Cozy place in a very vibrating area. The location is good, the place is well maintained inside.

I was a bit unsure of this place as it seemed to be in a heavy tourist area and I prefer to find more unique restaurants. We decided to eat here anyway as it was getting late and we were not disappointed. The steak and spicy burger were lovely. Drinks service was a tad slow. Prices very very reasonable. €45 euro for a starter, 2 mains and 3 drinks

We live nearby and always walked by as we guessed it would be average as it’s in a tourist hot-spot. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Excellent quality steak, friendly service and great for coeliacs with plenty of gluten free options. They also own the Italian next door and brought my partner a Tiramisu! We’ll be going there next. Highly rated.

We had an exceptional dining experience at a fantastic restaurant. The meat and cheese were of high quality, and the cocktails were amazing. The service was excellent and courteous, maintaining a consistently high standard. The atmosphere was truly delightful, making it an overall outstanding culinary venture.

Amazing place! :) kinda was skeptical because it is in a touristy-area and those places are usually not the best, but food here is great and the service is top of the game. Had a philly cheese sandwich (highly recommend) that was very juicy and delicious, ribs and mango salad. My bf also loved the ribs and the salad was nice and refreshing. Definitely the best place in the area for the ones who love well prepared meat dishes.

We discovered this place on our last night which is a shame because I would have loved to try it again it was that good! I got the Big Apple Burger & it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The secret sauce made the burger! Hubby got the Spicy One burger and also raved how good it was? Inside decor was very nice & servers welcoming. 10/10!!

Stay away! Firstly we sat down very quiet which was nice, we ordered our food and spotted a mouse running beside us, as we had already ordered we didn’t say anything. The cocktails were over priced for what we got. We ordered steak he never asked how we would like it cooked came out very raw, the steak didn’t include a side. We also asked for fries with one of our meals and they never brought them. The wings we’re average. There was no service at all it was very poor. I came back to my hotel feeling very sick after eating there. I would not recommend, I should have walked out the minute we saw the mouse 🤢 Don’t recommend.

Very nice experience! Even if the weather’s cold you have the possibility to eat outside because there are special lights to warm the place; the food was great and it’s rare in Amsterdam to have a satisfying dinner for just about 15€ per person! We had bread with garlic butter, two soups (the tomato one is phenomenal), and buffalo wings.. delicious !

Staff is polite but not really motivated and interested in service process. Forget what was asked and not around table for long time. Meet in burgers is over cooked and so is DRY and not tasty. Though goat cheese salad was nice only sauce tasted like made of sugar only.

The Big Apple is an American style restaurant in the middle of Amsterdam. Cool and fancy place, good kitchen! I particularly like that the terrace is heated. Will be back during my next visit! I think the prices are in-line with the local prices and the quality of the food. 5 star

Enjoyed a nice vegan meal here, starting with the avocado skins and ending with the falafel Burger. The menu was quite inclusive.

We had the large share platter, was very nice and we spent less on this meal and got like 3 times more food than at other places we visited. Would definitely visit again.

Would never choose somewhere like this, but luckily I read some reviews first and they were right - the staff are incredibly friendly and the steak was tender and perfectly cooked. Sides were also very welcome. They also own the Italian restaurant next door so we were able to have tiramisu for dessert, which was epic

Good service, and the food was on point. Considering how busy the restaurant was ( completely full) I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the food came out. I had the platter with ribs, steak and chicken and all of it was beautifully cooked. Would recommend

We surprised my boyfriend with a visit to this restaurant because he has been craving ribs for quite a while. We weren't sure if we should bring our son who is a toddler, since it's a restaurant in the party district. We even thought that they might not have a seat for him. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was amazing as well. Just a genuine nice staff, happy to serve us. The food was nice even though I would've preferred my tuna steak to be a bit more medium, it tasted great but was a bit too overcooked to my liking. Other than that everyone enjoyed their meals and the salted caramel cheesecake also tasted amazing.

The food and service were great! I really enjoyed the burger with hot flaming Cheetos. I am a fan. Ioved the curly fries. The staff really cared that we felt comfortable. I loved that too. Thank you for such a great experience and I would definitely come back!

Located in a nice and cosy street, this restaurant has very tasty food. The appetizers are fresh and crunchy, and the grilled chicken is juicy and tasty. The staff are very nice, especially Maurizio who’s very friendly. I recommend it !

Decent spicy wings. They offer an American brunch until 4pm which was nice. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Good amount of outdoor seating; most of which was under a canopy to protect from the rain.

We did this through Social deals. I took the spicy chicken, there was no chicken to be tasted because it was cooked in a sort of bbq sauce. And for the main course I steak and salad. And yes that was I I got not even fries or something just plain salad and one poor steak! And for dessert I got the cheese cake. It was a date night and could not enjoy it much because of the constant arguing of employees and poor service because of it. I would not be going there again and therefore would not recommend it.

If u want to live a real american experience, this place is for you! Here u can find every kind of burgers, steaks and other snacks. Nice staff and food!

I'm not hungry anymore, so that's good. Besides that everything was quite tasteless and boring, and pricey at that. I ordered a burger, which was dry and no dip for the saltless fries.. my girlfriend got a 10 euro salad consisting of 2 tomatoes, mozzarella and 1 avocado... Staff was nice.

The steak was good at least, but everything else was meh. No free tap water, hectic service, one rude server and another which (while being kinda nice) seemed to not know the card very well and forgot some things from the order as well as coughing a lot, they don't accept bill splitting, my friend's burgers were overcooked and with less stuff in it than a big Mac, expensive basic non homemade sauces, fries that tasted like they came out of a freezer. The rude server said he would clean a table for us then forgot about us until another server sat us down (at a non cleaned table), he then almost threw the menus on the table without even looking at us and was the one to insist that they didn't accept bill splitting at the end.

My friends and I ate here twice on our trip to Amsterdam: once on our first night in the city, and then again on our last night to celebrate my birthday. The staff are super attentive and the service is exceptional!! Friendly servers, great food, and in the heart of the city centre! Nice food - burger and steak super juicy! Dessert very nice! Wine also good! Friendly staff, they even gave a birthday candle and birthday song! The restaurant was a nice a surprise! Recommend! Bathroom could be cleaner!

Excellent, best hamburger I have had in ages, simple, just the right ingredients, not flooded with all sorts of unnecessarily sauces and the Buffalo Wings, man, I watched my 45kg wife make them dissapear faster than a thief can swipe your laptop. The service, specialy Rafael (the Italian Stalian) what a great personality, he will make you feel like eating even if your not hungry, was excellent. Fast correct first time. I can go on and on, but I won't, I will simply suggest you come try for yourself. Happy days.
