Very good location, normal room service, below average breakfast for 16€, and free WiFi that basically doesn't work. Dial-up internet that suffers you all the way to begin to bleed! (It is obvious that they intentionally throttle the bandwidth to make you pay 10€/day for it). Overall, the value is not worth the money.

Actually really good. Beautiful art deco bar and lobby. Location is exceptional. Busy square with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Well appointed room and breakfast was great. Great service from the front desk as well. External noise wasn't an issue for us.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel is in an excellent location, it is built in an ancient building with a magical atmosphere. Since we were celebrating our wedding day, they upgraded our room to the fifth floor. The room was clean, decorated and warm. The beds are great. The staff members are charming, welcoming. Thank you very much for the hospitality. The hotel is highly recommended

Hotel is beautiful and staff is absolutely great and make the whole experience just perfect… until you realize that the wifi is almost non functional… It does not work unless it’s past midnight or before 6am Told the front desk and this is apparently known and only solution offered is 9.90€ for premium wifi It’s a wonderful place to stay in Amsterdam in the perfect location… but heads up… get better wifi it’s really 👎🏻

The location is amazing, the staff are nice, they give free drinks if you clean your room. The price is average, we haven’t tried the room service.

Stayed here with family, we got the junior suite, it was perfect for us with our 3 year old. Nice hotel, good service, clean accommodations. Location is the best, in the heart of the museum district, plenty of places to eat, drink, smoke and relax around the hotel We will be back

Decent hotel we got a room on 6th floor could hear water running through pipes all night wasn't ideal but room was warm, had a great view and was clean. If booking request a room not on 6th floor in fear of getting room 204!

We had a wonderful time at Nh schiller, Marta and her team was amazing, really looked after and couldn't ask for more for our anniversary trip. The room was cozy and comfortable, they really looked after our request to have a quiet room. The restaurant was lovely. we could take the tram and few stops away from the centre, was very convenient. We definitely going back to this hotel for our annual Amsterdam trip :) thank you Marta and the lovely receptionist ladies. Annamaria & Patrick

20/01/2024. Good hotel.Comfortable. Great location. Very friendly staff. Was a little noisy after the last bars in the square closed, but the free earplugs helped to keep most of it out.

Really good! The lobby was beautiful and gave the hotel a cozy vibe while the rooms were a bit more modern, but still nice. The service was really quick, we were surprised how quick they were. All the staff are very kind (and speak amazing English) and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The good location comes with a lot of noice well after midnight. All clubs and restaurants around are attracting young people but also a lot of noises which might kill your sleep. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast good (excluding the scrambled eggs which were horrible).

Great central location - very close to the metro, and easy to walk everywhere. Very clean and tidy hotel. Only issue is on a weekend you can hear the nearby clubs in the street - deep thudding bass until 3am. Weekdays weren’t as bad as music died down around 10pm. If you want a quiet stay then this isn’t the hotel for you.

Had a very nice and spacious room, the bed was absolutely amazing, one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Good walk in shower, with all anemities. Very central location, with excellent access to city and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely saty again!

The lobby and restaurant part make you feel like you have stepped back in time, including the olden day lift. But the rooms are smart and have all the tech you need, including a nice working desk and coffee and tea facilities. Well placed in the heart of Amsterdam makes walking everywhere so easy.

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and our room was spacious and very clean. Shivaira went above and beyond getting us checked in. Great location to cover lots of Amsterdam if you are visiting and want to see sites.

Good afternoon,, We had a very bad experience with the receptionist, Miss Roji. We were planning to book at the hotel, but her impolite manner and her request for us to leave the hotel was inappropriate. I do not think that I will return to this hotel again with this bad treatment. I hope that the NH management will employ reception staff of the quality of other branches such as the NH Collection Flower Market Hotel. The problem is that when we said that we would file a complaint against you, she replied that she was excited about it, as if she was happy about it and there was no one to be afraid of.

Very good located! Bed and bathroom was nice and clean! My room was on the first floor and on the back side of the hotel (quite side) !!!

Nice Location and ambiente in the hotel. Our room was very small and the staircase to rech it a real challenge (see photo). Breakfast: very much standard with limited choice (partially not refill of empty offers), honestly, in this price category I expected something better. Won't plan to come back, probably plenty of better choices with either better prices and/or better breakfast in Amsterdam? Will definitely find it out next time....

Amazing hotel. We received a very warm welcome even at 1am by the time we arrived. The suites were gorgeous, so roomy comfortable and clean. We had an absolutely huge bed and a sofa to be able to chill on. The walk-in shower was huge and just perfect. Fresh bottled water was replaced everyday and we had items to make tea and coffee. There is a little wundermarket in the hotel lobby which was very welcomed when we did not fancy going out for a meal. Not very expensive either as a beer was only 4 euros. The hotel was in the middle of the bustling Rembrandt Square full of various bars, restaurants so great choices. Easy access for catching trams to centraal Station as well. Breakfast was amazing, plentiful and selections changed each day. We never went hungry. Hotel also had a lovely bar. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Amazing location in front of Rembrantplein - so a great view from the window. Helpful staff and good options at breakfast. Comfortable rooms and very good price.

