A
very
nice
hotel,
but
there
were
times
when
service
missed
the
five
star
feel.
That
is
not
to
say
that
service
was
poor,
or
that
staff
was
rude,
but
for
the
price,
it
didnt
quite
hit
the
mark.
The
room
itself
had
a
strange
layout,
but
was
tastefully
decorated.
The
HDMI
inputs
built
into
the
wall
did
not
work
correctly,
so
to
use
an
Apple
TV
we
needed
mess
with
awkward
and
overly
complicated
TV
system.
The
a/v
equipment
as
a
whole
was
quite
outdated
and
could
stand
an
upgrade.
Bed
was
comfortable.
HVAC
fan
stays
on
unless
you
turn
the
system
off,
and
it
hits
you
in
the
face
as
you
lay
in
bed.
In
room
dining
was
the
major
disappointment
during
our
stay...
We
ordered
room
service
one
night,
and
it
was
completely
forgotten
about.
I
figured
the
kitchen
might
just
have
just
been
busy,
so
waited
~80min
to
call
back.
By
that
time,
it
was
a
different
shift,
and
they
had
no
record
of
the
order.
It
eventually
did
come,
but
when
it
did,
the
pasta
was
cold
(like
refrigerator
cold)
and
one
of
the
salads
had
no
dressing.
The
sushi
restaurant
was
quite
nice,
with
good
quality
fish
and
a
good
assortment
of
other
dishes.
Dessert,
however,
did
seem
to
be
more
about
looking
ig
ready
rather
than
being
balanced
and
tasting
good.
I
will
give
it
to
them
though,
it
did
look
very
nice.
The
staff
was
a
bit
cold
and
impersonal,
which
could
come
off
as
pretentious.
Door
staff
really
stood
out...
They
were
exactly
what
I
expect
when
at
a
5
star
hotel,
and
did
a
good
job
setting
the
tone
for
the
hotel.
The
gentleman
who
helped
us
at
check-in
continued
to
greet
us
by
name
whenever
we
saw
him,
which
is
something
I
don't
expect,
but
am
very
impressed
by.
All
in
all,
I
would
stay
here
again.
The
area
has
a
couple
good
restaurants/shops,
but
the
fact
you
are
so
close
to
multiple
tram
lines,
it's
easy
enough
to
go
wherever
you
want.
It
was
a
great
base
to
go
out
and
explore
the
city.
