Amazing experience 🤩 A very neat place, beating with life and style, the atmosphere is very vivid. The music always in the mood. The drinks, beverages and food are yum, you get to enjoy every bite and every single sip 🍹🍪🧁, The serving is unique. And the staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Another day, another coffee shop to work at! This wasn’t my first time visiting Coffee Factory; previously I was here just to sit down after errands over a year ago. Recently, I wanted to try this as a workspace. As the coffee shop is located in an area filled with several medical buildings, entrance to the coffee shop includes a ramp that goes down or disability access. Coffee Factory’s main USP (unique selling point) seems to be how they package their cold drinks - in a plastic soda can-like cup. Only regular and large size. I had the large size for my iced matcha latte with almond milk. I found the size a bit small for a large. Non-dairy options include almond Seating is indoors (non-smoking) and outdoors (smoking). Indoors space included a slightly tiny ledge that I almost tripped on. Not a lot of plugs. Tables were quite small or mid-low. The largest table (sharing) accommodates 8 people. The toilets were not cleaned regularly during the day I spent my time there. For example, the female toilet has the toilet seat stuck together to the lid. Wifi was good to get my work done.

Espresso was way too bitter with unpleasant metallic taste. The place is cozy, elegant, calm atmosphere. Friendly staff.

The place designed very well in order to have a good mood to drink your coffee. The team is so amazing, wearing a nice smile all the time.

good coffee, good location, and comfortable seats and tables for work, i did not spot any electrical outlets. parking outside is not easy but there is apparently a valet parking under the building. it was not properly air conditioned at the early hour i was there, but they were working on it. given the location the prices are as expected: higher than average.

We had the chance to have Yasmeen and the team in our offices, the drinks are amazing! Will definitely visit frequently!

I walked from Intercontinental hotel to this place for a good coffee. Followed my offline map. I found it ! Today is Friday morning so not busy yet. Beautiful place, lovely young lady with excellent customer service. Flat white with oat milk ! Calm relaxing music, my laptop and beloved coffee. Wonderful new coffee spot for me whenever I visit amazing Jordan !

CoZy little place in the middle where it is needed the most honestly, great vibes and awoesme friendly staff. The coffee is great and their milk options is good.

The place is quite and cozy, staff are welcoming. However, I believe the price might be expensive to the portion delivered. They are using cups almost same size as Pepsi cans. We ordered ice coffee as well, the coffee was little due to the amount of ice in the cup, and it was for 4.50 JD.

Recommend for hot coffee any-time

Good but very watery and coffee tast is not clear at all Area is extremely crowded due to Ibn Khaldoun st. traffic I think
