Tried it twice, first time it was ok second time the room is overused, thr clues are not that good and the quality of the equipment is poor

Staff are sooo polite and welcoming, that's the first and most important thing. Then you have the modern architecture of the reception, followed by a smooth procedure to book the room either by phone or even if you simply walk-in. You're taken afterwards to the room - and trust me - it is gorgeous, every single detail is taken care of, it's so authentic that you actually feel living the storyline in all aspects. Definitely I'm coming back, I already went there twice but sign me up as a regular customer plz.

This experience was absolutely immaculate, from the well put puzzles, to the amazing designed rooms, just amazing! Don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place! The staff were so friendly, amusing, and helpful. I highly recommend giving it a visit on your journey. We tried 2 rooms, “Seven” and “Launch Facility”, we preferred Seven, as it was less complicated and the designs looked so authentic. However, Launch had it’s unique charm as well!

Had a great experience at the Breakout Jo. I have been to several different escape rooms and this one is the best. I have done 3 rooms and have never lost a challenge except for the Seven. It was hard, entertaining, and made you think. The staff was friendly and our guy, I think his name was Omar was amazing. We will definitely do it again.

The most challenging rooms I have experienced till now, and definitely the most hospitable and welcoming staff. Can't wait to try the rest of the rooms.

Two thumbs up ! we had a great experience playing 2 of the rooms. we played insane asylum (super scary btw !) and Launch Facility both were very unique and the tricks were out of this world , the staff were super friendly and helpful , we will definitely come back for the rest of the rooms

If there was 0 stars I would have gave it that. Worst escape the room ever, it’s a scam, it’s only 2 rooms and he insisted not to tell us how many rooms there is before going in. Too many locks in one room, so it wasn’t enjoyable at all!!!! BIGGEST SCAM IN JORDAN!!!!!!!DON’T BOTHER GOING!!!!

I love all the rooms especially insane asylum and the staff are really nice and i would definitely recommend this place to people that enjoy escape rooms

My experience was horrible. There is no logical connection whatsoever between the hints. The guide was extremely rude and repulsive and spoke to us in a condescending tone. Do not even consider going there.
