Burgers are horrible, meat was not good maybe im going to throw up later… and they didn’t want to let us split the bill also, bc « we are understaffed » but there was multiple people of the staff doing nothing

Good place until the waiter overcharged us for drinks, only ordered 4 double vodkas and ended up paying way more than was priced. Horrible place that takes advantage of tourists would not recommend to go in.

The food served was cold. It was obviously a reheat something precooked. Not very special food but the service was outstanding here . I will come back just for the service!

It could be my personal opinion but I felt the Spring Roll was a little oily 😔 But, the place and overall service was nice 👍🏻

There was a woman who was really rude about the fact we wanted to change our drink because it was to strong. They just gave us some sugar water and strawberry juice to fix it ourselfs. And the woman said to her colleagues “ Let them figure it out by their selfs” (laten ze het maar zelf uitzoeken). This happend while all four of us heard it. When we tried to explain we just wanted a new glass and that we didn’t like the way she said it. She raised her voice a little bit out of frustration while we just wanted to be helped in a normal way. It was really rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend to go here when there is a woman manager (white)with brown/blonde hair. And hair in a knot. If you want a good service with good food. Dont go here. Their rude and judge with eyes.

Enjoyed a nice meal here! Sweet potato fries are delicious with truffle Mayo! Definitely recommend them! We also had a chicken toast sandwich (three layers of bread) which was good. The burata salad was okay (nothing to write home about). And we also had avocado toast which was really good. Definitely recommend this! Staff was nice- they don’t make you feel rushed at all.

Overpriced and rude bartender. Wouldve spent much more but his annoyed attitude was a turn off. Only pro was a good atmosphere.

Very good place , were you can relax

We had dinner in this restaurant. We were sitting outside for 5mins but no one came to approach us. So we decided to go inside, and then there’s a lady wearing black which i believe the supervisor or manager and talking to the other lady wearing white shirt showing the table (new staff) and literally just ignored us not even greet. So we look for a table and seated. After few mins finally a waiter came and greeted us and gave the menu, we ordered pasta with gamba and amsterdam platter it was average, the pasta tasteless. Btw the 2star is for the waiter. It’s overpriced.

We went for lunch on a sunny day and the atmosphere was great. All the waiters/waitresses were really pleasant. The Dutch bitterballen were the best dish for me though the burgers and fries were great as well. I don't know how it would be at night but if I stayed for one more night in Amsterdam I would go for sure to have a drink, also in Rembrandtstraat which is a good place for hanging out and nightlife. Shout-out to the waiters, very helpful.

I went here a few months ago, and this amazing Hungarian girl helped me out greatly. She was so amazing and really sweet. The food was aight. The only issue I had was the manager there, he was shouting at guests and staff. A little too codeine crazy for me.

We weren’t expecting to have such a great meal. But smaller menus are sometimes a very good sign. The Peking Duck starters were saltier than I like, but my husband enjoyed them. The tournedos steak was great and the sweet potato fries were to die for! We really enjoyed this meal. And once the scaffolding comes down in front, they’ll be hopping!

Staff are rude and the steaks were almost like rubber. Staff do not care about customer service and ignore you. Also forgot multiple sides/sauces and then were confused why we didn’t want to pay for the meal?

Disgusting, discriminatory treatment received here.. Small dark skinned waitress treated us terribly, she was so rude and dismissive. We had to walk out it was an offensive and embarrassing experience. Do not recommend. Staff need serious training on being polite and learn basic manners.

The staff were rude and very blunt to myself and my girlfriend. We really did not feel welcome at all to this bar. We ordered a rum & coke which was quite frankly a p*ss take. The glass was filled with ice and without exaggeration, there was a drop of rum. The Bailey's however, was a much more generous serving. Apart from the rude staff and the overpriced drinks, there was a nice atmosphere with great lights and music.

Nice place and good food, but the service is a mess. Waiters didn't remember what we order, we have to ask for the same several times. The food took a lot of time to arrive...

The food is very good but I felt the service was not up to the mark… the waiter dropped the fork n knife as if we dint matter and just walked off… this left a bad taste in the mouth

Never had only 2 spoons of pasta. I ordered the pasta gamba's. It has pasta alolio made with.. Butter. No garlic either. I am so sad I came to eat here. Don't come here to eat. Also super expensive for 2 spoons of pasta.. Now I need to go eat somewhere else, great. Also, the drinks suck. Mojito is alny lemon juice and the long Island is too strong and only vodka taste

Good music ,but bad management. People are rude and the vip's send botles from the 1°floor tru us down below. No espace for so many people, they should sel last tickets and have more quality! We are desapointed!!!

Had lunch here with few of my girlfriends and I thought it was decent. For a location it was good. The nightclub at night is good as well. I had Cesar salad with chicken and it was good.

Grandious place, great design, high ceiling, Rebmrandt's face and paintings on the spot. You feel special there. Food is classy.

The staff is friendly but can be more attentive with the clients. The location is very nice with a large view to the Rembrandt statue/park.

Good amount of TVs to watch football games! Not a very big selection of beer though.

Nice cocktails and very well choosen interior. On the terrace youve got very nice view of the Rembrandt sqaure!

Lovely establishment. My first time going to Amsterdam, i went there for a quick dessert with hot chocolate. The staff were professional and pleasant made me feel welcome. Great first impression!

Terrible service and very rude staffs . Went on Sunday and they didn’t get the order for half an hour after i complain about the service the waiter and the manager started to offending us !

I think they don’t fond of tourists. We felt like we offended the waitress; but we didn’t understand how… Very slow and unpleasant service.

I think it is a spacious and good place to visit ..

This is one of the best pubs in Amsterdam. It opens its doors at 11pm and is open till almost 4 am. The entry fee is 18 euros per adult. You need to buy drinks and other beverages separately inside. The plase is very happening and gets extremely crowded during the weekends. Apart from dj you will also find musicians si gers and dancers performing to entertain the crowd.

Served my vegan friend chicken spring rolls, which she ate before recognising. Didnt apologise but offered to take the cheapest drink off the menu, embarrassing and rude behaviour. Didnt recognise the principal of the incident. Disappointing.

Amazing venue! Definitely get a table there they treat you the way of royalty! Music and DJ was on POINT! Best night we've had in Amsterdam this weekend!
