We totally fell in love with Roses. The festive decor, music, food and cocktails, everything is on point. The Arroz del Campo is delicious, Pisco Sour is of course perfect, we will come back to try more dishes! 🌮🍹

Definitely one of the places in Amsterdam I can recommend. Food and service are both really good. I would first like to compliment the excellent service. Funny, yet service oriented. I can best explain it by saying: this is someone that likes doing what they do. Our wine tasted a bit sour, and he immediately gaves us two new wines to taste. As a nice touch, my girlfriend and I got free shots, because of her birthday; cherry on the cake! The Ceviche Tiradito is nice and spicy and taste exactly how a ceviche is supposed to taste: nice tender fish and amazing sauce. Tostadas de Gamba's are nice and lemony. Really fresh and super tasteful. Quesadillas are well filled with great cheese and the guacamole and beans make it a nice dish next to the main. The Nikkei Atun Tataki is also really tender and well-seasoned. The flavours are balanced and very delicate.

Beautiful place and the service and food simply excellent.

Delicious and very tasty food, they had live music the night we were there. Service from the staff was excellent like the food and drinks.

The sharing street food Plate was pretty average, the steaks were good. The Restaurant is pretty big with tables outside and inside and a bar in the second floor.The staff was friendly and the place normally is full.

Came back after 7 years to relive some memories. Place had changed a lot but the same lively South American vibe is still present. Staff was friendly and patiently despite us being late. Food was original and very tasty. Everything was seasoned just right and cooked to our wishes. Dishes were well plated and filling. Recommended!

Roses always meets expectations! I am a true fan of this place. It's consistently good every time I'm here concerning all aspects, food, vibe, music and staff. Great for romantic diners, group diners, friendly diners and (birthday) celebrations. Actually good for any occasion! This time it was my birthday! When entering the venue you immediately get this romantic and cozy feeling. On every table there is a Rose and a Candle. The interior is with rough wood and fits well with the Latin American vibe. The staff is genuinely friendly and funny, and is very helpful in choosing food and drinks. They always make you feel welcome and a special guest. Ceviche Tiradito My all time favorite dish. The sour and spicyness come together perfectly, and it is beautifully presented Quesadillas (without Chorizo) As a Pescatarian is it possible to order without Chorizo. This is my guilt pleasure. All the flavours are there. Cannot go wrong here if you want to play it a bit safe. I would suggest to ask some Lime as a finishing touch. Tostada de Gambas I expected it to be a warm dish, which is not the case. Nevertheless a great explosion in your mouth. Seared Tuna and Grilled Vegetables I am not a huge fan of seared food. But this one was well made for sure! the sauce and tenderness were amazing. Grilled vegetables were great sides. Other recommendations: - Ceviche Traditional - Ceviche Nikkei - Grilled Pulpo (Main) At the end we got some nice sparkles and shots of Tequila for my birthday. Great thanks to the waiter from Barcelona for the entire evening Overal great experience! Coming back really soon!

I love this place! The food is awesome, the stuff is awesome! I recommed this place to have a good evening. The cocktails are perfect also.

The service was spectacular, the food was unreal. We had the Four Finger Quesadilla as a starter, which was phenomenal. Coming from the Midwest USA, I’m used to superior quality beef, but the tenderloin I ordered was on par with what I’d get back home. It was cooked medium rare, to perfection, and covered in just the right amount of salt. The Arroz de Campo was incredible... all of the food was great. On top of all of that, the drinks were great. Strong, but full of flavor.
