Cannot fault our stay at this hotel. The reception, spa and bar staff were amazing. Room was big and clean. Amazing WhatsApp facility for help with surrounding area, any needs or booking taxis. Very close, easy walk to tram stop for navigating the rest of the city. Literally perfect and at a very reasonable cost

A little bit away from the central, about 20-30mins maximum! Also a 10-12minute walk from the tram to go to downtown/central station. But its a nice location still, rooms are clean staff are very very helpful and friendly. They do serve breakfast buffet from 7-10:30 I think, its €17? Somewhere in that price range. I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest with you but just because Its pricey and you could go somewhere and find a better spot for a budget friendly breakfast. Lunch on the other side is much better compared to breakfast but I wouldn’t come here for dinner as well. Reason being is that they don’t have much to offer on the menu. Overall experience here was great and highly recommended.

One of the best hotel we been, its like going in to a fashion show on the entrance. Some design are a bit creepy and interesting at the same time. Room is fine can't complaint and all the staff and crew are great very entertaining with smile which give an edge to for being in 4⭐ category. Looking forward for my next stay definitely.

A very nice looking hotel with clean and good rooms. Everything you need is provided. Even a ironing board plus iron. The WiFi is good. The bath is good and has a bathtub. They have a pool that's good too. All in all i can recommend this hotel ☺️

We stayed at this hotel back in September for my boyfriends 21st birthday stayed from Friday till Monday. The overall stay was very pleasant and the welcome when we arrived was very friendly and professional. On the last day I had left my rings on the bedroom sink as I had had a shower and taken them off.. we then went back to discover the rings were no longer there. I spoke to a lady at reception and she said the cleaners had checked the room and supposedly there was no rings there. The lady in reception then went to the room to have a look and there obviously wasn’t anything there. The rings weren’t worth any monetary value just sentimental value and I was truly gutted having to leave without the rings. I had tried to email the hotel twice to explain the situation and for them to respond and I received nothing. I am truly gutted that they allow their staff to steal things from their guests. I will be returning to Amsterdam but I won’t be returning to this hotel.

Comfortable, spacious clean room. Could have done with a choice of pillows though. Location is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop served by two good tram routes so can get to main attractions in 30-45 minutes. Also has a spa and I had a lovely massage (Tranquility Deluxe massage) with a great masseuse.

An amazing stay the room are Stunning, beautiful decorated throughout the building. I love the fact ice machines are provided. A free Gym and The pool,was so relaxing after a busy day out in the town centre. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The people at the reception desk are nothing but kind and happy to help you out with finding places close by. Definitely a must stay hotel. Cleaners did an amazing job of make sure when we got back everything was there for us for the next day 10/10

We were able to check in earlier after mentioning we would be in Amsterdam earlier. Besides this, the staff placed a present on our room without costs for my girlfriend and me celebrating our anniversary! The room was on the highest floor (10th) and had an amazing view over the city. Overall, friendly and helpful staff, modern yet cozy interior, and fairly easy to reach with public transport. Thanks for the stay!

I had an excellent stay here. Service was friendly and top notch all around. Very interesting theme and decor. Rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was nice. Location was okay - it’s a brisk 10 minute walk to the tram stop where you can ride into downtown. Similar 10 minute walk to a grocery store.

We were recently on a family trip to Amsterdam and I had the pleasure of staying at WestCord Fashion hotel. I must say it was a very positive experience from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, but I would like to give a special mention to Alicia, the amazing receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Alicia greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, making us feel instantly welcome. She efficiently handled the check-in process, ensuring that everything was in order and providing valuable information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions and must try local cuisine. The hotel itself was clean & well-maintained. The range of amenities on offer catered to our needs and that of a 2 year old alike. The staff, including the room service & housekeeping team, were friendly and diligent in their work. Definitely visiting again and highly recommended.

WestCord Fashion is a good hotel but certainly not brilliant. Rooms were of good standard but slightly unclean on arrival. However, this was balanced out by the daily housekeeping which was great. Bar staff in both the lobby bar and SkyyBar were brilliant, really attentive and fast service. Really friendly too. Location is great for those who want to explore Amsterdam as it is a 4 minute walk to the nearest tram stop where you can get trams into the centre of Amsterdam easily and they run until around 1am most nights and all through the night on a Saturday. One thing we didn't know was that their is a €100 deposit hold for the rooms and a city tax to pay on arrival. However, this is the fault of our tour operator not the hotel.

