Just whyyy on earth do you make it soooo sooo spacious without making more oragnised like section denim... section dresses ... its pretty confusing and time consuming when im looking for a specific thing

They refused to exchange within one day because there isn’t a price tag even though i have the receipt with me ..

This H&M branch is not the biggest in Amman, but it is well organized, the staff are helpful, I had to return a product because it was dirty and they allowed me to return it, the shop could be a bit crowded especially during holidays, the small number of fitting rooms, make it sometimes defficult to try at the shop, I had to wait few minutes to reach the cashier but anyways it was a good experience and I would recommend this branch for a quick shopping 🛒🛒🛍️🛍️

I love their clothes but the reason why I give them 1 star is the atmosphere of the shop especially the music.. It's like kids birthday or wedding.. the sound of the music is very annoying and the music itself is rubbish and each time I talk to staff they invent something to say instead of reducing the volume! This is only in Abdali mall... Honestly I was thinking of buying many things from them but I couldn't stay more in the shop.

The worst customer service ever , 7-10 employees working around, gossiping, no greeting to customers whatsoever, if u dont like ur job give it to someone in needs of it not ignore someone because they are not your customer. Stop, look, listen, lend a hand. 12 minutes waiting at the cash register today to pay for my merchandise and no one cared to even apologise, I had to walk out with such unprofessional disrespectful staff , shame on you !

there prices are a bit too expensive and not alot of variety other than its ok

I understand this is a sale BUT it is expired since August and now it is October, also it being a face mask which could cause damage or allergy!

I have visited this branch today, I bought a shirt and asked to be a gift, so I asked the cashier for a gift bag, but unfortunately she told me NOT available!!!! I paid and left the shop, after that I have received sms form my bank that they charged me over than the tag price… I returned to the shop and double check the price for same shirt on the display and found it not same like the invoice. I went to cashier and told her that, she called I think the supervisor and telling him the problem. Actually I surprised from his excuse and his attitude! I am very disappointed.
