Cafe has nice ambiance with south cliff view and it has pathway to get down to the beach. Staff were courteous. We have been there for lunch and ordered chapati with rice and dal and lemon soda. It was filling and delicious too. But the service is really slow and hope they will work on it.

We had a very disrespectful behaviour from the staff members. Racial discrimination. As we entered the place they were not interested in welcoming us as we looked local people came for some photo session. I agree their customers are mostly foreigners. but if that was the agenda, they should have written it at the entrance itself.

Arrived here to be told that the food was pre order only as it was BBQ night, and that there were no other menu items available. Staff member seemed confused by the whole process of customers arriving unannounced and trying to order food. No information on google about this so it was a wasted trip.

Had a frankly terrible experience here. Menu items were already limited, and from the ones on the menu, only a few were available. Our food took a very long time to arrive, even the most basic orders like a lemon soda. When the fish tacos arrived over an hour later, the fish was still raw. Very disappointing for a place that charges a lot for their food and is highly spoken of.

Soul food Cafe is attached to soul & surf and located on South Cliff. The name is apt for the place. Filling English breakfast, stunning views and great service make you forget everything and enjoy the meal. Recommend without a doubt, go there and enjoy.

The best place in the region of Verkala to have a meal with a view and unwind! Great food! And must try the food during the special night!

Food is excellent and nice cliff ambience but little pricey.

The vibe is good, but there are not many options in the menu. Also, the beverages and food items are a tad overpriced.
