Been here a few times now and this is not a big casino by American standards, but in a cool place in the centre of Amsterdam. Friendly staff and good food and drinks. If you like this kind of stuff you should visit this one. Fun detail: this used to be a prison.

This was wonderful vibe, walk from Holland Casino towards redlight district on the lot of shopping, food, coffee, canals, nice photo spots. You can get souvenirs. we parked car in Marriott hotel but remember that will be expensive parking. (you can get halal food on the way)

As this was my first trip to Europe I was blissfully unaware of the gambling rules here. They make you check your jackets and it's 5 euro per person to enter. This was a culture shock but whatever it's a new experience. Everyone here was super friendly and accommodating they have a smokers shack in the casino to keep the 2nd hand smoke I produce away from everyone which was a wonderful compromise between a smoking and non smoking casino. The games were fun I lost money because that's gambling but the best part is that my cash lasted me a long time and I still walked out with some money I expected to lose. As a person who gambles only a few times a year I had fun and enjoyed the low limits on the machines. It's not comparable to the US casinos I'm used to but that why I hopped on an airplane 1000s of miles away to experience something different. The drinks weren't cheap but super reasonable for a casino bar in a tourist city.

Great Casino and lovely ambience indoors. Its best to get membership first up, with more frequent visits, the membership card gets upgraded. One can bring along friends with complimentary drinks in the counter as well. The casino remains open till 3 in the night, perfect to enjoy gambling and games in Amsterdam. Must visit!!

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional. Played in a WPT Deepstack poker tournament. The dealers were first class and the tournament was very well organised. The service and food in the Casino restaurant was first class on all three of my visits.

Ultimate news: first drink not free anymore . A certain Kevin told me " it s 5 years that I'd for pay" .... Pity that my memory doesn't fail , and I remember perfectly that the first NON alcoholic drink was free. Every chance is good to fool people and rip them off. My compliments !

sure, its a nicer place to gamble away your childrens inheritence than for example jack's casino. but my o my eating here is tempting fate; found hairs in my taco. and the tap beer tastes like soapy water. also the 5 euros entrance fee together with the lengthy registration including racist innuendo doesnt help the rating.

Holland Casino franchises are fabulous! The state run company does a great job of providing an enjoyable gambling experiences. The table games are great (Ultimate Holdem, BJ, roulette, Baccarat) and there is nightly cash games poker also! Go and have some (responsible) fun!

The casino is absolutely fine, however the women at the cloak service were extremely RUDE! Can clearly see they don't like their jobs. The barman above was different, polite and professional.

Racist establishment watched the manager rudely ask a sikh man to remove his hat when infact was a article of his faith. He only tried to go into the restaurant but was denied.

poker cards and tables are too small. 10 players play at the table. only plays 6 hours. soft drinks are not for free and rake is too high. bags and coats are not allowed so you have to carry a lot of stuff in your pockets. not an enjoyable poker atmosphere for all these&more.

“Meh” experience. Cover charge of €5 was annoying. Taking my bag off was slightly bothersome but also expected. The most annoying thing was that I was wearing a tshirt with a zip up hoodie over top. It looked like a jacket, so they said I need to take it off and check it at the door. Other people went in with hoodies, so it just didn’t make sense to me. I complied, but they will have to comply with losing a star from me because of it. I think it’s a fair trade. They also took too much money from me, but they didn’t lose any stars from it.

Nice location, very friendly staff. Table games start at 10 euro’s. Its unclear if the lower limit tables are open at the moment. There are outdoor smoking area’s.

Good casino a lot of different slots, electronic roulette and blackjack even for small bets. The table games are for bigger bets but worth it. Poker tables are good.

The wait to get in was loooonnnggg. Once we entered, not much in terms of entertainment and extras. Gambling was to the point, consider the blinds are 10 euros minimum, so if you're a casual, you might lose out quick, or find most tables too pricey for your taste.

I desired to play poker, and this happened to be the sole option. The entry fee was 5 euros, which seemed unusual but acceptable. They don't allow entry with a jacket, and communication among players is challenging since they use both Dutch and English to discuss hands or other related matters. Online registration is a prerequisite, and poker tables are available only from 20:00 to 03:00.

It was are first time here after watching someone on YouTube went in spending 20 euros an left near 800 euros in profit would recommend it :)

Greedy business practices. Poker has potential, but poorly run. If you’re on the waiting list expect to wait 2+ hours before being called for a seat, even though there’s 2 tables not in use. How about hire more dealers and make use of all available tables.

The vest Casino in all of Amsterdam. They have all the live table games, machine games, live poker (very well set up), great F&B. If you like to gamble then make sure you visit.

Had a great night here… only regret is I wasn’t playing poker at the time of my visit..The artwork before the red carpet stairs is very unique indeed.. ended up winning 940euro on roulette table and walking home a happy 😆 lad… would love to play poker there if I get the chance to go back!!! Location is fantastic. Great ambience. We were there in 2018 while the WSOP International Circuit Holland Casino Rotterdam leg was ongoing. They have a lot of different options for slots and table games. We had food in the gaming area which was delicious and the Heinekens were a bonus.

Staff very welcoming and courteous but a lot of rules on betting limits, and side bets don't pay as well as other casinos in Europe. Fine for short play but don't go or you're gonna put down serious money
