It’s delicious and basic. Nothing fancy - not cheap either but I wish I could eat here every night. Friendly people there despite working in a super hot kitchen. No indoor seating - or very limited - so sitting outside on little stools and tables. Mostly Dutch customers when I was there. My friend tells me this is the best Pho in Amsterdam. Great if you’re going to a movie at the theaters nearby or heading to a night at the bars. Also great after the bars. Huge portions and some good cold drinks too.

Quick and efficient service, and extremely delicious bowl of pho. Plenty of meat and noodles included. Seating is super limited to about 10 spots inside, and about 6 spots outside. Completely worth the trip if you are a fan of Pho.

Came herr with some big expectations after reading the reviews about this place and looking around for vietnameese cuisine in Amsterdam. Meet is completely uncooked. Everything is very dirty. Pho is the same for every different soup, they just add different uncooked meet. They also add some serious E's in their soups. Both me and my friends had serious throat burnings after eating here. What would be left to say?... oh yes: the restroom is built on top of a table. Literaly! I would avoid this place.

The Pho King bowl was super delicious. My friend got the pork bun which also looked tasty so I'll opt for this one in the summer. The place is quite small but luckily they had outside seating with heating (to keep you warm in winter). I honestly preferred it because it's very small and warm inside. Good portion sizes.

Started my Euro trip in Amsterdam and I plan to visit 1 Vietnamese restaurant in every city if applicable. This spot is a little hole in the wall type of side street location. The atmosphere is very reminisce of Vietnam with small stools and tables to eat at. Broth was delicious and flavorful. Portion was just right and noodles were firm just how I like it. 9/10 for the Pho-King great experience. More reviews from my Euro Trip to come.

Best Vietnamese Dishes we ever had. All the food we try are yummy. The Staff are nice and kids friendly. I had mentioned I will give the Pho stew beef to my kids and requested don’t add pepper as they can’t have spicy food. The staff are so kind and provided extra spoon & bowl and even extra lemon that we not expected. Worth for waiting.

My first trip to Amsterdam in the spring had a little cold and rain, perfect for some pho. I went to this little hole in the wall place (as all good Asian shops are). There were a few tables inside and some longer tables outside. We looked over the menu quickly and put an order for the number 1 and a number 8. They were both delicious and full of flavor. I definitely recommend stopping by the next time you are in Amsterdam.

The Pho king is an exceptional food spot. Affordable prices, high quality food and good atmosphere. The staff accommodated my request (no cucumbers) and were very polite. I recommend trying their Spring rolls! Fantastic flavor and tasty satay sauce dip. The Bun (Vietnamese salad I believe) is light, flavorful and very well presented.

Such a nice pho!!! I got Pho king for myself and it was super gooood😍 I love the soup and it's a really big bowl. The location is in an easy place to find I mean it's a small street and it's in there I think it's pretty cool. I really enjoyed my pho and gonna visit here again for sure next time I'm in Amsterdam 🥰🥰🥰

I can’t believe it! Finally authentic Vietnamese in Amsterdam. The best I’ve had in the Netherlands so far. It was more than excellent. In my opinion, and better than Pho 91. It was authentic. Seasoned to perfection, perfect amount of condiments. Intense flavors. People working here make you feel very welcome, even though it’s very busy. Happy, smiley staff even when under pressure. Don’t expect a fancy setting, very few tables inside and very tight, but still a nice, cozy atmosphere. This is my new favorite spot in Amsterdam by far.

The pho here is really good! A small but cozy place to have some warm soup in the winter. The owner is also super nice. He gave me a side of spring rolls because I waited outside for a while. Highly recommend!

I’m from Hong Kong, so I was very happy to find a great place that sells amazing pho. Definitely satisfied my craving. We ordered the Pho King and original spring rolls. 10/10! I would’ve given it a 5 stars but we just had to wait in line for half an hour, to be fair we came during peak hours on the Pride Weekend! So be sure to come earlier as it’s first come first serve.

I love this vietnamese food! You can enjoy Vietnam original cuisine here. I was recommended this place from my friend and totally satisfied with the food. I especially recommend you to try Bun bo, fresh veggies and beef with rice noodles. This tastes really good and portion is quite large. Pho was good too. If you want to eat real vietnamese, this restaurant is the place you find!

I ordered the pho and I will say the broth was nice. Had good flavor and although initially I thought the bowl size was too small for the price, it was actually fulfilling. Amsterdam isn’t cheap so cost is higher but it was satisfying on a colder day. Dining in was a bit rough trying to get seating and ordering inside. It’s one of those quick dine in and go places. Overall, not bad place for pho but don’t expect much if trying to dine-in during busy hours.

