Amazing location- central but peaceful. Great communal areas and lots of social stuff and activities. But very basic room with a window that looked inwards to an atrium so not much light. Harsh ceiling light and felt a lot like a cell. Just one thin pillow per person and one small shower towel, no hand/hair towels provided. Double room daily rate of over €220 but didn't get any housekeeping in 3 days despite requesting it. Complaint was ignored so I don't even know if this was normal but certainly not what I would have expected. Had to get my own towels and shower gel from reception and old wet towels not removed from the room. No spare bath mat yet the shower didn't drain so everywhere was soaking. When my loo roll ran out and I asked for it to be replaced they left a huge roll on my bed, but the big wall mounted dispenser was locked so I couldn't replace it myself. By the end of my stay the room was really not nice at all and as a clean person I found myself cleaning up and wiping around, which isn't really right in a hotel! My complaint to head office has been ignored.

I stayed here for two months, sharing the room with another person. The location is great, and the reception has generally been nice and helpful when needed. My room even had the shower and the toilet separated. However, a few things were quite disappointing. The cleaning service was mediocre, to say the least. It primarily had to be done by me and my roommate. Expect this also in the common kitchen and dining area, even when it is not crowded. I should add that this is considered a "party hostel", meaning that they frequently host parties during the weekend (usually). Obviously, this makes it difficult to sleep during those nights. Overall, if you are planning to stay in Amsterdam for a few days, go for it. But if you work/study while looking for a more stable place, I would suggest you consider other options if you can.

I actually didn’t spend much time here beyond sleeping and getting ready, but the bar and lounge areas looked nice. I was in an all female room and it was nice — clean, with two private sinks, and a communal shower across the hall so you didn’t have to rely on using just the room’s. Location and price is great! It’s just a short walk to the ferry, and the ferry was spacious and right on schedule. One of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed in. As a solo female traveler I recommend.

In a 10 person all women dorm. The rooms were very small and there was no window you could open and ventilation was broken, kept saying they would fix it but it never was properly fixed. So there was no airflow whatsoever AND 2 people in the dorm were really ill and being sick which was just marinating in a hot room. Every morning was so hot and actual torture getting ready as 10 people, all having showers and NO ventilation. Felt like a prison. Also security is bad. I had 2 middle age men approach me while I was sat outside trying to get me away from the hostel, when I said no they were then asking where my friends were and how old I was. This really scared me and after telling them if they weren’t residents they needed to leave they just sat across the road facing the hostel. Once back inside I saw that they must have followed someone in as had come in the common area. Reception brushed it off when I first told them and they were still outside, then when I said they had made it inside they still did nothing. They were not residents, and I felt very unsafe. For the money there is definitely much better hostels. Only plus was the events on however even they were expensive for what they were.

The facilities were nice and the space was clean but the service was ridiculous and they tried to charge for everything. To leave your luggage for the day they charge you 6-10 euros. There is no free luggage store which is ridiculous. They sent me an email my first morning saying it was time for check out and my key would be deactivated. With all my stuff in the room and already being out exploring, I was very stressed. Apparently it was an automatic message and incorrect. No apologies for this, just that it’s automatic. Shower towel is ridiculously expensive too. After telling the front desk I may want to switch rooms as I felt uncomfortable I was told it costs 10 euros to clean. I was already checking out in a few hours in the early morning, why would there be a cleaning fee if another bed is open? The staff were nice enough but friendly and didn’t make me feel welcomed. It would be nice if they could make the bed and not have the travelers do this. Especially for travelers coming into the dorm late at night and having to put together a bed, this is very loud!! Location was good and fun taking the ferry back and forth

Good things: The place was the best. Close to the center. The price as well was good enough, if you don't use the expensive facilities. Nice lobby and nice activities happens there. Bad things: They like the client to pay very expensive for everything. For example for a towel approximately 7€, to stay till the normal check out time (12m) the same price etc. So if someone like to visite the town for one day, has to do check at 4pm!!!! and check out at 10am!!!! = No time to see the town in the day light!!!! Of course he/she/it could leave the luggage at the hostel paying more!!!!. So, if you like to have the usual facilities of a hostel, the real price is much more money! It would be much better for the hostel to say that the real price is much more than 50€/day to know the visitor if choose it or not. The toilets are not clean the most time of the day

A fun and unique experience in a very nice galaxy themed studio room in Amsterdam. Close to central station, just take the ferry and walk 5 minutes. Kind and helpful people who were eager to answer questions and help with ideas. Good music which made the vibe perfect. Also included one drink.

