Super helpful staff and cozy rooms :) I stayed here for a month before and I am pretty much satisfied with everything. There is a place to do laundry downstairs, gym etc. also there is a restaurant at the entrance and prices are fair enough. Moreover, the Sloterdeijk train station is right next to the hotel therefore you can access to city center in 10 minutes πŸ‘πŸ»

Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was clean and had everything for a short or a long stay. Nice design. Very good location, as a railway station is only 5 minutes walking, which can bring you to ams-centraal in 5 mins

Located right next to a metro station, this is a great place to stay. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. The 2bedroom apartment was very spacious and a great place to come back to each day. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thankyou so much.

To summarise: This is by far one of the cleanest, coziest places I’ve ever stayed. The details: cleanliness was the most important factor for me and this place was sparkling on arrival. After a long flight this place is so delightful. It’s so cozy and warm in there; it’s like walking into your own home. Some features I particularly loved are the black out curtains for sleeping in after a long flight and the heating system. We only had a couple of critical points and none of them were major. For example the water pressure could have been a bit higher for our liking but it wasn’t β€œlow” per se. We also wished the blanket provided was thicker just for that cozy winter feel but we weren’t ever cold at night either. The staff are the stars of the show here though! Nothing we asked for was ever too much trouble from early check-in and late check out. The staff were an absolute vibe. Every single person we interacted with had a great big smile on their face as if you were their high school friend come to visit. It was my first time in Amsterdam and it definitely won’t be my last as long as I can stay in this place.

Great, welcoming hotel, with friendly staff and great facilities. It hits the right notes with the important things: rooms and cleanliness. Plus there are small extras, such as lovely design, small perks for kids and pool table. The area is great as well and very convenient for bike or train rides to city center. The parking price per night is one of the lowest in the area, and they charge per night. So if one picks the car after check out (in the evening) you are not charged extra. Overall excellent and very friendly.

I have been staying here for 2 weeks (3 more to go thankfully) and this had felt like home since day 1. Friendliest staff (shoutout to you all!) and cozy atmosphere and great roomspace. Keep it up guys, check you downstairs πŸ˜‰ P.S Private sauna in here which I might add another ⭐️ to this place πŸ˜‰

The apartment is super nice, but we booked it through Airbnb and actually wanted something private and ended up in a hotel where you have to go out to smoke. If I want to go to a hotel, I wouldn't have booked through Airbnb! Was were disappointed Unfortunately, the room would not get warm and the lights kept flickering. The Gym there ist nice.

The Studio executive was perfect size for 2 people. Staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and really helpful - they've obviously been trained well. Would recommend ID Aparthotel for people travelling to Amsterdam who don't want to stay in the tourist centre but want easy access. The train station was just across the road

Pay attention that you should pay city tax (I paid 30 euros for 2 nights), you should also pay 100 euros as a deposit and they will return it to you after check out. And you should make rooms clean for the check out, otherwise they may charge you, It’s a rule for all hotel apartments. ID Aparthotel is a great choice for a long stay and the train station is just across the road so you can go anywhere in the city very easy. There are no tooth brush and tooth paste. Staff were polite and friendly.

Clean big rooms, convenient location, really nice lounge and restaurant. But the best thing about staying here is the staff! They genuinely care about your experience and go the extra mile to make sure your stay goes well.

Well i was so delighted when we could stay longer in this hotel because it was just perfect and felt home. reception staffwere extremely helpful and were trying to do their best everytime we ask their help. all thank to Xiendro , Trevor, Johnson, Ieva, Jurdy & lucca thank you again for your services. Thank you Chef Mohamed who was trying his best to have vegetarian halal food for me thank you again. The only points i would like to point is the laundry room washing machines were extremely dirty that even i do wash my cloth yellow stain comes out then I figured out that under the rubber was extremely dirty and slimy. the other thing would like to point out the breakfast should have at least a la cart menu , as there was not much suitable to eat from the buffet. other than that there is nothing hotel was so comfy and thanks for the souvenir gifts Will definitely be back again

a Very nice hotel with family apartments. Far from the center and not much to to at the vicinity of the hotel, but near a main transportation hub (train, tram, metro, bus). Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Great hotel that I will visit again. Only 5 minutes to Amsterdam on the Train, which you can get from the train station that is located within 5 minutes from the Hotel. You can also get the train straight to and from Schipol. Coffeeshop close by along with a Spar for food and snacks. The Hotel staff are very helpful, polite and infromative. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern facilities. Highly recommend

A very nice and beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Amsterdam. The Sloterdijk station was within a few minutes' walk, and from there, it was only a stone's throw to Amsterdam Centraal and the bustling city center. Around the accommodation, there were also opportunities to shop in various stores such as Lidl, Spar, or Albert Heijn. Furthermore, in the vicinity, there were many options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if one desired something outside of the hotel's offered menu. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel, also considering the service, which was available 24/7 at the reception!

