The worst Doctor ever. The staff are very rude. The offers are a big lie not even close to be true. Very expensive. Bottom line don’t go there.

We have an appointment today at 3.15 and we have been trying to get in touch with this clinic since 10.30 am. Its very unprofessional that i am unable to confirm. Everytime the line connects, someone manually hangs up.

There is no respect for patients time, they don’t mind and see it normal to keep you waiting for hours .. when I complained about the wasted time this was her reply: Dearest you have to be more polite when you talk with a doctor , and you have to respect my policy in my clinic as I don’t have appointments as people here do not respect their appointments, and what do you think , am I playing inside my clinic !!! Am seeing patients And I really don’t need you in my clinic Show more respect I am happy to share my email as she is the one who has no self respect!

Extremely rude staff wouldn’t let me in. The doctor was still at the clinic. I ran late “20 minutes” I called to let them know I was running late - because her new location is one hot mess. Zero ethics zero manners unprofessional sky high. You wouldn’t want to see a doctor hiring bunch of creatures like this. 🤢 thank me later.

Doctor is amazing, but the staff are the worst, they are unprofessional, impolite and unreliable. the secretary refused to transfer me to the doctor though the matter was extremely urgent, and the way she spoke to me was very rude and does not reflect well on the clinic. and why isnt there a whatsaap number or at least an email so we can contact you better and save time? please doctor, consider your staff and my suggestion regarding the contact channels.