Really great location and amazing vibe. However, the room was dirty pretty dirty, particularly the sink and toilet) which both had vomit underneath and around the basins) and the mattresses (which had semen stains on 3 of the 4 beds). Considering you have to make the bed yourself it should the bare minimum for the cleaners to sanitise the mattresses properly as it’s simply disgusting and unsanitary. I also have had bed bug bites appear since the stay. Would rate a 2/5 hostel with a great location And bar, but the cleanliness really needs to improve considering the price.

Great location, just across the ferry from the main train station. Staff are wonderful and there's okay amenities. The girl working day shift 01/06 makes great coffees. I also noticed they've lowered the cost of the laundry facilities due to feedback which is great. Unfortunately I have to give negative feedback as our room was extremely dusty. The shelves near the window as well as the air vent to our room has a thick layer of dust

Had an okay experience here. The rooms were small but adequate. I chose a double private room which had a bathroom attached. The rooms were clean, however our AC didn’t work. I informed the front desk about this, and they said they would have someone to fix it. No one ever did. I also said I would get a fan but they never gave me one. The staff were friendly but seemed annoyed when I asked for help with this. The laundry services were fine but a little pricey. It was a great location however, as it was a quick walk to the free ferry that brought you right across the river to the train station and center of town.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The hostel is very big and modern which has its positives and negatives. There was a great bar with good food and a huge common area to chill in during the day. The location is a little bit out of the way but the free ferry to the city centre was awesome.

Do your laundry somewhere else, get slippers with you as they don't have, buy a lock as the lockers they have doesn't come with one, and get an air freshner as some rooms smell like socks. Overall regardless of said issues, the place is nice for a budget traveler, but a bit rusty/non taken care of since those fancy awards were received by the hostel. Still due to their prices I may just go again, unless a better option is possible.

Only stayed for one night, as it was a last minute decision, but I enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean and comfortable, and the vibe of the hostel seemed really cool, I wish I could have spent a longer time there and met more people. The location is excellent, just behind the Central Station, a short ferry ride away.

I’ve stayed 2 times and they are good. Rooms are clean, access to the rooms is key less and I like that. There is a big space lobby to sit and relax along with a big cafe place. I forgot my drone batteries in the room and I left the country, however got them back after a week from staff. The girl in photo Valeria is cool, she is one of the staff.

Hostel is in a great location and largely clean (except not having any soap in our room), but staff were not very friendly and the check-in process is incredibly confusing. The app, which even your staff don't seem to know how to work, doesn't let everyone have access to the room and presents problems if your phone runs out of battery. What happened to a good old fashioned room card?

The rooms are a descent size for how many people are in them, and the lockers were good. The common area is also nice. However the place is pretty expensive for what it is. They also have like 1 shower and bathroom for every 40 people which is crazy. It is quite at night and they do have like burgers and burritos that are made during the day and for sale anytime which is a life saver if you get into town super late and everything is closed.

The location and value for money is well-worth it. And the hostel has daily activities and a lot of areas for guests to enjoy. The room was good, but the fact that the shower was open to the rest of the bathroom was a downside, as the water went to the room if we weren't careful enough. Overall, I would recommend and will most definitely come back.

ClinkNOORD is a pretty great hostel. Nice amenities, clean rooms, good bar, and a fantastic location. Was able to walk to the ferry less than a kilometer every morning.

Great hostel for a young audience. Ideal location for visiting the city centre. The boat connection to the central station is a lot more efficient than i thought it would be. The common rooms of the hotel look cool and inviting and seem well maintained. The rooms were small and minimalistic, but efficient and everything you need is there. Good value for money.

