Again,
bed
bug
problems.
We
found
the
bugs
(multiple
big
ones)
crawling
around
on
one
of
the
4
beds
and
we
immediately
took
pictures
and
went
down
to
reception
to
resolve
the
problem.
The
staff
are
nice
but
they
basically
can’t
offer
any
solutions
to
these
problems
and
gave
us
4
bedsheets.
This
was
at
11pm
so
I
wasn’t
surprised
that
they
currently
couldn’t
do
much
more,
we
were
promised
a
deep
cleaning
on
the
following
day,
and
I
was
fortunate
enough
to
be
able
to
spend
a
night
at
the
friend’s
house
we
were
visiting.
The
deep
cleaning
lasted
around
4
hours
in
the
middle
of
the
day
so
we
were
left
without
a
place
to
stay
while
it
was
raining,
and
then
after
the
deep
cleaning
we
still
found
bed
bugs
on
a
different
bed,
and
the
sheets
were
still
filthy
and
riddled
with
yellow
and
brown
stains,
as
well
as
liptsick
on
my
pillow
case.
When
we
checked
out
I
asked
about
some
form
of
compensation,
but
all
they
said
is
that
its
not
refundable
(did
not
ask
for
a
full
refund)
and
that
I
should
have
asked
for
compensation
the
day
the
bed
bug
problem
came
up
(again,
we
found
them
at
around
or
probably
later
than
11pm).
All
I
wanted
was
one
night’s
price
as
compensation
since
I
literally
could
not
stay
in
the
hotel
on
wednesday
night.
Apart
from
this,
the
walls
in
the
hotel
are
paper
thin
and
we
could
hear
what
was
going
on
in
the
reception
when
we
were
in
our
room
on
the
2nd
floor.
The
walls
looked
filthy
and
most
of
the
towels
we
got
also
had
stains
on
them.
