They refused to return because of policies that prevent customers from returning after opening the package and its funny because the package was already torn up from the top

    This store has verity of products. However, the staff is unprofessional. My 3-years old kid hit some drums in their floor, instead of cheering him, one of the employees decided to scream at him. After 15 minutes of hard work to sooth my kid, the employee refused to apologize or show some remorse. This place is kids-friend, I assume from the books and stories, however, the staff acts otherwise, so my family and our friends decided to start buy the books and toys from someone else.

    A variety of unique modern fusion pieces, kitchenware, music, technology, souvenirs, books 📚 of different categories, book accessories and much more .. arcades 🎮 scooters, cool pieces to own for your entertainment corner. Coffee machines, toasters and a mini gaz 🍕 oven! Musical instruments and records .. piano board. Harry Potter and pop art mini characters if you're a 🪄 fan More on the pricey edge ..

    DNA is one of the best stores in any mall that sells everything from books, toys, gifts, laptops, phones, tablets, gaming consoles, guitars, some office supplies, and a variety of other items. And per the norm for Amman it is expensive. But if you want to get some of these items I recommend this location. Great staff who are very helpful most speak English and are knowledgeable about their products. Often there are offers associated with the purchase (some free things or discounts) which were not necessarily advertised but it’s a nice surprise when it happens .if you purchase too much like I have in the past they will help get you to your car . Aside from the electronics it is a great place to buy someone a unique gift for their home/kitchen or maybe a back pack or lunch box for your young child. — I will add some pictures soon.

    The place is overprice, the service is horrible. The workers are not cooperative at all. I went in asking for a very specific product for my specific need, and the staff started complaining about why I keep asking for products that are hard to find. They are entitled and think they know everything about the product. I ended up giving the worker a piece if his own medicine, by explaining to him exactly why I need the product, the worker ended up getting frustrated after being proven wrong. Never again.

    Absolutely awful place that sells defective products. You can read others have had a similar experience to mine: bought luxury branded earphones, out of the box they are defective. I know the brand and the sound quality to expect from their products, I even took them to the shop to show the staff the difference in sound, to which the staff agreed. Said they'd take it for maintenance to prove it's defective to replace it. Of course it came back as "functioning normally" so they don't have to replace it. Funny thing is I called the local dealer of that brand and they told me they've never received the earphones! I do not recommend you shop here unless you want to take the risk of being stuck with defective items because they have 0 accountability. Easily spent 400 JD here this month, but it will be the last penny they see from me and my friends.

    Bad after sales and customer support experience. My camera stopped powering on after a few days of purchase, they told me their “maintenance team” checked it and considered the issue to be originating from misuse so they refused to help me. I contacted the supplier directly and they replaced my camera and delivering it to my doorstep, also commenting that it’s useless to get in contact with DNA store because they know nothing about after sales.

    I wish if they answer their phone more often, or ... ever Trying to contact DNA is impossible, 1/10 of calls if you're lucky someone will answer.. this is a part of the shopping / service experience which reflects your employees commitment towards their customers

    Ordered black headphones while there was an offer from the website and they message me 2 hours later telling me there is only blue available. It’s not that hard to manage a website and double check inventory rather than forcing costumers into either waiting until after the offer ends for the restock or settling for a product which they didn’t place an order for.

    Worst customer service. I paid full amount for a product, and the Sales person told me that i will receive my order within 2 days, qnd when i call them about the order they dont answer, and when they answer they lied to me. Sometimes you can justify orders delay, but lying to customers cant be justified.

    The worst customer service in Jordan. I bought from them despite the price being higher than the market, assuming I’ll have decent customer service, but I was so wrong. I bought an Apple Watch as a gift for my mom. The watch had a manufacturing defect, and the touchscreen did not work since the minute we opened it. I went back for an exchange since it’s under ‘warranty’. They took the watch and said would replace it. It’s been a month of following up with them and they did not replace it. They just blame their policy and give no solutions. I even messaged @Yazan Haj Hassan their Managing Director with no response. Never buying anything from them again.

    Honesty under question ! A super disappointing experience! My son wanted a set of Pokémon playing cards,so I went online & saw an ad on DNA store that states for JOD 6 you can get a set of more than 190 cards...so I ordered that.. When my order came to me it contained 11 cards! When I called the store they apologized and said that the 6 JD is for the small pack of 11 cards and NOT for what is described AND shown on the store's page.. How does that work??! They apologized again and offered a refund but what can compensate my and my kid's disappointment??

    Their store is really big, and they sell a wide variety of goods, like books ,electronics, laptops and toys. The staff were nice and helpful, I purchased a lava lamp but after using it like 5 or 6 times, it stopped working, and when I checked it, I found the the light bulb burnt. I called their customer service, but they told me they couldn’t fix it, and they don’t even have spare parts as bulbs, now it’s sitting in my storage room, what a waste of money, I’m so disappointed.