This is the perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. The ferry makes it super easy to get to the centre in minutes as they run day and night. We stayed in a female only dorm which was clean, spacious and felt very safe. There was plenty of locker space, great fast wifi and a toilet and shower in the room. The common areas seemed really nice too plus there were lots of activities put on by the hostel (karaoke, games night etc). The staff were also great very helpful and welcoming, will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! My fiance came here about 7 years ago and we decided to go back for our month long interrail travel. The hostel itself is breath taken with amazing interior design with lots to do! Rooms are very nice and clean, we stayed in a 14 bed dorm and I felt very safe there! I'd highly recommend it to anyone!

Brill location, fab communal areas. Loved the vibes in the reception and bar. Got a private double room which let the place down unfortunately as it featured what was probably the world's most uncomfortable bed. Considered sleeping on the floor a few times. Also my plug was weird, luckily I could rest my phone on the headboard to charge overnight.

The structure of the hostel is great, with several events to socialize. A large, spacious and welcoming leisure area. The location is great for those who don't want the madness of the center, but is still close to tourist attractions. In addition to the ferry, which is free, it leaves every 5 minutes and gives you easy access to the other side of the city. The only point of improvement for me would be the privacy in the room. There could be a curtain between the beds and the beds should already have sheets when guests arrive. Otherwise, I loved it and intend to return.

Excellent and very large hostel, good for groups and with rooms for families. Had a private dorm. Spotless. Facilities great - lots of recreational activities to pass the time, big bar, cafe. Location is really good: it's just across the river from Central Station - with regular free ticketless ferries running all night. Age range largely young but caters for families too. So lively, but not a party hostel. Really friendly staff.

The hostel is probably one of the best I’ve stayed in. Very clean and really nice common areas. Good size locker in the rooms and individual light and plug at each bed. The only issue was the heat in the room. Our room was on the fourth floor and the windows didn’t open and it was extremely hot, uncomfortably so, despite the fan being on. Everything else was ideal

Totally loved this place, just a 5 mins ferry ride from Amsterdam central station. Located right in the heart of the city. Their activity area is one of the best ones I’ve ever been to. They have a restaurant, a bar and a cool activity area within the hostel. The rooms are extremely clean and cozy. If you’re visiting with friends, this is the place to be at.

The hostel itself it's pretty nice. It has a lot to offer and also the location can't be bet. But as it's massive, they can't really keep up with the customers. I ended up waiting for 2,5 hours to get my room being cleaned, which is fine because check in time is already late (4pm) but then I checked my room and the bed I was supposed to take was not made at all. Long story short: I had to change bed 3 times, which is already not amusing but then the staff was real unfriendly and blamed me for changing bed even it was clearly their systems fault. Wouldn't come again, wouldn't recommend.

This accommodation is incredibly well-located, thanks to the highly efficient free ferry service. The common rooms are cool and pleasant and the bedrooms are maintained and clean. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and I particularly appreciated the convenience of being able to rent a bike directly from them. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends.

The hostel was in an ideal location. 24hr ferry service less than a 5 minute walk which brought you to Amsterdam Central. The hostel itself was clean and tidy. We didn't attend any of the activities but there seemed to be alot provided including yoga, movie night and a scavenger hunt. The room itself, double room with private bathroom, was the only issue we had. It was very clean but was quite dark with little natural light due to it's location. I think it would be beneficial to have this noted when booking. The staff were very welcoming. I would recommend this hostel for backpackers as it seems to be very social with lots of activities to mingle with other guests.

I was pleasantly surprised with ClinkNOORD. It's very clean and spacious, has an elevator, bar with friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The only odd thing is the main stained glass window, which looks a little satanic to be honest... Otherwise, perfect hostel for a great price!

  • 5/5 Ben L. 1 year ago on Google
The hostel was comfortable and clean. There were two bathrooms in my 4 person dorm. The staff was helpful and kind. The common area was fun with many activities. The location is perfect and the bike rental deal was cheap and reliable!

