The
only
positives
I
can
say
about
this
hotel
is
that
the
view
from
our
room
was
fantastic,
the
towels
were
thick
and
fluffy
and
the
room
itself
was
spacious.
I
can't
understand
how
they
can
advertise
they
are
a
4
star
hotel.
No
way!
The
room
was
extremely
dusty
-
I
mean
flying
around
the
room
dusty
-
seemed
as
though
nobody
had
stayed
there
for
awhile
and
it
was
not
prepared
for
our
arrival.
The
drinking
glasses
were
dirty,
the
tv
remote
did
not
work
and
the
pillows
were
terrible.
The
"king
size"
bed
was
actually
two
twins
pushed
together.
The
staff
was
less
than
friendly
or
helpful.
The
food
in
the
restaurant
was
good,
but
service
was
very
slow.
Perhaps
it
was
an
extremely
busy
couple
of
days,
but
the
staff
seemed
very
overwhelmed.
The
location
with
respect
to
touring
the
city
without
a
car
or
bike
was
less
than
stellar.
Other
than
the
hotel
restaurant,
there
were
no
food
options
without
walking
a
mile
or
two.
It
would
have
been
nice
to
have
been
informed
that
we
would
need
reservations
wherever
we
wanted
to
eat
as
we
found
out
on
our
way
back
to
the
hotel
after
walking
9
miles
touring
the
city!
Every
place
we
stopped
for
dinner
told
us
we
needed
a
reservation.
Even
the
hotel
restaurant
wanted
a
reservation
but
the
host
was
able
to
seat
us
without
one.
Kudos
to
the
gentleman
handling
our
luggage.
He
was
awesome
and
didn't
complain
when
he
had
to
make
3
separate
trips
to
our
room
to
find
and
deliver
all
of
our
bags
from
the
cruise
ship.
All
in
all,
I
can't
say
I
would
recommend
this
hotel
at
all.