    They offer no product service/maintenance after the purchase. I bought an e-scooter 2 months ago and the rear tire has deflated. The DNA maintenance department had no knowledge on how to do their job which is "maintenance" so they sent me to the supposed service center that is in charge for this specific product's maintenance. Unfortunately after 7 days I've been told again by the supposed "professionals" that they too don't have any clue on how to repair my scooter. They claim there is a warranty yet now they no longer have any responsibility because of their incompetence. Now I'm stuck with a +1000$ e-scooter with a deflated rear tire that nobody has a clue on how to fix. Not only is this e-scooter overpriced (along with every other product that they offer) but their customer service is non-existent. Pathetic.

    This used to be my most favourite store in Amman! Employees were polite, knew everything we asked about and we always were happy with service. But lately there are some new employees which led us to experience bad service, today we wanted to purchase a monitor and waited half an hour, then he came with an old box and started putting the monitor that was on display inside the box, without even asking if we wanted to buy from display. When we refused to take it, he said "رح يروح عليكم" and he didn’t even apologize for the time we wasted, made us feel like it was our mistake and he was unprofessional even at answering questions. I really hope that my review would reach, and I hope that DNA will be as previous. Thank you.

    Easily my favorite place in Abdali mall, the display and inventory they carry is amazing and fun to go through whenever you're there. some may argue that they are expensive however if you keep browsing them you'll find fairly priced items, as well as them having flexible payment plans. The only shop in Jordan to do black friday justice and actually cut prices instead of lying about having discounts. And the staff are the best i ever interacted with in Jordan, very knowledgeable, and they're not robots like other shops that just repeat the same sentence over and over again, each has his/her own fun personality and they will often give you their input on products and recommend suitable alternatives if need be.

    I went to dabouq branch to buy Amazon Kindle , I got the Paperwhite and I paid 165!!!! Anyhow went back home to realize it's the older model .. they never told me the product year or specifications and I realized online they had the newer version with cheaper price tag ... What kind of service is this.. totally disappointed.. 😔 would never buy from them again

    Over priced products that sometimes don't work. I bought a 65 watt charger for 28jod and it dosnt work and I bought what I thought was a high end controller for my game for 160jod and it turned out to be a peice of junk controller u can get anywhere else for 1/5 of the price.

    Worst customer service during sales or campaigns! If you cannot arrange your online orders and stocks, you better close the online shop and eMart store. No one is answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or even emails.

    A very cool place that is very well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly, you can find lots of things there from electronics to vinyl records but prices are a bit on the high side! You can also find Funko Pop figures there as well ;)

    Worst place ever ! Never buy things there , i paid double the price for ear phones just to get the after service, and they did the same as local businesses with the misuse excuse. Really you get better treatment from local shops !!

    bought earphones and when i used them they turned out to be defected, they didnt let me exchange nor return them even after i went back there multiple times, they kept resetting the earphones and they still didnt work the way they should & i gave up at the end bc its such a waste of time.

    When me and my friends went to the dna store that is located in abdoun to exchange an item and buy a few things I found that most of the staff working there was very helpful but when I finished from the cash register I was about to leave and then I found a Nintendo switch that I was about to buy, so I asked about the price and some more information about the console a staff member came to help me and answer all my question about the Nintendo switch another staff member tricked me and my friend so we could leave the store, don’t go to the abdoun dna branch one of the staff members in that store is not customer friendly

    Awful Customer service and return/exchange policy Purchased a birthday gift for my husband from DNA and upon opening it the day after purchase realized it was defective. Took it back to the store to replace with a new one but was told that company policy is that their service team evaluates it first which would take a couple of days. This was a month ago and every time I follow up I get feedback that I need to call back next week and there’s been no progress. Again, this was a brand new, unused product. Any other company should have automatically replaced it. Will never shop at this store again and would recommend that no one else does either.

    I bought JBL earphones from one of their branches, they stopped working after 10 months, I had the receipt and it was under warranty. Either them or JBL jordan refuse to fix it under warranty and claimed misuse.

    Although has a very good verity of gifts, but it's considered overpriced, 15%-25% more than other places and providers, service is very good, team are very helpful, and is a very easy place to choose a gift for someone Ages (3 to 99). Located in Abdali mall the place is wheelchair accessible. 4 stars for the prices. Other points deserves 5.

    A lot of intresting stuff, a bit of everything. I bought a couple of headphones from there. Very good quality, working for years, and I use them heavily. Great staff, ready to help, informative, skilful. It is a bit expensive, but good quality.

    Very nice store in abdali mall. It's in second floor. There are lots items to buy . Staff is friendly and very helpful. Can have many uncommon items to select. Nicely arrange all the staff. Price is very reasonable and good. Has good space to select items.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at DNA Lifestyle. I purchased JBL Tour earphones from them, but unfortunately, they turned out to be defective. When I returned to the store seeking assistance, the service was unsatisfactory. Despite having my contact details as a backup for the receipt, the staff was unwilling to retrieve it for me, leaving me without support for my faulty product. This lack of customer service and disregard for post-purchase support has left me with a negative impression of DNA Lifestyle.

    I love the concept of DNA and it’s lovely to see some of my favorite brands in Jordan! The regular employees are helpful/polite and speak good English. My one piece of advice is to keep that Arab Bank employee in the Apple section on a LEASH. She is so annoying with her insistence on a monthly payment plan and will not take no for an answer. I was planning on buying an Apple Watch today (in cash) but left because I felt so uncomfortable..
