I…
don‘t
really
know
what
to
say.
I
am
SO
disappointed
with
my
visit
to
the
Fletcher
Hotel
Amsterdam,
it
does
not
live
up
to
the
expectations
of
a
4
star
hotel.
First
off,
we
booked
via
their
website
and
paid
online.
Only
to
find
out
they
don‘t
actually
have
our
room
free
which
we
paid
for.
That
was
a
bummer
but
we
swept
it
off
at
first.
Sadly,
the
only
thing
they
offered
as
compensation
was
a
free
drink
from
the
bar?!
Mind
the
fact
that
we
paid
about
200€
per
night!
Then
we
went
to
the
room
we
were
given
instead
to
freshen
up
a
bit
only
to
find
out
that
the
shower
has
a
leak
somewhere.
We
reported
it
to
the
staff
who
did
not
care.
They
just
told
me
to
be
more
careful
and
to
cover
it
with
a
towel.
Things
went
even
more
downhill
from
there.
We
then
went
to
the
restaurant
on
the
top
floor.
First,
we
ordered
drinks,
which
lead
to
the
first
problem:
The
drink
we
ordered,
which
was
written
on
the
menu,
was
not
served
in
the
restaurant.
Only
in
the
bar
one
floor
below..
My
partner
nicely
asked
if
they
could
bring
us
the
beverage
still
and
the
restaurant
staff
brushed
it
off
in
a
very
rude
way
and
told
us
to
just
choose
something
else
and
not
make
a
fuss
about
it.
After
that,
we
ordered
the
food
(~25-30€
per
serving).
The
ribeye
we
ordered
was
cut
into
slices,
probably
to
hide
the
fact
that
it
had
a
rubber-like
texture.
On
top
of
that,
the
serving
of
overly
salted
vegetable
pasta
was
about
enough
for
a
hamster.
Not
a
grown
person
who
is
paying
25€
for
that
main
dish.
Lastly,
we
gave
the
bar
a
try.
One
last
spark
of
hope
for
the
evening.
We
were
sat
down
at
a
table,
which
had
yet
to
be
cleaned.
That
happened
about
10mins
after
sitting
there.
We
waited
another
15mins
for
staff
member
to
come
and
take
our
order.
Mind
you,
that
we
used
the
given
QR-code
to
call
for
a
waiter.
When
the
waiter
finally
arrived
we
asked
what
took
so
long..
only
to
be
told
that
they
are
short
staffed
and
that
we
should
not
be
in
such
a
hurry.
The
bar
was
not
that
filled
for
the
staff
to
be
in
such
a
mood…
causing
them
to
disrespect
not
unly
us,
but
other
customers
as
well.
I
am
really
disappointed
in
this
visit,
especially
given
my
excitement
regarding
this
trip
to
the
Fletcher
Hotel.
