Sensational food experience, we had five course menu which was plenty, with accompanying wine flight. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, explaining each course and wine so you know what you’re about to experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and easygoing. Fabulous.

This is a foodie place. There are a limited number of menu items to choose from and each plate is beautifully presented but not tons of food on each plate. This was to be expected sheaf if time. The combination of flavors in all the dishes was creative and merged really well together. They will make you a cocktail but they have selected a handful of wines that work well with the dishes. We were generally well attended to, and at no point felt rushed or neglected.

I loved everything about this neighborhood gem. I was a solo diner and they made me feel comfortable throughout the meal (I think it was 5 or 6 courses). Everyone, from the hostess, server, sommelier and even the chef stopped by to chat during the meal. Excellent and inventive dishes made it the best dining experience I had in Amsterdam. I look forward to returning!

Amazing experience. The food is super tasty, choice of wine is great, the place is cute, but what is the most amazing of all is the staff and the service they provide. We had really nice stories about each dish, where the products were coming from and they really took good care of us. We will come back for sure!

Unique and unexpected experience. Do not hesitate. Just run and have a wonderful meal. A warm atmosphere thanks to Graham and his wife and thanks to the great team in the kitchen. What a wonderful evening in Amsterdam out of the bitten road!!!! We’ll be back!

What a great evening we had, first thanks to Fabienne who was a master in describing the dishes, advising great menu & wine pairings, second to the chefs who turned written menu items into reality. Everything was delicious, service was immaculate and genuine. Next time we will bring our friends from Liverpool with us 😉

The food quality is quite nice and the dishes are well designed with great taste. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there. Only thing that can be better would be the parking.

The food was excellent. We could tell it was really taken care of and cooked skillfully. The combination of tastes, the presentation, the way everything was cooked, very good job! The service was also nice, the staff was polite and helpful, and also paying attention to our table. The bill was representative of the quality of the food. Except of 12 EUR that we paid for 2 bottles of tap (!) water. Also the bathroom wasn't really on the same level. I def. suggest the restaurant! Do take notice tho of these 2 points.

Inventive, contemporary and marvelous. All these combined define chef Graham’s culinary. Interesting and unexpected combination of flavors and textures. The surprise factor that comes in every dish goes hand in hand with consistency. It's really an amazing experience eating in this restaurant.

“Fine casual dining” as it says on his website is indeed the perfect description. Friendly service. The food was absolutely excellent.

We had a great time at Grahams! The atmosphere was fantastic. We sat close to the kitchen and it was so nice seeing the food being prepared. We had a 4-course menu, and the combination of flavors was amazing! The service was also very good :)

The nicest meal we had during our trip in Amsterdam, the food was stunning and the staff were super kind to us. The venue is lovely and we loved that it was a nice causal and relaxed atmosphere so you could really just sit back and enjoy the food.

May 2023 A hidden gem in 'De Pijp'. On the corner there is this cosy small restaurant with open kitchen. Real nice and attending staff where chef Graham often say's hi aswell. A nice menu with real good dishes at a good price served at a fine pace. Nice wine pairing for real good prices (don't see that everywhere). Staff was extremely nice and we had a few laughs as well. Definitely a place to come back.

I don't make enough to eat Michelin often (or ever), but for 95 euro the price is incredible and I encourange anyone debating to bite the bullet and try it if they've never done fine dining. I wouldn't hesitate to book again for a nice dinner. The food is all perfectly madez with a surprise each course, the chip dip is incredible, and the staff very courteous without being stuffy. The chef came and introduced himself as well! I may try to recreate the cauliflower and chip dip at home if I can improve my cooking from elementary level.

The food si absolutely delicious, but the star of this restaurant is the service. You’re approached by Graham himself, and he explains the menu in great detail. The service is constantly asking you if you need anything and they are really nice. The place is small and intimate, totally informal, something that’s hard to come by in a Michelin restaurant. You can see the kitchen at work, and the cooks are really nice as well. It’s money well spent and you will not regret ordering the 6-course meal.

Really high-quality restaurant with an open kitchen, great food and staff that know what they talk about…The staff Knows the ins and outs of the dish and can answer all the questions you ask. The food is with the right balance with explosions of taste and the right amount of acidity. The dishes looked amazing executed with great care! The staff where relaxed and you see they have fun in their work! Before opening we saw them dance on music and laugh. That energy was felt through the whole restaurant. One minus was a staff member with to strong perfume. My senses are really sensitive and that effected my senses for a short while.

Meets expectations in a good sense. The choice of wine pairings is outstanding, the idea of powerful contrast of flavours really brings out the best of food and drink.

Dining at Graham’s kitchen was a pleasure from stepping in and being welcome by the owner himself. We were well looked after by his team who explained each dishes and also catered for dietary requirements as I was pregnant (special mention to the delicious mocktails that enable me to cheer with everyone). We chose to have a 3 dishes dinner, the food was amazing, modern cuisine, well presented (forgot to take a picture of my starter, Mushroom Seaweed-Celeriac-Mustard Seed which I loved). I think the value for money is spot on! I can only recommend this restaurant, the experience and atmosphere was perfect for a dinner with colleagues or even as a couple as the place isn’t massive and rather intimate.

Outstanding food and service in a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. All staff shows passion and cares for their guests in a way that makes you feel extremely welcome. Flavours and wine pairings are amazing - just a great meal. Couldn't recommend more and can't wait to return!

Great vegetarian tasting menu! We absolutely loved the flavors and creativity of the dishes. Graham came out and talked to us which was a great surprise and added to the great experience! 10/10 recommend visiting this restaurant when you’re in Amsterdam.

We went for dinner to Graham’s kitchen and loved it! - The food was surprising with unusual but delicious combinations of flavours (see kiwi cucumber sorbet on the photo). - They were able to sublime simple ingredients, my favourite dish was a tomato salad with a perfect marinade and basil mousse - The menu was well balanced across the different courses. - Good selection of wines, which you get to taste first. - I appreciated the chef personally presenting the menu to every table.

Beautiful neighborhood positioning, easy to reach it, kind and careful personnel. It’s a fine dining restaurant. For me, food was very tasty and various (several courses available). Wine was very good and somehow limited as options. Cleanliness it’s something could be improved eventually. Try and enjoy it!

Clearly not for me. Food was ok, expensive and scarse. Imagine leaving a restaurant after a 6 meal course, hungry! To be fair, they have a mean salmon. Also not a place for cocktails. The ambiance is really good and the bathroom is clean and well kept.

Absolutely delicious dinner. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Food and wine excellent and staff incredibly friendly. Looking forward to going back soon.

Was there today with my wife. What shall I say. From the beginning till the end it was marvelous. Every staffmember was delightful, the food was extraordinary and the pairing wines....well....we will come back. Thank you very much for the evening.

Innovative and fun - but also really delicious. It's experimental but still prioritises taste. Well suited for a long and chatty evening. Recommend at least four courses. The Langoustine and Stinking Bishop are to be particularly recommended. Great service.

Most amazing place in Amsterdam! You will not find a more great and price-able place to have dinner! The food is more than amazing and its a experience for life! Graham and his staff his absoultely incredible! If you go here I hope you meet Graham and his amazing waiter Nabil, you will not have a more amazing night than this company! Great atmosphere.. food was special modern international style. Loved that you can see the chef and his staff preparing and presenting your food. Waitresses excellent.. anticipating what you need before you even ask. Yes I have already recommended it to all my friends and I'm going back again soon.