Could not fault the hotel,,service was A1,,everyone who worked within the hotel were very polite and helpful, rooms are nice and tidy and clean and showers are amazing, breakfast was very good, location is excellent and most tourist destinations only being a maximum 25min walk from the hotel. However the hotel is located in the very busy rembrandt square which caters for all so if you want a more quiet evening after sight seeing maybe look for a quieter part of amsterdam,,if you like night life as well as the tourist attractions in the day this is perfect for you.

It was fine.. no more.. The service is very nice. The tv is bad. The food is ok. They helped us to check in early, because we had headache after the flight. I really appreciate it.

This hotel was perfectly located in the centre of Amsterdam, commutes back to the hotel from days and nights out was very easy using the local Tram network. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious, with a lovely view of Amsterdam if you take the front facing room option. Service was great, the hotel representative gave us all the information we needed to know, such as areas we need to wear a facemask in and the best places to visit and see in Amsterdam and marked it on our map. Breakfast was included with our booking, and they had a wide variety. Plenty of beef and pork options for the various hams and smoked meats. Lots of fruit and various cooked eggs. Fantastic. Highly recommended.

What a lovely old restaurant to enjoy a cocktail and some snack bites with friends. Warm and cozy ambiance surrounded by historical building and art etc. Service is kind and attentive. Perfect place to meet up with old friends and new.

What a great 4 star hotel. Location is the heart of the center great for walking. We arrived earlier and checked us immediately. They upgraded us to a junior suite for free!! Historical building Very clean room in the Rembrandt square view a lot of space, king size bed. They welcomed us with a handwritten note and cookies, so lovely. The breakfast was really good many options. The Stuff was very helpful and nice. Wifi is poor. Definitely recommend. We hope to visit again Amsterdam and stay there. ❤

The location was perfect, just a few tram stops away from Centraal which made getting in and out very convenient. Our room was located in an Annex building (of sorts), so we had to navigate some ups and downs on the staircase to get there. As my baggage was delayed, the hotel staff were very helpful in trying to contact the delivery company to arrange for my bags to be delivered, and even recognised me as I entered the lobby to pass me by baggage! Overall an excellent stay and a wonderful team who greeted us every time we entered or exit the hotel.

About the HOTEL & it’s RESTAURANT 🏨👩🏽‍🍳🍳. Location Location & Location 📍🗺! Is a walk from the “Little Dam Square” as we call it. Excellent lobby & security 🎖🔐👮🏼. They have a walk-in “mini market” full of lovely snacks, drinks, and emergency groceries, similar to “Albert” 🛒 ~ maybe it is 🤷🏽‍♀️ Very welcoming staff, their concept of getting 1 per day free coffee “if you clean your hotel room by yourself” is thoughtful 🍃☁️🤍✨. I’ve regretted not trying their dinner or lunch but will do next time 🔂!! Thank you for making our stay as expected 👏🏼💗.

Incredible noise at 1:30 at night. Poor wifi which made it impossible to watch Netflix. Not a good choice for any business traveller seeking a calm place to recover from a long day.

We really enjoyed staying here. The quiet location is ideal. All the arrangements were excellent. Check in was very efficient, Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and suitable for every taste. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

I recently stayed here. I have to say do not stay here if you are a young person I’d say the crowd in the hotel is of great contrast to the hustle and bustle of outsides square… we were guaranteed check in by 3pm but then got told 5pm when we arrived. I also have to add the “soundproofed” rooms label is also false. I was playing music very quietly around 7pm at night and got a noise complaint…ridiculous. In general the room and bathroom were nice and clean but I’d say it’s only nice enough just to sleep in

It would have been a 4 star review had it not been for the I-will-give-you-an-attitude lady in the reception in the evening shift (19:40) on 12/6/22 (by the name Suhsma). We were out of drinkable water in our room, which was usually provided from the mini shop within the hotel, and the response we got was that tough luck, you can go buy in the department store or drink tap water. Lady, if I wanted to go to a department store I would have rented an Airbnb and not a room in a 4 star hotel. Bottom line, if you own a touristic company such as a hotel, make sure your employees respect the clients & are not a-class, rude, ironic, condescending individuals that make sure this client & their friends will never book any NH hotel for the foreseeable future.

Wonderful mid range hotel with very helpful staff (thanks Ali FMM). Lovely art deco ornamentation throughout the building. I hate the location, but others will love it.

Had a fantastic stay here for 3nights. Great location right in the heart of everything and the tram stop is just opposite the hotel so convenient. The staff were so nice and friendly from the minute we arrived at check in we felt so welcome. Our room was fabulous spotlessly clean, modern and cosy we had a balcony with a view right over the square. The breakfast buffet was also really nice no matter what you like they will have something for you I loved the pancakes and selection of hot food. I can't wait to stay here again next time we visit it was a great experience. I would highly recommend NH Schiller definitely a cut above the rest.

Great location. Not the best hotel I've ever been in, but it's great if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The room has everything you need. A little dark, cause there's lack of light.

We stayed as a couple at the hotel for three nights, the hotel is amazing. Perfect location, close to major attractions, very close transportation surrounded by restaurants and places of entertainment. The service at the hotel was great, we mentioned that we were coming to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel left us champagne and chocolate in the room. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back again
