We
stayed
for
1
night
at
this
hotel
and
it's
not
a
good
Mercure
hotel.
There's
no
airport
shuttle
going
to
the
hotel.
You'll
have
to
take
a
bus
or
taxi
from/to
the
airport.
The
hotel
staff
were
all
nice
and
friendly
but
they
were
ill-informed
about
the
hotel's
services.
For
instance,
a
receptionist
told
us
that
there
was
a
dinner
menu
while
a
person
working
in
the
restaurant
showed
us
a
very
limited
menu
with
only
3
meals
(nothing
for
vegans).
This
is
supposed
to
be
a
4-star
hotel
and
yet
there
were
only
3
meals
available
on
the
restaurant's
menu?!
At
the
bar,
the
choice
was
also
very
limited
(only
one
kind
of
wine
from
Italy,
Spain
and
Chile
-
not
impressed).
There
was
a
self-service
snack
shop
in
front
of
the
reception
but
it
belonged
to
another
company.
So,
we
couldn't
charge
the
total
to
the
room
but
had
to
pay
for
it
separately.
And
they
don't
accept
cash
at
the
hotel!!!
In
terms
of
design
and
maintenance,
there
were
clearly
visible
cracks,
stains,
and
damages
on
some
pieces
of
furniture
and
in
bathrooms/toilets
(but
all
areas
looked
clean).
We
didn't
have
breakfast
at
the
hotel.
Our
room
was
OK
but
it
took
a
while
to
heat
it
up
to
a
pleasant
room
temperature.
Next
time,
we'll
book
Novotel
or
Ibis
Styles
because
this
Mercure
hotel
is
simply
not
good
enough
and
doesn't
provide
quality
4-star
services.
