Great place! Very cozy and stylish at the same time. Feels like a real beach 🏖. So many options of shisha, we loved the chicken Lombardo meal 👍🏻 Stuff is nice and friendly 👍🏻 We recommend it for sure

My friends and I went there a week ago and we had a reservation! We did not fit in the table they gave us and we kept on asking for another table to be addedto our tables, and they completely ignored us , chairs weren't comfortable and too big for the small tables they have! We had to squeeze, and some of us had to sit in the corners (upon the waiters genius suggestion), which was not comfortable at all especially while eating! We asked for some shared dishes, food did not reach the table on the same time and the pizza was sweet and we asked for 2 big platters as we were many however they only brought one and we kept on asking for the second one while everybody on the table was too shy to eat from the first one as it will not be enough for all of us! and everyone were so hungry! It took them more than half an hour to bring the second platter and the first one was already cold, of course! They only told us that they had to change the oil, which was not a good excuse as they could have brought both at the same time instead of serving one with old oil the needed changing then the other one 40 mins larer fried with new oil! Bottom line I wouldn't recommend it nor go there again!

Amaaazing place, the food is sooo good and it is exactly like the photos. The staff are really nice and polite. The chief has hands of gold we had to ask to see him and the thank him personally. I recommend the platter because it has different kinds all in one dish. I would say it is a bit expensive but you pay for the quality you get.

Disrespectful staff. Unprofessional Manager. Overrated and very high prices for such quality. 5 jod was taken from us just to watch the game for nothing in return. and didn't even receive a receipt for that, which clearly represents tax evasion.

I love this place, it’s good food, drinks and it’s really big choices of shisha. It’s nice atmosphere I cannot find any cons. Stuff very friendly and kind I wish best for this place 😊🌸 i want come back and come back ❤️

The service was very bad at the beginning, they don’t give full attention to the customer. We ordered different types of appetizers, they served us the first one without putting any plates or cutlery on the table, I asked them if they will bring each order separately bcoz this is not what we want, the waiter answered that we served you the appetizers first, I told him that we ordered just appetizers from the first place. After the comments we made they started to act better and apologized. The food is has no taste at all, not presentable as well! The prices are reasonable. What could possibly makes me come again that they tried their best to make things better, they also served us to two desserts for free.

However, our encounter with the staff left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Upon arrival, we requested a table outside for our group of five people. To our surprise, the employee at the counter informed us that outside seating was exclusively reserved for families. This statement immediately puzzled us, as we noticed a table outside occupied solely by a group of young men. When we questioned the employee about this inconsistency, they offered no reasonable explanation and simply stated that they had allowed the other group to sit outside. The actions of the employee left us feeling unwelcome and invalidated. It's evident that this coffee shop lacks consistent customer service standards and fails to provide an inclusive environment for all patrons. It is unacceptable to create policies that selectively favor certain individuals while marginalizing others based on arbitrary criteria. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before visiting narbeach. Their discriminatory treatment of customers and inconsistent policies cast a dark shadow over what should be an enjoyable experience. There are many other coffee shops in the area that will undoubtedly provide a more welcoming and fair atmosphere.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Narbeach, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the cafe had significant management and staffing issues. To begin with, despite there being multiple available tables, the cafe does not accept reservations. This led to a chaotic and frustrating situation for my group of 8 people. We were left waiting for more than 15 minutes just to have two tables arranged, which was a clear result of their poor management. Adding to the mess, there was only one waiter on duty who seemed to be barely surviving the chaos. The lack of helpful staff was evident, and the cafe's inability to handle a full house was disheartening. I understand that busy days can be tough for the staff, but it's no excuse for the complete lack of support and efficiency. The demeanor of the waiters only made matters worse. Not a single one of them wore a smile or showed any welcoming attitude. Their nonchalant and distant behavior only added to our frustration and made us feel unwelcome in the establishment. To summarize, my experience at Narbeach was nothing short of a disaster. The inability to manage reservations and efficiently seat customers, coupled with the lack of adequate and friendly staff, created an atmosphere of sheer disappointment. I sincerely hope the management takes these criticisms seriously and works towards improving their services, as I have no intention of revisiting this cafe anytime soon. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Narbeach for their dining experience, as there are plenty of other establishments in the area that value their customers and provide a much more pleasant atmosphere.

I made a reservation for 3 people on the patio before 2 hours of coming. The staff confirmed my reservation, however upon my arrival he told me that there is no spots on the patio in a very rude way so I have no idea why do they take the reservations in the first place. The shisha was really bad and you can find it better at any other spot. I ordered chicken with pesto sauce, and it was below average and overpriced for such a quality and portion. Not to mention slow service and very loud music which we complained about twice but the staff took no action. I do not recommend this spot at all

The food is good, the overall atmosphere as well! There are in and out side seating. The service though not that good, one waiter serving more than 6 tables by himself! He just couldn't keep up! Nice neighborhood 😊

The place is nice, cozy, and good for families but it's noisy. And I order americano which i took almost 30 minutes to arrive and the mug was cracked.

The café is nice, we are regular customers. However, the service is very poor. There are only 2 good workers that follow up with customs; Noor and Qais. Moreover, verbal fights between the workers have been seen many times in front of the customers, and this is not acceptable.

Our experience at Narbeach cafe was fantastic. Hamza was the best one could ask for. His personal touch added flavor to the Drinks .

The service was really good when this place opened, it got only worse by time. Unprofessional way of dealing with customers. We had friends coming from Abroad and they had a kid with them while we only reserved for people they refused to give us an extra chair and after alot of arguments they got us an office chair while others easily got extra chairs for their tables. Staff were not patient at all taking the orders. Their argeleh and argeleh service is good though.

There were a couple of aspects that caught my attention: Firstly, it would be great if the restaurant could update their online menu to reflect the same prices as the hard copy menu in-house. I found a disparity in prices, which was a bit unexpected. Secondly, I understand that this place can get really busy, and I anticipated that. However, on the occasion I visited, there were only a few tables occupied, and still, I felt that the service could have been better. Serving water bottles after checking how many people are joining and before they even arrive is not acceptable. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and hope to see positive changes in the future.

The atmosphere was very nice. Very good service, friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing. We had just arrived in Jordan and looking for breakfast. I 'm not used to savory breakfast, but i loved it. Go for liver, omelette and hummus with meat. We tried also Labneh bowl, it was very nice, although little strong taste for me. I would definitely come again.

This cafe is very busy and I love the vibes, and the staff is very friendly. We ordered a bunch of different things, the food is good depending on what you order, the crab salad was a clear winner we loved it one of the best I’ve had in Jordan. Everyone recommended the Piña colada here, I didn’t really like it The Shisha is amazing.