We stayed there for 4 nights and it went really good. We shared a room with two more people, really nice people. The hotel itself it's beautiful and the staff is nice. The buffet breakfast could be better.

All around excellence. Everything anyone could want for a hostel: if you need space, there is plenty. If you want to socialize: everyone is friendly, from the staff to the guests. Rooms are simple, clean and cozy. Location is perfect.

Despite the 14-bed room, you don't feel it, because it's so organized, the property, and above all the staff, the room attendants, and their governor, so professional, so serious,.. everything was fine, I spent only 2 days for my first experience, and I'll come back, and soon ;). The only remark is the absence of bathroom hygiene products, such as shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer... Thank you all for the quality of service you offer your customers,

My review is overwhelmingly positive. I got a 6 beds room with people I didn't know. I left my luggage on the bed when I was out and everything was alright. The place is great, the staff is even greater. My autocheck-in didn't work, probably because I arrived later than expected, they got it fixed in seconds. My phone died with the room key code in it, they solved it in seconds. Bar and kitchen people super friendly. I'm surely coming back and I'm 100% recommending it to everyone I know.

The best hostel in Amsterdam! Great atmosphere, great staff, music in common areas, very busy and friendly, good location (right across the river in front of the train station... just take the free ferry). There's ping pong, jenga, pool table and a lot more to do inside the hostel. I love the common area, with plenty of tables and sofas. It's also super clean. Plus, there is a restaurant and a bar inside!!!

  • 4/5 Gwen W. 4 months ago on Google
Great location - boat was great fun, only took two mins and runs 24/7. Love the heating/AC on the room. The only downside of the hostel was having to rent towels/lockers/shower gel. Staff were very nice and helpful.

CLINKNoord was incredible! I booked them for my first solo travel trip abroad, and I felt completely comfortable and at ease there. The location is fantastic, the free ferry to city center only being a 4 minute walk away. The food was great, I was able to talk to people at the bar and restaurant within the hostel, and the concierge desk was very knowledgeable and handy when my charging cord broke. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was a sufficient size for 4 of us and the bathrooms were really clean. Checking in was relatively easy and the security/key system was very cool. The whole vibe of the hostel was class and we'll probably stay there again if we were to visit Amsterdam again in the future.

  • 4/5 Anastasiya P. 4 months ago on Google
The room I was staying in was pretty clean, except for the shower's roof. It was rusty/mouldy because of some orange/brown stains that were cleaned after two days after it was reported to the reception. The shower's pressure is very bad. Couldn't get a normal shower, not to talk about washing my hair. It took me so long. Overall it was an okay room. Great lobby though. Felt very nice and homely!

I had a great time at Clink. I stayed in a room with 9 other girls, and two of those girls became such a great friends. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms big enough for us to rotate in and out of. The lockers were a little frustrating at the start. When I arrived someone was in the bed I was assigned, there was no toilet paper, and there was a big spill on the floor. Front desk helped reorganize us, sent more tp, and I think sent housekeeping about the spill. I was grateful for the help!! The location is a little out of the way, but the ferry is EXCELLENT and super fast. Drops you right off at Amsterdam central station which honestly couldn’t be more convenient. I’m very glad I stayed here! Felt very safe 🙌🏻

Great room, I had a private stay. There seemed always something to do there. I will say I gave it one less star on service because they sold out the Christmas party that I would have liked to go to, which is fine, however I found out from people that went that there were multiple people there that were not even from the hostel. Kind of a bummer that I purchase a stay at the hostel non hostel people are prioritized over people that are actually staying there.

Perfect hostel for solo travellers with nice walkable view located to near central station. I had a very good time, stayed here for 3days and made many good friends from different different countries. All major attractions are nearby, night party is awesome at hostel, highly recommended to join at night, you can meet and make new friends. Everything is perfect except check -in time which is at 4 pm only, they don’t allow early check in so you should notice at the time of booking but you can put your luggage at a cost of around 10 Euro for 5-6 hours provided by hostel and enjoy visiting some nearby attractions in between. Overall safe and highly recommended for solo travelers if you’re in Amsterdam.

