Honestly, the shop experience was not terrible, however the only reason that I will put 1 star is because of the idiotic arrangement of people in line going to the cash desk. Its good that they have priority service for people with toddlers, physically deficient people and pregnant women, though the fact that there were 50 people waiting in line and 70% were in that priority group made us wait at least 30 minutes with only ONE cash desk open. So 30 minutes later a priority person offers us the cash desk which we of course agree, however the person at the desk must have been a high-tech next-gen robot as he just repeated "priority only" with lifeless eyes staring at us, and boy let me tell you, it took us more time to argue with him than if he would've just checked our products and let us go (we had like 2). And I think we have drained his battery power as he just went "sleep mode" and we just left. And as well, the clothing isn't really that good. Just go to Bershka or H&M and you will get so much more for the same amount of money. Do not go in this circus

Shopping in the store was very nice and prices are quite low. Unfortunately after paying I asked for the "tax free" (VAT refund) paper and had to wait 20(!) minutes for that and since nobody in the staff could speak English I don't even know why I had to wait...

Fantastic clothing shop reasonably priced for all the family.

Quite expensive and a lot of the kids stuff was in packets of 3. Disappointing.
