attitude
was
quite
off-putting.
When
inquiring
about
turning
side
dishes
into
a
meal,
the
response
was
a
blunt
and
unapologetic
"no."
Moreover,
when
my
father
asked
about
the
delay
in
receiving
our
food
after
being
promised
a
quick
5-minute
wait,
the
server
completely
ignored
him
and
walked
away,
leaving
us
feeling
neglected.
excessively
long
waiting
time—
they
failed
to
deliver
on
their
promised
waiting
time,
as
we
ended
up
waiting
for
over
20
minutes
for
our
food.
Lack
of
stock—
During
our
visit,
they
removed
certain
items
from
the
menu
halfway
through
our
meal,
which
resulted
in
some
customers
having
to
request
refunds
due
to
unavailable
items.
Disappointing
portions—
My
mother's
satay
rice
box
had
an
extremely
small
portion
of
rice,
almost
as
if
it
had
been
halved.
This
made
us
question
whether
the
restaurant
consistently
offers
small
portions
or
simply
ran
out
of
food
to
fulfill
the
order.
My
own
order
of
5-piece
nuggets
was
also
unsatisfactory.
When
I
opened
the
box,
it
appeared
as
if
someone
had
already
taken
a
bite
on
the
nuggets.
Lastly,
the
service
was
lacking
as
well.
Despite
requesting
ketchup
at
the
cashier
when
placing
my
order,
I
had
to
ask
again
upon
receiving
my
nuggets,
indicating
a
lack
of
attention
to
customer
requests
and
a
subpar
level
of
service.
Also,
ASK
FOR
RECIPT.
They
cant
even
remember
what
I
ordered
