This one is a must! The tasting menu is sensational with wine pairings that really do finish it off with class. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are happy to get into the details of the dish that has just been beautifully presented to you. But the dishes just speak for themselves. A fantastic experience through and through!

I had a really good dinner with my wife. We choose 5 course menu which costs 80€ pp. While doing the reservation, you pay 20€ pp. Our table is on the upstairs and atmosphere is really really nice. Service is not fast or slow, you wait just enough for the next course. We choose an Argentinian white wine and enjoy a lot. Ireland oysters are also tasty with their special sauce. I would recommend this place bit keep in mind that reservation is highly required.

The place has a nice intimate atmosphere, it looks not super cozy, but also not like a cheap restaurant. Service is fine, but too formal and minimalistic I'd say. Dishes were described too laconically, for some dishes we have waited too long. The food itself is from 'more or less fine' to delicious quality. In general, I'd give the food 4 stars, but one of the most awaited dishes - lobster, was over-salted. I think that's not acceptable for this restaurant level. For this minus 1 star. In the end, I have mixed feelings about the place. It's not bad for sure, but maybe it's better to consider some alternative if you'd like to visit a fish restaurant.

We can't be happier to choose this place for our anniversary dinner! The staff were super nice to prepare the card and decorated the table for us! Such a nice service!! And each dish tasted amazing!! We were pretty full at the end. More than worth paying for! Thank you so much to make our day so special!

There service was great. They offer 4,5,6 course menu.At first I was waiting for some surprise.. Food are all decorated well but I'm afraid the taste is ordinary? Their fish is very fresh but sauce is quite weird（it‘s Dutch dish I think ？but taste like Thai food. And I would say Thai food is much more delicious than that） and a little bitter. The chocolate dessert was the most disappointing one🤦‍♀️. Ice cream with jam are too sour… Anyway the service is great. Atmosphere is great. Food is not my type…

One of the best fish restaurants in Amsterdam. It's not cheap but worth every penny. The flavors are high quality surprising and well-combined. Great experience. Staff is very professional. Every last Sunday of the month, they organize a deal lunch. Tickets have to be bought online on advance.

I wasn't satisfied with my visit, they don't see the difference between expresso and coffee americano. look at the photo and judge for yourself. (Respons to owner:) Indeed you are a fish restaurant and I had a dinner for €200,- but afterwards I wanted to drink a coffee Americano. Don’t pretend I’ve been mistaken with my review. It wasn’t worth my visit.

Seven course and a few sips of wine. Dinner was pretty stellar. Would come back again. Might be worth increasing pace as it was almost 4 hours. Nice atmosphere and vibe.

We went for 7 courses dinner. The foods were great. We had a new expreience in having fish in almost every plates. It exceeded my expectation. Love it. The owners were also giving very good service. They actually gave a good recommendation on wine paring. However, the plates at the 6th course and 7th cousr seems abit slow due to the fact that all of the table were fully booked and there were a lot of guests. But at the end, the dessert was worth the wait. Would definitely revisit again next time in Amsterdam.❤️

We enjoyed the chef’s menu with 4 courses of exceptionally well prepared fish dishes. The service was very good and couldn’t be faulted. Due to the fact we chose to eat early we were the only customers in the restaurant and therefore there was a lack of atmosphere.

Couldn't finish the menu, then Puked everything out as soon as I got home. I guess don't order the oysters if you don't like stomach cramps. I've been there a few other times and it was good. Generally a good place.

Lovely restaurant with a very attentive and welcoming service We got 5 course dinner, with oysters, sparkling wine and partial wine pairing, cheese and foie gras for dessert - so all out - total for 2 people was €212 with tip. Food was delicious, dishes were complex but definitely show-casting that it is a Fish focused restaurant. The flounder (Bot) was the highlight

It was a great experience. I do not eat fish or seafood and my friends took me anyway with them, thinking it was not only a fish restaurant... Apparently they ate reay for ppl like me here. They might even liked the fact they could serve a none fish food finally :) It was really good and tasty. I loved it. Thank you!

Just amazing! We went for a 6 course menu. Every dish was fantastically prepared and presented with care. The restaurant is cozy and the service is more than ok.

Excellent and creative menu, they're in the Michelin restaurant guide since 2018. The food is always fresh and the flavor combination perfectly balanced. The interior design is cozy and has two floors plus outside sitting with canal view. Love the service, the waiters are always attentive and friendly. Totally recommend this place to foodies that love seafood.

Amazing! Everything from the waiters, wines, food and experience. Plan to spend some time there as the dishes are paced. I did the 8 course menu option. Each dish was unique, with its own set of flavors, textures and wonders. Just a note on the waiters, they elevated the experience. I don't know my wines and the recommendations were amazing, with no judgement. Thoroughly enjoyed it, I highly recommend.

Seafood at perfection, we had 5 course menu and each was a masterpiece! The desert was made of foei gras and it was mindblowing.

It is in a very good location, service is excellent, love the fishes, dessert is nice, not too sweet. Only the tables are a lil too close, and not very stable, bread can be also better. I would still recommend and return.

Went for the 4 course menu option. It was an amazing set of flavours, very well put together combinations. I expected the usual sea/salty tastes from some dishes, but the chef did great. Staff are friendly, and they have decanters if you get a bottle of wine

Excellent food, excellent service, good value. I have been here twice and it was wonderful both times. Ask for a table upstairs since this is the main dining area, but downstairs isn't bad next to the open kitchen.

This little gem of a fishrestaurant is kind of hidden in one of the canal roads of Amsterdam. But youll have a splendid meal, and every dish is well prepared with lots of love and attention. The waitress was somehow not really into talking and mostly answered with yes or no. She didnt seem to really care what we thought of every dish. Only at the end, she seemed to wonder what we thought of the service? And if we would like to give her a good grade!? Sorry lady, but next time try a little harder to entertain your guests.. The winecard is really joyfull and we managed to figure out our own wine pairing. Because the restaurant only had White wine for their wine pairing. Once again, the food is really good. But thats it for us...
