We loved our stay here. It’s a great location- close/walkable to everything. The staff were so kind, friendly, and accommodating. They even offered to make dinner reservations and order taxis, etc. The room was big and very comfortable. They have two buildings and we were in the one a few steps away from the main building, which we actually liked because it was very quiet and we never even saw another guest.

This hotel is magnificent!! It’s in a perfect and central location, the room was JUST AMAZING and Julia made my arrival so seamless with her efficiency and her friendliness. The rest of the staff could not have been nicer, too! I will make this my regular hotel when I visit my Amsterdam friends. SO impressed!!

I have travelled to over 20 countries/ due to my job as a Fashion Model i have stayed in so many hotels around the world. The Toren Amsterdam is one of the best hotel i have stayed so far from its 17th century interior, well decorated room and the Amsterdam Canal view just outside my room window i felt like royalty. The hospitality was top notch, the staff were really amazing , good food , great distance to all the tourist attractions in the city. I would stay again i love Amsterdam it’s my third visit and this hotel has given me another reason to love it more and visit again soon.

Toren's rooms might be slightly overpriced for what they are, but I have to admit there was something really magical about drinking coffee in the morning while looking out over the canal. My main complaint was with the shower/tub. The glass partition isn't big enough, so every time we took a shower, water splashed all over. The shower/tub is also weirdly high up. I'm 5'3" and I felt like I had to climb up into it like a child. Getting out, with everything wet from the spray was also precarious.

What a place!. I was able to find it after a bad experience trying to check in somewhere else. Great rooms, top service, and the best location. I'll come back whenever I'm back

Went for a drink at the bar, which is absolutely beautiful. We ordered a glass of Chianti and Manhattan, both were great! It was quite empty for Friday night though.

After a marathon train ride from London that dumped us in Brussels at midnight and didn't get us to Amsterdam until a full 24 hours later, we entered a little ragged and tired into The Toren - a wonderful hotel on one of the canals. Once settled in our luxurious rooms, I meandered over to the bar where bartender Gert navigated my exploration through the drink menu - all the while providing little shots of Jenever - until all my bad memories of the train were merely a distant fog (as was everything else in short order). My wife and I spent the evening dining, cruising the canal by boat, and exploring this amazing city. Somehow I managed to arise early enough the next morning for a bicycle ride around the city (The Toren rents them for a small price). None of our wonderful time in Amsterdam would have been as easy without the great staff at The Toren - a truly remarkable hotel!

Really great location. Right on the canal next to great cafes (Oslo has delicious coffee just a block away) and shops. We had a canal view and it was quite most of the time. The Toren is split across 2 buildings. We were in the second one (not the one with the main lobby). Our building had a small elevator. The building and room was gorgeous inside and well kept. Service was great. We asked for a crib and they had it delivered to the room before our arrival.

I had a really nice stay at The Toren. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and aesthetically-pleasing room. It had everything I needed and had a decent amount of space. No noise issues/complaints. The overall premises had a very good look / decor style. The food was excellent and the lounge was nice, quiet and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect. It's a nice 20 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal (not right in the centre where it is busy), it's positioned right next to the beautiful canals, bridges and small shops. It is also a 30m walk from the Rijksmuseum and the area surrounding. Very good value for money and it absolutely lives up to its high rating. I enjoyed staying here very much and would like to return at some point.

This hotel is so lovely ! The rooms are super nice. I had a jacuzzi in the room which I used every day. Very nice touch. And the private garden was everything I could ask for. Oh and location is perfect. This is exactly where you want to be. Just a few blocks away from Adam square but not too touristy. Quiet at night. Just what you need. Also- get dessert at the bar/restaurant. So delicious.

Great place to stay! Location is great, rooms are very nice, bathrooms modern and clean and the interior of this approx 400 year old building is a super stylish mix of old and new. Stayed for a prolonged weekend in room 229 which has a nice view of one of the many bridges that is lit at night. Didn't have breakfast, so can't evaluate. We decided to have breakfast in the neighborhood to get amongst some locals (which is only partially possible, since there are a lot of tourists). We did have some drinks at the bar though, which were very good. If you're hungry in the evening, you can order from the very good restaurant Black & Blue around the corner (although I'd also recommend to go there as well). What's most notable though is how super nice the staff was. Unfortunately we didn't catch their names, but especially the young man doing the night shift at the reception 11.11.-14.11.2021 and the gentleman from the bar (who seems to speak 4 or 5 languages and who's son had just been in Berlin with his art class 😉) were very attentive and friendly, giving us great recommendations that made our time in Amsterdam even more enjoyable. Thank you again!

A delightful stay at the The Pavillions Amsterdam The Toren! A wonderful combination of both comfort and luxury without being ostentatious. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. After walking the city for 8 hours, coming "home" to a cosy bar with wonderful inventive drinks made the perfect nightcap. Thank you all for a memorable stay.

This was definitely my best decision 'bout my recent trip to Amsterdam! Love every bits of this hotel details; the room, the ambience, the cosy feeling, the little inner yard, the jacuzzi in the room, the amenities, down to the attentive, friendly staff. Noticing I'm Muslim, they served me Halal chicken slice and vegan cheese for my breakfast. Love the croissant too & of cos the view from the cafe overlooking the canal was such a calming and nice touch! truly enjoyed my stay here, definitely gonna make this my choice of stay if I ever return to Amsterdam again.

Absolutely phenomenal. Service from the check-in staff was great, with a warm introduction and we were walked to our room. The room itself was excellent - very comfortable, fantastically furnished, an extremely comfortable bed, and a gigantic bathroom. It was very dark and absolutely silent - we slept in and almost missed check-out as we were so comfortable!
