One of my favourite restaurants in Amsterdam. For a Bib Gourmand price they serve Michelin Star quality dishes. The staff is very friendly and the interior matches the comfortable peace of the Waldorf Astoria. The wine list is amazing. You can go from affordable versus value for money to the most exclusive wines.

I went here for my Birthday during the summer and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Amsterdam. Really beautiful hotel and excellent service. All of the food exceeded expectations.

Not recommended. Don‘t visit. Hotel is fantastic but that place should be of a much higher quality.

First off, it is a lovely small restaurant overlooking the garden. We were surprised upon arrival to find only 2 tables with tablecloths. At breakfast they have tablecloths on every table. The menu is fairly broad so there will be something for everyone. The wine sommelier provided good advice for the food we selected. The two dishes were lamb and Japanese ribs. The Japanese ribs were good but not outstanding. Very tender and flavourful and bit too much salt for my liking. However, the lamb was really outstanding. Very tender and wonderful flavour. The disappointment was the service. It varied from outstanding to non-existent due to insufficient staff. For example, wine glasses went empty and not refilled. Conversely we had outstanding service at breakfast and at other parts of the hotel so I am not sure why they under service at dinner.