My room is a nice size and has all the essentials. Very very creaky bed, the slightest movement makes a big noise which is annoying. The room feels a bit dark at times.

The stay was wonderful. Stayed for more than 2 months and had nothing to say! The crew was more than enthusiastic to help if needed. Special thanks to Idel for the amazing reception!

Everyone here is super nice. They really care about your requests. The rooms also very cozy and have everything you need. Overall, I like this place. But it is super expensive. Unfortunately, everything in Amsterdam is super expensive.

Very clean with friendly, helpful staff. We had a two bedroom apartment which was amazing. Sanitation stations are everywhere. Quite stylish as well. Location is superb. Quiet, within 10 minutes walk from a train station, and one stop from the center. Parking is available within premises, with reasonable rates for a day. And just like with luggage, you can take the car after check-out, in the evening without extra charge. So you pay for the nights you stay.

I arived at the ID Apart Hotel on the 17-02-2021 with my partner Judith Carlile . I came to Amsterdam for cancer treatment not knowing if I would survive or not. My partner and I found ourselves in an invironment of such professional care that we felt immediately at home . While recoverying from surgery at the ID Apartment Hotel my partner unfortunately passed away . The care and professionalism thet I received was of the highest standard from the cleaning staff , to the restaurant and bar staff, to the cheffs , and the reseption staff to management. I found home from home in this very careing estsblishment in the heart of Amsterdam.

Really nice hotel. 24/7 fitness and sauna available for guests. Clean and neat spaces. The staff was really nice and helpful. Cosmetics provided were nice. Hallways seemed endless with lots of doors, a bit like a maze but not in a bad way. We'll if you are in a hurry it's a bit annoying tbh. The location is 6 minutes away from the city centre by train. Would recommend for both personal or business trips.

Great little apartment hotel rooms for use while in the Amsterdam area. The front desk, Trevor, and others are very helpful and a wonderful resource for anyone new to the Amsterdam area. The bar staff is also very attentive to any needs. The hotel is located about 1/4 to 1/2 miles from the nearest Tram, bus, and train station that, when taken, can get you to just about anywhere in Amsterdam. I recommend getting a 3 day pass, if you are staying in the area for 2 - 4 days. These passes allow for multiple on/off access to the trams and bus. There is a small grocery store in the same area called, Spar, it has most of your grocery needs and you can pick up a 3 day pass. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom room for the 5 people in our party. If you are looking for a quiet area, and about a 20 minute bus ride from downtown, this is the place for you. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Stayed here for nearly 1 month when I first arrived to Amsterdam. The room have full of facilities for a comfortable stay. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a few step to the Sloterdijk Station - one of the main stations with every kind of public transportation. Highly recommend!

We stayed here some years ago and loved it. Just as good this time. Little condo type things where you can cook a bit rather than eating out all the time. Steps from Sloterdijk station with Metro, tram and bus options to get to Amsterdam Central. Restaurant available but we've never used it. Only downside: don't plan to do laundry there, it's 8 Euro a load.

I stayed at ID Aparthotel as a temporary accommodation when I relocated from Vietnam to The Netherlands. Everything is mostly perfect. I particularly enjoyed and appreciated the helpfulness ad friendliness of the staff who would try their best to accommodate my reasonable needs and do so with professionalism and politeness.

Our stay at ID Aparthotel was the best we had in recent times. We were new to Netherlands and the reception received us warmly and ensured every query of ours was answered. They were very professional and helpful. The apartment was well equipped kitchen and also has excellent connectivity as it was steps away from Sloterdijk station.

Very close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. Hardly a walk of 4 minutes and you are there. Nice ambience. Rooms are tidy.
