Very excellent service and food and shisha.. Now this restaurant and cafe my favourite place...

If a zero star exists..it is exactly what they deserve... the worst experience ever, they wanted to force us to have water when we didnt wish to have any, claiming it was their "policy" to do so, they robbed us the luxury of having a pleasant and fun evening with friends, the waiter was very rude, and had a whole argument about a drink i had a sip left in that i was going to throw away anyway.... in short it was very unpleasant, uncomfortable and never to be visited again.

The place is usually calm but gets busy on weekends. There are two separate menus one for drinks and the other for food, a rich menu filled with options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a munch. Price range $$$$. View is nice since it’s on the fourth floor, and staff are amazing. Also suitable for bringing your laptop and finishing some work, it has free wifi access.

Went there for breakfast and dinner. Both experiences were amazing! Great atmosphere, design and view. The food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. A fun place to hang out at, anytime of the day. Definitely will go there again! Highly recommended!!

It’s hidden gem this crowded city.Food is fantastic. Outside terrace and inside seating. Staff is delightful and courteous. Free and easy parking in back. Pleasant place to enjoy nice coffee shop foods and drinks, while having the absolute perfect atmosphere to boost your creativity around you. Highly recommended!

Very cozy place at the rooftop of Dabouq District. Service is excellent and food presentation is very artistic. Loved their cold drinks and desserts.

Very nice restaurant with affordable prices in cool location. You can see that the owner has put a lot of effort and thought into the place. Drinks and food are delicious and nicely prepared. We will definitely come back!

Truly the worst experience ever. The only thing I benefitted from this is making jokes about how horrible everything was. If you want a nice restaurant: not this one. If you want good food: not this one either. On top of all that, worst staff ever. They Ignore you constantly and the food arrived late and cold. It tasted so horrible. Honestly go somewhere else and don’t even bother. Don’t waste your money here.

Amman is well-known for its fine restaurants. However, I firmly believe that this restaurant is a disgrace to the reputation of Amman's restaurants. The food is only acceptable, the service is slow and the prices are unreasonably high. Not to mention that the staff is unprofessional.

Nice atmosphere and it's not as crowded or loud as other places. Miss Salam the host was very friendly and welcoming and Mr. Ammar took good care of us. Highly recommended.

We were exploring Amman and stumbled upon Sage. It is such a cozy rooftop cafe with kind service. A lovely atmosphere with a nice view of Amman. We enjoyed some yummy cocktails and shisha while we were here.

I like it the most, the waiter was super nice; however, could not feel comfortable as the lady there was irritable; instructing me where to sit despite the fact that the whole restaurant was empty!!!

Horrible at all levels! The food took around one-two hours almost to be prepared (and the food I’m referring to here is only a salad and a slider). I ordered around 7:30PM and my food was served around 9PM (although the restaurant was empty with four to five tables max!) After waiting that very long time the food came in the smallest portions and tasteless ( the crab salad was a lettuce salad with a few slices of crab on top .. it even didn’t taste good.. the chicken pesto slider also didn’t have pesto, it was a dried seasoned chicken bites in mini burgers). When we asked to talk to the manager just to understand what happened (because the waiter couldn’t explain what happened) and share our feedback for their future perusal, they declared that the manager was on leave (although we visited them today, Friday, which is a weekend in Jordan). This horrible experience (only these two dishes aside from one hookah and one juice) costed us around 30JDs Ridiculously bad experience! I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Very bad customer service. We ordered a crab salad and a slider, and it took them one hour and a half to bring the food. The salad was literally the worst crab salad I've ever tasted, and the amount was just a tinny portion of mainly lettuce. SHISHA was also bad, and we requested them to change it, but our request was not met. We have requested to talk to the restaurant manager. After half an hour or so, they told us that he was not there! he was not reachable even over the phone. I really don't know how they neglect customers' feedback and don't take them seriously and how they will compete with such service and quality.

My sense of disappointment deepened as I, taking on the roles of both a photographer and a marketing creative director, aspired to review this restaurant. Eager to share my experience, I approached the establishment, only to be met by a manager who insisted that all tables were reserved, despite the apparent availability of 48 unoccupied tables out of a total of 50. This contradiction left me feeling unwelcome. What compounded the situation was not just the manager's claim but also her uninviting demeanor. The way she scrutinized us from head to toe, coupled with the unwelcoming tone in which she communicated, added to the overall sense of disappointment. Encountering such a lack of hospitality was disheartening, particularly when I had hoped to contribute a positive review based on my unique perspective as both a photographer and a marketing creative director.

Lovely place but very slow service and the food didn’t taste good at all. One lady was serving us apparently she was the owner very unprofessional and she wasn’t nice.

Very rude lady, she's the manager or the owner. I left this place because of how ill-mannered she is. She doesn't know how to manage a restaurant/cafe and should stay away from this business. Do not recommend at all.

Bad experience at this location, drinks were the highlight but not worth the 40 minute wait. Our waiter was inattentive and lazy, and when questioning the overpriced small water bottles, was disrespected and told its a “tourist location”. I dont mind paying extra for items when the service is good.. When ordering a hookah the waiter didnt change the charcoal once in the hour+ stay, and when I asked to change it he took the small pieces out, spinned the charcoal holder in the air and gave the same small two pieces with one new piece back to us.

The worst restaurant experience I had in years! We waited for a very long time for the hostess to come and speak to us in the rudest way ever despite the fact that we waited for +45 minutes for a breakfast tray and we could have waited more only if they were polite enough to apologise and explain the situation. We left with out them even trying to fix what happened. I usually keep bad reviews to myself but I couldn’t help it this time.

The food is less than acceptable. The steak is cold, disgusting even after replacing it twice. The rest of the food was less than average. The staff werent as helping and professional, terrible service too. Expensive for the quality

Nice atmosphere, very quiet session, but the shisha is not good at all. The person present was informed and did nothing and was put on the table with appetizers we didn't order and shamed me in front of the guests. It's too bad.
