Good sound and big place. But quite hot (inadequate ventilation) and desorganized for fast flow of people going in and out of the venue

(Translated by Google) The food was good, main course a bit little. Chaotic service, we still had to hurry to be in the room on time, while we were already there two hours in advance. (Original) Het eten was goed, hoofdgerecht wel wat weinig. Chaotische bediening, we moesten nog haasten om op tijd in de zaal te zijn, terwijl we twee uur van tevoren al aanwezig waren.

(Translated by Google) Eaten here yesterday, unfortunately a disappointing experience here. When you go to the theater and you pay more than sixty euros for a ticket, you expect the restaurant which is next to the theater to have some kind of class. This is not the case, actually this is a refined frieterie where you can get three other dishes in addition to burgers with fries, which also includes fries. The ambiance is excellent, the free cloakroom and admission to the museum without being in the "normal" queue is a pleasant extra. Furthermore, the food was fine, but order your steak well done otherwise you will get it very medium rare. Oh and if the people of the restaurant read this please stop the cans and buckets !? Bread as a starter in a can, fries in a bucket and the cutlery in a can? please just buy bigger plates put the fries on there and make a normal place setting with the cutlery just next to the plate. If you make a real menu with dishes instead of fries and hamburger specialties and start working on your etiquette a bit more, you might become a bit more prestigious.

(Translated by Google) We had reserved at 5.30 pm and the concert hall went at 6.30 pm. I had checked beforehand if the food was ready around 6.30 pm. No problem was said. Unfortunately this turned out not to be the case. We were not ready until 19.20 and could go to the hall that was already packed at the time. Would have liked to be on time in the room to be able to choose a good spot. This was the main reason for eating here because you can walk straight from the restaurant to the room. If they are very slow then it does not have the desired result. Very long (+ \ - 15-20 min) between dishes. You have reserved in advance and there is a fixed 3-course menu, so I thought it could have been faster. And then we would have been to the room on time. The ministry did their job without showing too much enthusiasm. When I rounded off the amount to a tip (despite everything I was not satisfied with, yet 6.5 euros) was the answer okay. Not that I am waiting for a thank you, but still found this rude. Not once asked if it tasted or something. The food was ok, fairly small portions. One of the entrees was just cat food according to my husband (I had the vega version). This is definitely not recommended and would not eat there again.

6 euro for a locker? it's a shame. yes, a two euro deposit which is not possible to return due to the crowd of people queuing to hand over the key. Shame on the keys in the Netherlands, a country where technical development is very high! I often go to concerts, but this is the first time I’ve seen a key for 6 euros in many years! where can I send the key and return two euros? doing business on a deposit of 2 euros is just a shame. In general, the entrances and exits are very poorly and unsafely organized.

Good venue for concerts. There is even free seating in the back if you can find space.

It was different to any concert venue I've been to, there was a very long waiting line and it would put me off going back, we were even there and hour early and didn't get in 1 hour even after doors opened, so alot of people missed the first act, even though they were there early, it didn't seem that there was enough staff, and the place was very crowded most crowded concert I have been to, the lockers were great and made it easier to access our things and getting out was alot faster.

Fairly well organised.arena venue - although I benefitted.from an early arrival which meant merchandise, coffee, chips and beer queues very short. Having said that, there were plenty of counters. Venue was largely standing .but my feet/knees were already aching so I was glad there is also some tiered seating and balcony seating. Exit after the sellout concert was really quite slow with bottlenecks I haven't experienced elsewhere other than Wembley stadium.

Huge venue. Beer is about 7€ and cocktails are about 11€. They do not allow backpacks.

I have been here many times to enjoy concerts by artists I looooove 💜 when you arrive there always is a very big line of people waiting to go inside. Once inside, the way they positioned the merch stand, toilets and lockers feels very chaotic. When you enter the concert hall that chaotic feeling is gone. It has good sound and the screens help you see what’s happening on the stage even when you’re not close to it. This is helpful because I’m not tall at all. Last time I went there I discovered there are toilets on the first floor. Not too many people know this because it was very quiet. The ones on the ground floor usually have mega long lines so walk up one stairs and there is no waiting line.

Great venue! Located just outside train station. Has a small locker facility for 6eur. For bigger Bags there's another locker facility located near 100m for 8eur. The bar and food stalls are good but slightly expensive. The venue in itself is fantastic and can host around 5k attendance. The accoustics and super, the bass slaps you hard. If you're not a fan of too loud music get earplugs from the counter at a small cost. The washroom are pretty clean and free. I went to attend Bonobo on 4/20 ✌️and had an overall good experience. Looking forward to attend more concerts here.

I'm impressed. Huge location, where somebody really thought about people flow and crowd control, because it never feels cramped or crowded. Well organized. Acoustics and volume are good, yet still one manages to talk to others. Not really intimate or personal, but you can't have it all. Just a good concert location.

Great accessibility due to it's location, great show (Jimmy Carr) but ridiculous long lines to get drinks or spend money on anything as not all bars were open and not all open ones where fully staffed so it happened a friend stood in line for the whole 20 minute break, finally got her turn only to be told the bar was closing cause the show was about to start again

Had a great experience here. The stage was great, its super easy to access as its a 2 minute walk from the trainstation. It was busy but that was to be expected. Drinks are expensive but also to be expected and they have specialty beers on tap for basicly the same price as regular beers which is nice.

