    The staff lacks professionalism as they aggressively compete for commissions and pressure customers into buying the most expensive products without offering any helpful guidance. Moreover, they make false promises about free gifts, but fail to deliver on them and avoid addressing the issue when confronted. This behavior is highly unprofessional and i regret purchasing my home appliances from there. I will not be coming back and i won’t recommend this store to anyone.

    The service provided by Smart Buy has become extremely unprofessional and the staff has displayed a high level of rudeness. Previously, I used to enjoy shopping at Smart Buy because of their professionalism, particularly in customer service and sales. However, recently their team has been openly arguing in front of customers, disregarding the importance of prioritizing customer needs. I have personally witnessed this happen twice. Additionally, they seem to lack knowledge about company policies. Furthermore, I had an unpleasant experience with one of their drivers who displayed unprofessional behavior and seemed unsure about his duties and what he needed to deliver. Due to these negative experiences, I cannot recommend SmartBuy.

    I got from them blender on 9/07/2022 , cost of 120 jod with tax , yes it is high price for blender, but we wish to have Ice blending mode , we got it , on 16 /04/2023 , this blender was delivered to them for broken blade gear , and what ??? They are asking a fees for repair and blender not exceed one year . This how they acting with you . I will share all documents I have with respect to

    Not recommended unless you don't mind rude staff & bad customer service. Zero stars is not an option... Would be more true if they rebrand from Smart Buy to Don't Buy Smarty. I went to buy ink for the Laser Printer I purchased from the Same shop a while back. I first went to the cash register to get him to pull out my information in order for him to later advise one of the sales assistants on the exact ink cartridges I needed. But no, he pointed with his hand towards the direction he thought I might find what I needed. The person there knows EVERYTHING said eager to make the customer someone else's problem. So I went on. Found someone near the ink section and attempted to explain my situation, which he found absurd. He demanded I give him the make and model, I explained they should pull it out, again. Another salesperson comes in, finds it equally absurd that I should ask for the 4th time one of the TENS of personnel to pull out my info and YOU figure out amongst yourselves the exact code for the ink cartridge for the printer the customer purchased from YOUR shop. MR. Black suit had the audacity to mockingly ask the fifth and final sales assistant what he'd do if he went out to buy ink. The 4 of us had the pleasure of listening to the wise words coming out of Mr. Suit's brainy mouth as he walked us through the steps, one at a time, on how to buy ink. Hamzeh Bbu Assaf the 5th, final & only decent & professional member of the "Smart Buy" team I spoke to today, looked at me, agreed that of course they can pull out the info, took me to the desk and made sure everything was in order before I purchased the item. The lady that gave him the info at the counter was also pleasant. We don't need you to act overjoyed to see us customers as we walk in, but be civil will You? Practical wouldn't hurt either. Your team lives up to the saying: Give a man enough rope and he'll hang himself. All customers need to do is stand calmly and watch you scramble. You want more? When we bought the printer, we instantly had to take it twice for repairs, the first time they swapped it for a new one, and the second time they gave it back with no cables and it was COVERED in dust and scratch marks 😨 Not even slightly exaggerating. I definitely would never buy anything from this place. I dislike going there because the experience is guaranteed to be a horrible one. The staff is either trained to be rude or not trained at all, the jury is still out on that one. Have to live with a defected printer because the paper cartridge doesn't work properly and my cables are not the right colour. Yes it does matter. @samsungjordan you should know you're getting a bad rap because of this carrier... I wouldn't buy a Samsung branded gadget because of bad customer service I've experienced here. They did put some of the blame mishandling of the device on your company policy. Hope I never have to write such a bad review to anyone again.

    Very poor customer service. We bought a washing machine and a dish washer from them with a promise to deliver in 48 hours. Items never arrived. Tried to follow up over the phone, but customer service was not able to help, and never got back to us. Received another promise for delivery, but the goods did not arrive. I canceled my purchase.but SmartNuy is refusing to give my money back. They offered a voucher valid for 3 months. I would never buy anything from this shop ever again.

