Travco rescheduled our paid trip from 15:00 to 13:00, of which we were notified at 14:30. They offered same trip for tomorrow, but a guide in our language was no longer free but at an extra $20 per person. This second trip was cancelled 1 hour before departure due to "weather conditions in desert". But we booked a trip from the hotel and the weather was just fined.

Look for a better place across the road.

Still waiting for their response and apologies about what they did to us but still nothing 😡 . Simply I don't recommend this people to anyone , very bad experience, we suppose to do our stargazing at 7:45 pm they never show up nor call to reschedule nothing 👎.
