A really decent place for drinks and smokes if the smoking is your thing! Staff are really fun and know how to handle a good crowd! Was my first time here, but would definitely go back to start and finish any evening in the Dam!

Can drink here and smoke here. Prices are good. 1 euro to play pool. So friendly here love it. People got help when tripping to much! A good much room shop around the corner.

I have so much fun! What a beautiful place, everywhere I looked around has an amazing wooden features: wood paneling on walls, the seats, the bar counter... Centric location, affordable drinks, great atmosphere and they even have darts and a pool table. Love the logo trouwens!

Best full English in the Red light District! We visit Susie's saloon every time we visit Amsterdam for breakfast and their great service. We even went back one evening to watch the live football with great table service! I will definitely visit again!

Great place if you're looking to watch an English Premier League game while in Amsterdam! They don't have a lot of different beers on tap however... You can't start a tab either. We were seated at the bar, and we still had a difficult time getting service. So, order a couple of drinks at a time, because it's not easy to get their attention to order a drink.

Awesome place, just returned and was in most nights the people, the service, the location just perfect. Was made to feel at home 😊 can't wait to get back. Also poured a decent pint of Guinness!

Great vibe in this bar, tunes are always going, good drinks, pool table, friendly staff and good service 👍🏻 always the right level of "busy" considering the proximity to the RLD yet it never feels like you can't get sat down somewhere or served. Make a point of going here if you are visiting and want a nice bar to get some drinks whilst you take in the city vibes.

Nina and Lars were VERY nice and helpful. We loved the vibe, drinks, food, and the feeling of comraderie! We highly recommend Susie's Saloon for a laid back time with good food, good drinks and good people! Would definitely go there again!

Friendly staff and nice location for a beer outside

Ordered a hoodie from the Webshop and even though it was out of stock they did everything for me to be able to pick it up just a few days later. Very happy. I also come here for drinks often and it’s one of my favorite bars in the center

Positive: Polite staff, dutch beer, sport on tv, cozy environment Negative: sticky tables (my phone stuck to it) and the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Knees on the door whilst sitting and afraid underwear touching something

One of my favorite bars in town. We asked if they were showing the rugby game and they changed the channel for us. Great staff, good atmosphere and dogs welcome. They also have a cat. Love it here, highly recommended!

This place is awesome for a game of pool, people watching and making new friends. I thoroughly enjoyed the location and the price point was reasonable for the drinks. Next time I'm back in the Dam I'll be visiting again. I would absolutely recommend.

Lush food, friendly atmosphere and there’s a Cat!! We are both cat lovers so we had such a good time. Hats off the the chef, those eggs were Bangin !

Random spot in Amsterdam. Few TVs around the place but the one near us didn't work. Drinks were on the expensive side. Atmosphere was pretty quiet.

lovely place, if it weren't for the service of a blonde waitress with sunglasses despite the weather ... she didn't take the lead and plus she threw the ashtray on the table. like we were animals, not to mention how she takes the menu under your personal belongings without moving them .... good and cheap beer, and the bestia... dirty table we asked to be cleaned please, is still dirty

Pool table could do with levelling with some more beer mats but it made for some interesting games, and your money lasts longer as it is. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. If you can get a table outside on the canal, even better

The food is good but they brought the food without the drinks and we waited until the food got cold although we told her to serve it together 🌝👎🏻

The bar was nice but the bartender really aggressive. We were 5 on a single table and the bartender threatened us because a table should only have 4 chairs

Very quirky interesting gem of a place. Music fits well with the theme of the place. Sports on pool table too food breakfast very very nice. I really loved the mushrooms and sausages. All staff polite kind and approachable.

My husband and I Stopped in on a very chilly day this January 2023. Nina and Lars took great care of us. Super nice people and cool place to hangout and warm up. They really did make us feel at home which was awesome since we are from Florida United States. Highly recommend. 😍🤙

Bad experience. De kitchen Is closed at 2pm. I took a toast with ham and the waitress tried to charge more than the real price. I do not recommend

Nice Saloon located on the edge of the famous Red Light District, Susies Saloon is a tight location to feel the sights and sounds of the city. several big screens.showing all the important sporting matches and moreover you can find smoking room, a pool table, pinball, and a jukebox. The kitchen is open for snacks and you can have Full English Breakfast every day. Friendly staff are happy to serve you ice cold beer, and prepare nice happy hours.

Yummy English breakfast available, great for the hangover. Didn't drink here so no idea what it's like for a beer but breakfast was lovely .

What can I say about this place. We absolutely loved it. The big burly super friendly barman (Lars) was an absolute pleasure for the two days we went here. Very knowledgeable and gave us advice on other places to see around the city. Would 100% return again. Cannot say nicer things about this place.
