express
my
profound
disappointment
regarding
my
recent
stay
at
NH
City
Center
Amsterdam.
Unfortunately,
I
encountered
several
issues
that
greatly
impacted
my
overall
experience.
To
start
with,
the
room
I
was
assigned
to
was
far
too
small
for
comfort,
which
made
it
challenging
to
move
around
freely.
Additionally,
I
was
dismayed
by
the
poor
value
for
money
that
I
received,
considering
the
quality
of
the
accommodation
provided.
Moreover,
I
found
the
attitude
of
some
of
the
staff
members
to
be
quite
unpleasant
and,
in
some
cases,
bordering
on
rudeness.
In
particular,
Deon,
the
individual
working
at
the
show
cooking
station,
stood
out
for
his
unfriendly
and
cold
demeanor.
Furthermore,
despite
bringing
the
matter
to
the
attention
of
the
hotel
staff,
the
heating
in
my
room
was
not
functioning
correctly,
resulting
in
an
uncomfortably
cold
environment
throughout
my
stay.
Although
I
must
admit
that
the
hotel's
location
was
convenient
and
a
few
standout
staff
members
made
a
positive
impression
on
me.
Specifically,
SRI,
who
assisted
during
breakfast,
deserves
special
recognition
for
her
exceptional
service.
Additionally,
I
would
like
to
commend
Chris
and
Yassine
at
the
reception
for
their
professionalism
and
helpfulness.
In
light
of
the
issues
I
have
highlighted,
I
trust
that
you
will
take
the
necessary
steps
to
address
these
concerns
promptly
to
ensure
a
more
satisfactory
experience
for
future
guests.
