You have good Products, but you have the worst employees ever in Abdali Mall, especially the cashier. A long and disrespectful waiting time makes his friends bypass the turn.I will not buy from you again. Please HR employee choose respectable employees who treat Customer with respect.

I wish zara could close there stores in amman , the stores must be online only because They have the worst team in managing They hire unprofessional workers in the stock and in the floor . Also they don’t give the workers a good iPod so they can search for the product .

Waited more than 20 minutes for employees to bring my size...disorganized...bought a suit one week earlier cashier dropped on on the floor was full of dust...he did not even apologize...quality is poor...sad for Zara to become so bad service and quality...

Got so offended by how one sales person treated me after trying on some outfits. After deciding to buy 6-7 of it, this sales lady asked if its a no or a yes which I said it's a yes and proceeded to count the number of clothes in my hand. Asked why, and said to make sure it's in GOOD condition. Yep she was counting not inspecting. 😆 I am filipino but I ain't NO thief. Other customers who tried on outfits were not being being stopped like me.. Love shopping in Zara Roseville, California. But such a disappointment here in Amman.

I sent my dress to be altered and they lost it, no one is contacting me for any updates or even offering a refund if they're unable to find it. I lost 52 JOD and now I'm left with no dress or contact info to know what happened to my dress. Awful awful experience!

Am sorry to say that, but the staff in Abdali Mall are very disrespectful, arrogant and some of them just walking around, I went to the checkout and i waited for a while then of the someone came he didn’t even looked at me or at least said hi!! That’s really disappointing, a big brand with high reputation like this should train their staff how to respect the customers. Will never back again

Its My pleasure to share this experience here. Zara not selling online in jordan but service still available (look lik). Its fake from the beginning.i made my order 08.07. It was mentioned that delivery’s supposed to be 17.07.. 20.07 i finally got the confirmation about delivery and ARAMEX tracking was available as well. 24.07 suddenly i founded that my order have been delivered and paid! While i have never ever seen it and nobody have called me. Support from the official website doesnt respond. Any phone numbers are not available as well. What is your benefits ,Zara??

I only go there for perfumes hhhh very convenient price for a really nice bunch of scents . Pink flambe, violet blossom, & vanilla scents are my fav Not to mention the great Customer Service staff! I think many reviewers mentioned the price cons and the sales pros Keep going

They promise to call… and get me my size of dresses, they never did … and they don’t answer the phone! It feels there is no system and it is a chaos !
