First time staying in Amsterdam alone and the rooms here are beautiful clean and comfortable. I stayed in the subterranean floor -1 on the elevator. I highly recommend it because it's quiet and has a courtyard outside the window. It should be at least a four star accommodation and I paid about 140 euro per night. Highly recommend.

One of the cosiest places around Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly and always available, also nice location in front of the canal. A must stay at fair price.

Nice Hotel at a nice location. The lady at the reception at the daytime was very friendly and the service was excellent. Got a free upgrade to a better room. Will definitely come back when I come to Amsterdam for work.

Ideal location for exploring Amsterdam and some of the staff here were incredibly friendly and offered some wonderful recommendations. Unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable, the pillows were dreadful and we failed to get any sleep during our stay over the long weekend. Which massively impacted our trip in a very negative way. The first morning after getting zero sleep I did ask the man in reception if they had any other pillow options, they didn’t. I asked if they had anything to offer to help my sleep during my stay - I didn’t get much help. We resorted to using our clothes as pillows as they offered more comfort. I would not return here to stay or recommend it to anyone. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo etc provided. Clean down of the rooms everyday, safe in closet. Kettle in room with a few sachets of coffee.

Had a great time at the Ibis Styles Amsterdam, good location with a 20 min walk to town, but some shops, pubs, restaurants local. Breakfast was a good selection, and regularly refreshed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issues were the mattress on the bed kept moving, and our room was near reception which meant it was noisy late evening and early morning, also we were opposite the communal toilet, so when it was used the light came into our room.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff was the highlight, but the rooms are very small and cramped even for a "city hotel". Bathroom so small you couldn't get dried without hitting the walls and shower screen, bed so close to the wall the gap was smaller than the length of my shoe so you couldn't even walk down the side of the bed, beds so close together (it was a triple room) that it felt like one big bed and not a double and a single. Given the price of over 250 Euros a night I expected a LOT better!

The location is very nice.. The staff are friendly.. The breakfast is good and varied.. The rooms are of a good size.. The hotel prices for its location are excellent and not expensive.. There are two tram stations and one metro station near the hotel, and behind it is the popular market as well.. I recommend it.

The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is pretty good and staff of the hotel is really friendly and helpfull. However I have to give only 4 stars, since we wanted room for 3 persons and we got one single bed and one 1,5 bed which was pretty damn small for three 2 metre tall guys in room. However in overall we were very satisfied. The hotel is 20 minutes by walk from city centre and it is pretty good value for your money. Parking in the hotel is expensive, but it is overpriced all over Amsterdam so whatever.

Beware of bed bugs in room 401!!! I and my husband travelled to Amsterdam on a vacation and spent 2 nights here. On the morning of our last day, I noticed several itchy red bites on my legs, but did not know that they were bed bug bites as I have never been bitten by bed bugs before. After several days of intensed itchiness, I realized that was the case!!! The room seemed quite clean and new, but we did notice a funny smell like old carpet/laundry smell. We just thought that it was because the hotel is rather old and ventilation might be poor, however, after doing research, we knew that was similar to bed bug infestation smell!!! The worst thing is that the bed bug hitchhiked in our suitcases and back to our home, as we could see signs of them now. This is the worst nightmare of travelling, and is unacceptable for an Accor hotel!!!!

Very noisy could hear the front door opening every time from the basement room it was unfortunate that was the room I was given if I had known I would pay more and stay elsewhere as I am a light sleeper. Room itself was perfect. Cleaners start early and on their mobile phone. Lovely guy working at the desk Sat night.

We booked here immediately after having to leave Aston City Hotel due to cleanliness and safety concerns. Ibis styles was PERFECT. Tidy room, relatively spacious, comfy. Staff were friendly too. Only downside was the lift is tiny and you'll likely be using the stairs.

Best reception service ever! Alexandra was the nicest, most helpful and calmest receptionist we have ever seen. So was the young guy in training, who helped us by booking us tickets to all the attractions we wanted. The cleaning service was also good. On the next street there is one of the best Turkish diners in town. The hotel is very close to tram stations that take you quickly downtown. Just make sure you don't confuse the hotel with the one next door! You will understand when you get there. :)

One the friendliest hotels and staff that I have ever met. Check in 24 hours the reception is always open and welcoming also it's well connected to the city center. Breakfast was brought to your room instead of open buffet cause of the current Corona situation but it was more than enough and diverse for all tastes and you can ask for something special if you are on a diet or have certain allergies, recommended getting a room in a higher floor. But overall highly recommended with these prices for a hotel not a hostel.

Stayed here 3 nights during a business trip. Very warm hospitality. Quiet location. Tram and metro stations are 10 minutes walk away. Quite a few restaurants nearby. Good location for travelling across the city. Special thanks to Mikami, Claudio, Tania, Saad and all others for their excellent service. They try their best to make you feel welcome and suggest how to get things done in the city. It was truly heart warming and I wish them all the best.

I can remark the room cleanliness and excellent customer service, with exception of night's receptionist. Location near De Pijp, it is an area with public transports, night life, day life, including a wide gastronomy offer, and supermarkets. Also museums to a walking distance.

A very nice hotel at a pretty good location (5min with the streetcar (tram) from the center or 15min to walk). The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The room has a comfy bed and is pretty quiet. The only thing that could be better is, that there's no fan in the bathroom, and the windows can't be opened. But we can recommend to stay there!

We were there 22-27 June 2022 spending 950€(3people) The position is wonderful. The room was nice and clean, but the mattress was too hard and the pillow was really too high, I've requested to receptionist to find a solution for the other night, but unfortunately non other types of pillow were provided. The position is perfect to visit the city, in the evening you can have a delicious dinner walking only few minutes. We have not bought the breakfast, for me the price requested was too hight (45€ per day (3 people))

😐 It is a large, somewhat impersonal, completely unshaded and extremely noisy campsite (we were in the tented section).Noisy because there is a large multi-lane bridge nearby, which is still very busy at night. Also noisy because of the "cigarette smokers". There are no rules and regulations - or if t...
