This was a great little bar to stop in the afternoon for a quick drink before a boat tour. The bar is small, cute, and has outdoor seating right on the water. They served us a cold coke and a tasty iced coffee and we relaxed in the sun. The bathroom was clean though it was small and they have tampons available at the bar if you are in need. They also have advertisements for LGBTQ events in Amsterdam and the staff was friendly.

It's like walking into your local pub. Relaxed and cozy. You can sit outside by the canal or inside. They serve generous sandwiches that are tasty and affordable. Coffee was good. It's a good place to go to unwind and eat a bit.

It’s a nice pub to drink. The staff was nice and attentive, but the food service is really slow. The drinks are good and fast. The food is really good, but the waiting time was more than half hour. The atmosphere is good.

Found this place on an Amsterdam Gay guide but it’s not any more gay, or straight than anywhere else in this great city. It is , however, a great little restaurant/cafe with outdoor seating by a canal on a quiet street. I loved to come here everyday and have a delicious sandwich and a coffee and watch the neighborhood go by.

The view is beautiful. Food is delicious. I just don't like the coffee very much. Service is fast. Ideal for resting after the Rijkmuseum. I advise.

Awesome little pub with very friendly and welcoming staff. The food tastes fresh and is not too heavy. Plenty of options to choose from if you’re not feeling too crazy. The open faced sandwich and green pea soup were delicious.

The service and the food were spectacular. The atmosphere of the cafe is inviting and cozy. The gentleman who tended to us even brought gingerbread cookies to my son...a very nice gesture. I highly recommend this cafe.

Stumbled upon this little gem when dodging the rain and had a lovely lunch of various local dishes. Very friendly staff and great view over the canal. Very reasonably priced compared with other waterfront restaurants.

Popped in here to warm up while it was raining, and was met with a warm and inviting atmosphere and terrific hospitality! Wonderful staff who offered some great local tips while we enjoyed our drinks and snacks. Open-faced sandwich and soup were delicious and priced reasonably. Will absolutely come back!

A nice cafe along a canal that’s walking distance from Rijskmuseum. It's a cute vibe because the outside dining area is in a tucked side canal so there's not really any foot traffic. The staff were efficient, nice and speak English. The poffertjes were delicious.

Nice local bar. Quality and price ok. We wanted a small place to taste local snacks. You definitely have to try the fried meatballs with cheese. Staff were nice but a bit too stressed at the beginning. They have french menu available with QR code.

We loved it here, the place is reasonably small so can only fit a few tables which means it has a very personal feel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu is quite small (in a good way!) And our food was brilliant - best meal of the holiday so far! It was incredibly reasonably priced, we would definitely be back again!

Great little cafe with tables outside overlooking the canal -- and in the shade! Fabulous for a hot summer day, and a very short walk from Museumplein. Friendly service.
