It’s not easy to get through all the government red tape as a foreigner to own a vespa, but we were able to finally get our license and all the signatures and three months later we’re on the road. Vespas are powerful - she can move on the road!

Good scooters selection with various prices staring 1700 JD's and going up. As for motorbikes, prices are different. They lack organizing their showroom and sales team, as there were many staff members, but they were not organized, and ready to serve customers. I spent 15 mins looking & checking but no one approached me, so I had to go to them and asked for assistance. I purchased a Vespa scooter and delivery to be after two weeks, so let's wait to see if they fulfill their promises.

Excellent and professional services by Darwazeh Motors. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience. My scooter had a fault and Mr. Fakhouri sent an expert onsite to help me as I was mid road, and they serviced the scooter on warranty. Although I am not sure it was something wrong with the bike, but rather with the fuel. Thanks Ashraf & team. Brilliant service and friendly interactions.

so bad Aprilia company and bad customer service The Authorized dealer of Aprilia (Drawezeh motors)in Jordan doesn't have any interest in the after-sales service, I have never received a follow-up call or email from the dealer's side. The Authorized dealer of Aprilia bikes in Jordan (Drawezeh motors) have an internal policy that they will never sell any spare parts unless you had the full service; in my case, because I love bikes I rather do the mechanic job by my hand; my bike has been parked in my house since 3 weeks needs some parts and the Authorized dealer rejected to sell me the parts that I needed. The Authorized dealer (Drawezeh motors) prices are much higher than the prices from any nearby country.