It’s a little bit of a walk to get to the tram station. Tram 17 takes you to the city center but it’s about a 35-40 minute tram ride. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The eggs tasted like they sat too long under the lamp. The bar service was slow. Sat at a table with no one else in the room and it took 15 minutes for the server to respond to us and then forgot what was ordered when we went up to the counter to order.

An absolutely amazing hotel! From the reception to the rooms, I can't fault a single thing. The room was big, airy and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were very polite and helpful and the food a delight to the palate! Looking to go back to Amsterdam again very soon and will be staying at this hotel!

Beautiful property! The hotel is very pretty, modernized, and affordable. The bike rentals were awesome and because of how bike heavy Amsterdam is this was super convenient. The only issue had was the central heating in the room seemed like it worked when it wanted to. Which is problematic in the late November. Besides that, I would definitely visit again.

A lot of miss communication . Told me when I booked it that the bathrooms were private yet it has a full glass door and a window in the bedroom to the bath room … I asked many times and they told me that the rooms wasn’t all like this and I requested 2 single rooms . When I got there i had to change rooms due to the bed … it’s a shame as I did enjoy the place but felt miss informed

I stayed for 15 nights here, And everything and everyone was perfect. Reception, Housekeeping, Breakfast staff were all professional and all of my communication with them was nice and pleasant. Location of the hotel was also great. The park near it was great for walking. and everything I needed was in close reach.

Clean room with more space for working. The room still in the new condition. The location is a bit far from the city center but you can fine some restaurants nearby around 600m to walk. But the location is not so easy to reach by the train or trams.

Very well located for sprinter to Airport (1 stop) and to centre (15~20 mins) on the number 1 tram. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room is decent and clean. Breakfast was good. However, pastries were never in stock when we came down. Again the most friendly staff again encountered. Pool was nice, bit cool but lovely setting. SKY bar was closed on my visit, but bar / restaurant was lovely and again friendly bar man. 100% recommended

It is to be recommended, very clean and very good to relax. Rooms are ver y big. We were also in Sky Bar, it is amaizing the coktails are very tasty und unic.

Nice hotel generally, had a smelly room at first but was quickly changed and slightly upgraded. Also forgot our European adaptor but hotel provided some for us. Location only 4 minute walk to trams which are so easy to use. Sky bar was lovely addition to the hotel. Overall nice hotel for a weekend stay

Rooms very comfortable, clean and modern. About 20 minutes tram to town centre. So your getting a very good value quality hotel for a short journey. Breakfast varied and high quality. Reception knowledgeable and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is my favourite hotel in Amsterdam and I have stayed there several times over the years. Close to the airport and after a 12 hour international flight that is important for me. It has a small gym and a indoor pool. The location is close to the centre of the city without all the city noise.

Really loved our stay here. Probably a little more expensive than most but the quality is up there. Staff are really friendly and helpful. It's really easy to get into the center of Amsterdam from the hotel. About a 20 minutes tram ride. The tram also takes you to the train station. They have a sky bar that's nice but again a little expensive. They also have a pool and gym that are very good and clean.

Nice hotel, good location for getting outside of the centre but still lots to do and able to walk central within an hour. Breakfast was nice and the room was decent - great sized bath!! Unfortunately the staff weren’t the most polite or helpful. Not sure I’d come back.

Lovely hotel. Walking distance from tram stop to go to dam square. Very helpful staff. If you leave your do not disturb sign on the door you get 5 euros a day credit for leaving the room cleaning. Hotel is very conscious of the environment.

Really good hotel - amazing customer service, all staff were so friendly from check-in through to check-out. Great facilities on site and the rooms were beautiful and just as described. A short tram trip from the centre. A great spot to base yourself on your next city break.

Nice spacious hotel in a great location (close to tram/metro/bus). Walking distance from some amazing restaurants and a bit more hustle bustle life and some large open parks. Rooms are very good size with a clean bathroom and large windows in the room for good light. The rooms are also very quiet. The aircon however pumps a lot of dust into the room and if it's not cleaned regularly it can leave you with a bit of a heavy chest/stuffy nose.

Good spacious rooms with all facilities. Nearby to tram stations. Good buffet breakfast with large spread. Few things to note.- city tax is around 48 euro. And security deposit is 100 euro. You will get the 100 euros back when you check out. Only issue or rather a unexpected culture shift - transparent bathrooms. So be prepared for it ;)

My favourite Amsterdam place from now on. All you need and super friendly staff. Sauna is 5 Eur extra per day, swim inclusive

Stayed in the WestCord Fashion Hotel in October 2021. This was my first trip to Amsterdam. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food and drink lovely. Very good transport links nearby. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
