Was an ok stay. Breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful, although breakfast itself was expensive and a bit tasteless (esp if you don't eat meat). Tram line no longer goes there due to construction work, but the bus/overhead/metro)s) train is very close by. Need to be more aware of the guest/tea-coffee/cup ratio. Of course guests can call with the correct numbers, but the hotel should know who's staying. Room was cleaned well and the hotel cleaning team were also very friendly.

The hotel is easy to reach by car! Public transport is close by! The staff was friendly! The breakfast is also rich! The room was clean, OK! The room temperature was too cold for me and couldn't be regulated, the air conditioning was set to the warmest setting! A window that didn't close tightly also caused cool drafts and increased street noise. Last but not least, I should mention the very high parking fees for cars, which were charged at an additional 35 euros per day including tax.

a great hotel. we arrived at 6:30am and they let us check in, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. it's located right next to public transportation which is nice but there's nothing else really around it unfortunately. overall a great place to stay for weekend travelers

Excellent place to stay away from the busy central. With the tram and metro link just few minutes away ( don't forget to get the travel card at the station). Best of all is the breakfast in the morning with fresh ground coffee, non of that continental one choice with orange juice ; fill up with a great choice of breakfast to start your day. Nice peaceful place.

Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in for business travel anywhere in the world. Super friendly staff, beautiful modern decor, lovely room with a view, impeccable service and overall experience. Generous breakfast bar with cooked-to-order eggs and a huge variety of choices of things to eat. Many other amenities (that I did not use or evaluate). The hotel is located just a short walk from mass transit, super convenient. Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Recommended!

This place is little far from main city area, but you can easily travel to the city by trams. but in late night you have to take taxi. The area is very quite and empty after evening. This hotel is surrounded by large buildings and you will not find much to eat or look around this place. But if you just want quite stay this is the best place to be.

Fine hotel, but the room cleaning service worsened from day to day. It also has a gym, but it's very small. Included breakfast was fine, however, choice was very limited. Nevertheless, stuff is very pleasant and helpful, I found all of them - from people from reception desk to the waiters very friendly and sweet.

We recently stayed here with a large group, including my wife and children. We were very pleased with the service we received throughout our stay. From check-in, to restaurant staff the service has been brilliant. The personnel at check in was a gentleman and advised us as to where we should park our cars overnight free of charge. We had given a couple of freezer packs to store in their freezer during our stay, we forgot to ask for them when we were checking out, the staff on duty went and personally got them for us without being reminded. I thought this was great attention to detail 👍🏻👍🏻 Food selection during breakfast buffet was great, ranging from traditional English breakfast options, cold cut meats, pastries, croissants and even fresh made omelettes to order. Coffee was absolutely delicious and they’re even kind enough to give soya milk from the Starbucks counter. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star is because the room could have been in slightly better condition, it’s not very modern, and also the fact that they ended up giving us a double bed for a children, rather than 2 single beds. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Staff at reception and restaurant were really nice. The rooms were big enough for a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. Although we liked the hotel, we found the room and bathroom to be dirty. The bathroom floor and the bath tub were dirty and the walls of the bedroom had many stains ( someone had possibly spilled a drink all over the wall) which could have been easily cleaned with a sponge. Breakfast was fantastic. Public transport is right beside the hotel.

Loved our stay here. Although the hotel is across the River in the north side, it is very nearby to the city center. Easily able to rent bicycles at the hotel directly. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. The guy Ayoub at the reception was a great and friendly host.

An above average hotel with attentive and helpful staff. The newly refurbished rooms are tidy ,clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant serves decent food. A bottle of water in the room would have been welcomed. The hotel is very close to Rai train station and tram. A good choice for business travellers.

I visited the hotel in 2016, it was a clean hotel friendly staff, and close to the tram station although it is far from the city center very good for those who have conferences in the Rai center, the transportation facility is very good.

I came back in the evening no coffee available and the room was not clean check the head board and bathroom very disappointed no managers available on weekend and staff just weren’t too helpful. I won’t be going back and bare in mind there’s other hotels much more better

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was in great shape and the room was spacious and tidy (though someone needs to clean the top of the windows in 1111). We were traveling with our two toddlers and we really never felt cramped in our room. It was an easy hop on a train from the airport and an equally as easy ride into town when we wanted to be in the center. We will happily stay with them again on our next visit.
