Had a total pet cage meltdown with a passenger right before their flight the cage was all wrong and it was crazy late reached out to them and they were seriously awesome they hit me back fast, even though it was way past regular hours hooked us up with a bunch of cage options but here's where they went full superhero: they sorted out a cage and got it to the airport by 12:05 pm Long story short, my passenger made their flight, no sweat. and amman pet rocked the late-night rescue mission.

As others have mentioned, this is the best store in Amman for all things pets and animals (stray) that I shop from since they opened around 2 years ago. It’s always good to check their social media since they run discounts and sales often, and the customer service is excellent! Ali who works there is always so helpful with recommendations and advising you on what to get + has the kindest heart caring for the stray cats around the shop. Parking is the main issue since the store is located on a tiny street, but usually they save 1-2 spots. Another useful service is sometimes I park further and shop, then bring the car around and Ali always helps me load it in the car 😊✌🏽