Large venue with great entertainment options. The queue for the ladies room was chaotic and very hard to squeeze between people to go from toilet area to hand washing station & again to hand dryers. The restroom concept needs to be rethought or have attendants who can help direct guests more efficiently.

Friendly staff who helped make it a great experience overall. We got so much water and everyone was approachable and friendly. The staff was also there earlier than announced so there weren't any issues when moving to the barricaded queue since they came before it got really full.

Awesome concert of Floor Jansen. Great to see her new work

Great concert space in regards of sound. However, drink stands are unproportional to the crowd size. So losing 20min really pops the ambience bubble. Another one is that (legally or not) people smoked and vaped during the concert I attended.

Great place for live concerts, nice staff, all is well organized. Amazing sound, gorgeous effects

Fantastic venue, probably my favourite ever for live music. Incredibly clean and well run. All on one level so no stairs except for to get up to the balcony seats. Floor standing is excellent. Sound quality is excellent and the venue is the perfect size. Travelled from England to be here and I'd do it again. Much better than any other arena I've been to for live music.

Been here to see multiple bands/artist perform. A perfect venue for seeing big bands, that aren't big enough to do stadium tours. For a big venue, the sound usually is pretty good. And the drink/food supply is quite good as well.

Great concert hall with good sound. It is very easy and fast to get here from the train station. The hall has large access corridors, so the crowd can get in and out quite fast, compared to other places. The stage is a bit low, so if you are shorter than 1.85m you will struggle to see anything from the standing area.

Nice and clean venue, you can get drinks fast enough even if there is a long line. Sound system and light show was also good.

Coming from the US, this venue was amazing. Quick entry, concessions in the venue space all over, great seating options and an open floor plan. This is what concerts should be like. Thanks for the memories!

Nice venue to watch concerts. But could be a bit more flexible with people on the stairs. Also, huge lines to get a beer - not great

Currently corona vaccine centre. Was in line for almost 2.45 hours to get the vaccine. Be prepared to stand a lot in line. Staff was very helpful. Updated: For the second vaccine, there was hardly any queue. In and out within almost half an hour. No hassle! 😊👍

Very good... bar needs work on the queues, but a very good clean venue

  • 5/5 Cynthia M. 2 years ago on Google
Dutch govt made this a venue for vaccination. Was just behind bijlmer arena station and inside, I think it's cool and huge. As I have observed there are snack bars inside (which is very convenient) if there are events happening inside. And the ambiance is good.

Nice big open space, polite crowd, plenty of exits and bars. Expensive lockers though. Good transport to and from. Overall great experience.

  • 3/5 J C. 4 years ago on Google
Very large venue, has a locker for holding jackets etc (€6). Security is good, although allot of staff are young / professionally untrained tho they are friendly and greeting. Prepare by not bring any cash, as the bar doesn’t allow cash purchases for drinks (on big events) Also, when stood up, the staff will cut through the crowd every 15 minutes or so with a large bag, flag & portable drinks dispenser. ( on big events ) although this isn’t a bad thing sometimes. Other than that, good venue! Thank you for having us.

It's known for its acoustics and it holds up. I saw the Lumineers live, tickets were sold out and there was plenty of room to enjoy standing or sitting. Drinks and lockers were very accessible and the lines were fast. Can't wait to go again.

  • 5/5 Thomas L. 1 year ago on Google
Great sound! It's a big venue, however it feels small. You're close to the stage even if you're standing in the back. Absolutely amazing venue. Don't know if this was connected to the concert I attended but someone decided that instead of a warm up band there was an afterparty band on the top floor. I hope this is a decision AFAS Live continues to pursue... Five stars.

  • 5/5 Melissa B. 2 years ago on Google
Great acoustics. Free standing places for most tickets with the option to sit in a stand with good view of the stage.

Security demanded for us to walk to a building 10 minutes away to store our (small) bags in a locker for which we had to pay 8 euros. Unpleasant, scam-like experience.

Good service. Very kind people working here. Enough space to sit or stand. And very good acoustics!

Really nice venue for concerts. The acoustics are great and it can take many people. Good selection of bars and food stands also and convenient lockers.

  • 5/5 Izabela B. 1 year ago on Google
Great place, not too big. For koncert is perfect, lots of closets to keep your belonings during the event. Many bar/beer points through the place, so you don't miss your event while buing a beverage. Next to the place you find many parking places.

An awesome venue, easy to reach and doesn’t get too crowded thanks to multiple exists from the concert hall. A bit of a downside are the lockers - you have to queue up to pay dearly for a physical key (!), find the locker with that specific number, then after the show get your stuff and queue up again to return the key and receive the ‘deposit’ back - in cash. In the day and age of digital solutions and cashless payments this could be a tad more modern.

This weekend we enjoyed an amazing show by Parcels. Both light and sound were very impressive. We did have to wait 20 minutes in line for a beer because of a painfully slow barmaid. Other than that everything was outstanding. Even after facilities were officially closed the staff was very helpful to us finding back our lost keys. Thanks for a fantastic evening!
