changing gates like that !! People are not toys to play with by the way, and my parents are old people and had to walk for distances just for your bad policies to reach to the correct gate. After we reached the correct gate, it rained heavily outside and you made all the passengers ride the bus and stand outside under heavy rain and climb uncovered ladder to reach the plane, how rude and inhumane is that?! even a low class airline company won't do that. Finally got on the plane fully wet, that made me sick now , just to sit on an economy chair that you sold as a business class?! that is called cheating, the plane has no business class and you made little arrangements to make it look like a business class. The seats were bad, old and small with no facilities at all. I will make sure to advise everyone I know and write reviews everywhere to let people know that Turkish airlines are really bad and good cheaters that has no respect to passengers . I regret every penny I paid to be onboard.

    Absolutely a joke .....no clue and useless, they lied to me on every thing ,only one lovely lady called razan is very helpful but the rest are useless and scared to take a action The turkish managers are clueless and only sweet talkers But no action I lost over 2000 usd because of turkish airline by not doing the right job

    this company is the most terrible airline company to exist. Their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. they refused to give my 15 year old sister a cup of WATER, FREAKING WATER. They legit refused to let my 7 YEAR OLD BROTHER TO ENTER THE BATHROOM WHEN THERE WAS HALF AN HOUR LEFT FOR THE FLIGHT. YPU CLOSE THEM AT 15 MINUTES. IF YOU CAN AVOID GOING ON THIS COMPANY’S PLANES THEN DO IT.

    Guy in the customer service called Omar I believe, speaks in a way that shows complete annoyance from the client. What a rude and arrogant way to treat a client. Worse service ‘ve had in a while

    Worst airplane ever they damage my dog cage made him fall from hight i was so scared if something happens to him they said that dog was fine and the fixt cage but when i get to take it it was all damaged and taped what dog was so scared that when i get home he just didn't eat all day..     They never pick up thier line ! I tried Arabic English and Turkish but still no answer SO I went to thier office and found out a very supportive staff , it’s the call center who is the bad part NOT the office .

    Staff are so nice , Razan was really supportive and helpful , the best thing is they know the information, and they give you your time , even when I was with Razan i saw that the other Customer Service Agent was so nice to the other customers . Big like <3

    First lady to the left side is. The most horrible customer service ive ever had , i was told to come early the next day before 2pm to change my booking for a 145jd , came the next day and she was first to serve , she asked for a 185 when i told her Omar told me a 145 and seat were locked , she gave me back the paper and simply said “go to omar” , omar charged 83 due to system she still were talking to him to charge the amount that she asked for, always a good experience with the Turkish airlines but for the office in jordan they need to keep an eye on it

    I hope that the parent company pays attention and reconsider the local representative, because it is a very big failure! The staff is very rude and most of the phone numbers no one answers the calls, in short a disgusting representation of a company like Turkish Airlines in Jordan-Amman.

    Worst company in my life, they did a mistake in our reservation and they leave us (old people and handicap people) to wait inside the airport more than 12h without answer, after 12 call they answer to me that they can not do anything. The customer service is the worst that I had in my life.. Incompetent people to provide a solution