Tiny spot in a side street which can be kind of cool. Very simple, basically a large closet with 7-8 seats inside. I had the Pho Dac Biet for €18…pricey for the size of the bowl and flavor. Unfortunately, that’s Amsterdam - most places are spendy for the quality. It was very standard Pho, which you can find anywhere so €18 for broth, noodles and a little beef is a bit crazy. I’ll try a few others and compare though but I’ve had much better for much less. That’s all for now.

Best pho I've had in Amsterdam. This place just makes tasty pho no gimmicks, no unnecessary luxury and no endless menu. Yes tasty broth, high quality non-soggy noodles and great toppings. Beef shank is especially good. I would maybe make the beef sliced abit more raw next time. The egg roll is also very nice and home-made. Owner is a friendly man from Saigon. Atmosphere is on point. Will come back!

The best pho soup I've ever had! I had mine with sliced beef. It's a very small authentic business, they were so kind as well! We're definitely coming back.

Been in NL for a bit over a year and this is one of the better Pho places I can find. It's still missing a few herbs that make it authentic, but flavor of the broth is there and that's key. I'll keep searching, but until then I'll be coming here to hit the spot when I'm craving it.

Such a cute little kitchen in the heart of Amsterdam old town. It's a hit hidden, but just follow Google you will find it! It's quite small inside, only three places to sit, but outside they offer some desks too. We tried the plain beef Pho, and it was super tasty and authentic! For this price I would say it's quite fair here. It's more like a take away place, so to really sit down and have a meal and chat is a bit hard.

Best Pho in Amsterdam! This place specialises in Pho so you will find that it has less dishes in the menu compared to other Vietnamese places in the city. The Pho is done right and very authentic. Highly recommended!

Chose Pho King for its great reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Some of the best Pho Bo and rolls I’ve tasted outside VN itself. A worthy five stars. Cam Un Yo!

It can be hard to find really good Pho in Europe but this was pretty good. The broth was flavourful and I really enjoyed the beef balls, the noodles were perfect and the Vietnamese iced coffee was also really good. I’d prefer the broth to be slightly less sweet but it was still pretty good. Note there’s only a few seats inside so you may need to sit outside or wait.

Highly recommend the beef pho. Beef quality was okay, but the soup base was one of the best I had in Europe!

This is a great place. Very small, very authentic. The spring rolls and pho were exquisite and taste like home. One of the best I have ever tried. The people are very nice too and it is totally worth visiting.

4 stars mainly for the great service. The vegan Phó was nice. Stock is vegan too. My friend disliked the mixed Phó. But she also enjoyed the service. Please note: I reserved but at the location was told it wasn't possible. Apparently there are two locations and the reservation possibility on their site (which is wrongly listed here) is only for the other location. We're now wondering if the bill was correct.

Whilst visiting Amsterdam me and my boyfriend decided to eat here because we enjoy the cuisine. To say this restaurant had the best Pho broth we have ever eaten is an understatement. The portion sizes were amazing and they were happy to accomodate my need for extra spice!! customer service was also amazing at this location. The owner was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us, he was very attentive when we placed our order and checked the food was good. We will definitely be back for more!!

Absolutely loved it. Me and my sister came here a month ago and I am still dreaming about them. We ordered a portion of Gỏi cuốn and 2 beef Phở. The dishes were very aesthetic and the flavor of the broth was really deep regardless of it’s clear color. I liked each element of the dish. One portion is enough to fill a hungry stomach, considering that they will finish the broth too. I’ll definitely come back again if I am around Amsterdam.

Meat is very tender. Broth is flavourful. Good place for a quick dinner. There may be a queue though as not much seating inside.

The best pho in the city! The broth is well made and the coffee is “just like my mother makes” as my friend from Saigon said. Highly recommend.

The best pho I had in the Netherlands!!!! The broth was super tasty; you don't need to put anything it's already flavorful! The price is reasonable compared to the taste and portion size (and, of course the Netherlands). We also had the spring rolls with tempura, which was so good and the sauce was perfect. I can’t wait to come back again 😍

I've tried Pho at many places over Europe, but this one still literally is the King. I've only had to wait like once, besides that it's usually quick service and delicious food. My SO, who is vietnamese, also says this is the closest you can get to the original in Vietnam, at least for the places in the Netherlands.

Two words: HIDDEN GEM! This spot is really amazing. The Pho is beyond great. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Inside is quite small and tight but you can also enjoy your meal outside. We had the stew beef Pho, shrimp rolls, veg spring rolls and pork salad. Everything tasted amazing. This will be my new favorite spot!

May be if u want pho, it was good enoug. Do not order any others. The appertiser sample was like frozen from the supermarket and taste bad. The pork, was like rubber dry pork. Just try the pho..

I love the taste of Pho here and the spring roll with tempura. Such a nice twist! For Vietnamese people, it seems that the food here is more southern style. People who get used to northern style may not be too satisfied. At the end, I still love the spring roll and Pho here

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
