Jordan Jewel Art and Mosaic, is a must see. This is what Jordan is famous for, is its natural, colorful stone mosaic. I had the opportunity to see first hand how the famous Jordanian mosaic is done by one of the artists herself. What an eye opener. The factory offers artists the opportunity to create such splendid pieces. I went into the shop to view more artwork. They have a large collection. I was so tempted to buy a pieces of well crafted jewelry but unfortunately it was way too pricy. Going to the mosaic factory is a must see. Very helpful and professional staff.

Lots of items to pick from, jewelry, wall art, body products ect. It’s cool to see how much work goes into everything!

Congratulations to the craftsmanship of the artisans and the works created. An oasis of beauty and enchantment. For the people who deal with the sale, and especially the lady from the house, total disappointment. I tried to find an email address to convey to the boss the situation I faced when paying for a product, but I couldn't find it, so I hope he reads this review. I handed the cashier $20 which first he put the money under the drawer of the house, then he gave me the rest only from 10 dollars. I warned her that I gave her 20, but she didn't recognize it and took 10 dolls from above the drawer, as you can clearly see this maneuver from the video surveillance that I saw together with the store staff. It's probably a habit and it would be good to check how honest your employees are Although it is a small amount (which I gave up completely disappointed), it is a matter of principle. I was respectful in presenting the situation from my point of view, highlighting the special work of your artisans. But if I wasn't right, you wouldn't have invited me to return my money (which, by the way, I gave up) in order not to be left with a bad impression, as you mentioned. I'm sorry for the incident but even more so for your words

This is the good stuff. They will custom make mosaics and ship them for free.

Nice facility with short stop in the workroom to see how mosaic pieces were made before being shuffled into the retail space to shop. Hard to browse with slightly aggressive staff following shoppers. Prices here seemed higher than other shops visited during my trip, did not end up purchasing anything here mainly due to annoyance in being followed/hassled.

Local artists are making beautiful mosaic arts there. Gorgeous showroom with quite high price. Tourist groups are the main customers.

Beautiful work, beautiful cause. Learning about this Foundation, how the mosaics and other works of art are created is very interesting. Knowing that your purchase supports the artists makes it even more special.

I bought a mosaic table from Jordan Jewel in 2009 whilst I was in Jordan on holiday. Service was amazing and the quality of the product great. They shipped it to Lagos, Nigeria and I recieved it nicely package and intact. Shop to door service was excellent. 11 years later, hence this recent review, I emailed them to see if they could supply some spare mosaic tile pieces so I could make some tiny repairs to the original table. Despite being closed due to Covid-19 and suffering from virtually no tourism trade, they happily sent me some tile pieces via DHL, free of charge. I am very happy with this company and wish more business could be like them. Truly excellent and reliable.