    Very very poor product and very poor services. No one wants to answer call even at managerial level. They just trap to sell their products but while delivering product is different and damage product they supply. Strongly not recommended for any type of electrical or electronic.

    Be careful . They will sell you as fast and if you have a problem they will never refund your money. Had a very bad experience buying Nespresso machine. They gave me the wrong color and the after service manager was the worst. This used to be my favorite place

    I gave a 2 star because they do have a variety of products not available elsewhere, so chances are you will need to deal with them at one point or the other. HOWEVER, their managementnis the worst I have dealt with yet, it took them 3 months to exchange a wire device, promised to call back, never got back to me, really disrespectful. I found that their customer rep agents were far more professional and helpful that store management or get this so called "customer care manager"! I did follow up on the status of my item and just got it today, however its been an ordeal, I don't believe it's OK for a company of that size to treat their customers that poorly, which is why I suggest they up their game with afyersales service.

    They do not make the products on their website clear so you won’t know exactly what you’re buying unless you visit the store itself. Also, calls are not answered 80% of the time and I personally have wasted so much time trying to communicate with them. Never again 👋🏼

    If you’re looking for an AC, go somewhere else, delivery and installation are terrible. You will end up chasing them for the delivery and then paying for someone to come separately to come clean up their work they did installing the AC. Extra money you could’ve spent on a bigger AC. And the price they said was a sale price was the normal price. Try somewhere else, their AC installation ruined the whole room and outdoor section.

    I just bought a thunderbolt 4 cable. The cash register doesn’t have a line to organize customers since the Jordanians are not developed nation they don’t respect whomever is in front of them in the line. The one star is for the management of smart buy, since they don’t have physical lines at the cash register. everywhere in America and Europe business have lines. Jordanian will never change so you need to enforce this line policy. Fix it and I will remove the one star.

    My product broke twice and they tried to fix it but couldn’t. The manager Saqrat told me he’d give me the amount back that I paid if it broke again. When it broke again he refused to refund me. I recommend you go somewhere else that has better customer service like Carrefour.

    Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Please stay away, buy from anywhere else except Smart Buy. We bought a Samsung TV, and we paid in full, because this is the rule. We were promised that the delivery will be within 3 days. After day 5 We were technically begging them every day for someone to call to tell us when is the delivery and their answer is always we will let someone call and no one calls. We went back physically after day 8 to complain, and we were told that they will for sure deliver next day at 11:30 Am, or we have our money back, which of course they didn't. We went back again, and they tried to bribe us with gifts, but we wanted our money back because it was too much. Now we are talking to the customer service manager who promised he will solve the refund issue but he didn't.

    We were very disappointed by the service, we bought several items to be delivered at specific date . The store manager promised the delivery within 72 hours from notice . But nothing was delivered and they say it was out of stock despite the payment was given fully in advance. We lost our trust in this store.

    Rude staff. Its like the recruiting criteria is to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Their staff don’t know anything about the products. They make up stuff just to sell you. Very overrated.

    Check out was smooth and went with no problems. Staff was very friendly and helped me find the item i wanted as soon as they saw me. I was in and out in 10 minutes max so my experience is probably not very relatable to most people.

    Worst service ever suffered. We wanted to buy an electric oven , ONLY electric, we repeated this one thousand times. They showed us the only two supposed to be electric. We choose one of them. They told me they would uninstall the old one and install the new one. They bring the oven after 3 days, tell me that they don't uninstall the old one and leave the new one in the living room, telling me to call them when I uninstall the old oven. When they leave, I realized that the new oven is not electric but by gas. I phone them again to ask them to pick the new oven and send me the electric I had bought... And then they asked me for 100Jd. More Shameful service, I would never buy anything else and of course I will never recommend this shop anyone. Still waiting for them to collect the new oven and bring the electric one... Awful, exasperating, infuriating