The 4-bed girls room is a bit small, but OK for sereval nights. Service is great, personal all friendly, the public area is very nice although quite full. Check in was easy and check out automatic. The location is the best part - 3 min away from the 24/7 ferry and 5 min you are at Amsterdam Central Station.

This hostel is perfect for anyone that wants to travel to Amsterdam in a budget. It is very near and very easy to get to Centraal Station and to all other points of interest for tourists. The room I stayed was good. I plan to return to Amsterdam in the future and I hope I can stay in Clink again.

I can not say that hostel is bad, I just had many expectations about it because of the good reviews and it compleatly dissapoint me. They have nice installations but somehow the atmosphere is not the best, full of people but hard to make friends, and they charge for everything.. towels, lockers, charge your phone, and check in took 3 hours

This was an amazing place once. I had many good memories here. Yet something happened. The staff was more helpful, they are not anymore. Because of an online error they left us on the street despite they had a free room and we had cash.

Great location, great hostel and facilities. Only issue I had was the bed creaked sooo bad and was so loud, everytime I moved in bed I woke the whole room up and the pillows were also very uncomfortable and felt like they were very very old and over used. Other than them 2 things, I was very happy with my stay and will book again if going to Amsterdam.

Great value for money, staff were helpful and friendly. You NEED a phone, as it's your only way into the building (there are codes for the main entrance and room, but not for the corridor). I had a really good time🙂

This is truly my favorite Hostel in Amsterdam! The location is amazing and it it so fun taking a free 5 min ferry that runs 24/7 to Central Station and downtown. The common areas are large and filled with different games and daily events. The staff are so friendly and accomadating, Adina is great with hospitality and was so helpful and friendly! Marco always put a smile on my face and he even took us out on the town in his time off! I really feel like I had an amazing time because this place showed me the brighter side of Amsterdam! I met so many people. The crowd and the staff are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend staying here. Try to book ahead, especially in holiday season. You won't regret it!

Very nice hostel, and well located: you can get to the center by walking, and it is extremely easy to check in and check out. The ferry to get to it is free and it's operating 24/7. Beds were comfortable, lockers were enabled to assure them with your own padlock. Toilets were clean as well, and the bed is equipped with light and you can charge your phone easily on it. You can use the kitchen without any problem and if you want to pay the buffet is 8.5 €. The bad thing: there were no towels.

Amazing experience at Clink. I loved the location - a bit off the beaten paths, which enables you to discover another face of Amsterdam if you're curious enough to explore the North -, the facilities and the staff. Amazing people work there, always ready to help you out. I'd go back there on a next trip, for sure. Also, the most touristic activities are really accessible!!! it's fun to take the ferry :)

The location is great. But there‘s potential to improve the hostel. It took nearly an hour to check me in, because „room wasn’t ready“, just to come to my bed and found dirt on it and between the mattress and the bed. Checkout indeed was easy.

The showers were clogged and I saw a guy smoking in the toilet. Cleaned pretty often tho. Albert Heijn is right behind that building and you can get some chicken sandwiches with Caesar salad (delicious). Staff is friendly, but breakfast is 6 euros... In AH you can get 2 packs of sandwiches (4 sandwiches total) for €6. By the way, there's some art by the stairs, looks cool.

The location is actually quite nice. We had to drive with the ferry every day which was a fun way to get to town. (drives all the time) The breakfast was delicious, could be more variety though. The hotel itself is very clean and almost all of the team members where nice to us and quite helpful. The water of the shower splashed everywhere which wasn't that decent. Had to use our towels every time to clean the floor. In front of the hotel is a nice stag to enjoy the evening or to eat some ordered food. Ovee all a quite enjoyable stay 🙏

Young and vibrant atmosphere. Super friendly staff the room is really clean and tidy. Comfortable sheets and pillow. The eating area is nice and spatious. Place is great, but as with most places, it's not without flaws. A few things that are not so nice: - Price of food and drinks are high. Even for simple snacks. - Don't expect to have a enough room to store food in the fridge. - I was told I would have a locker in my room, it didn't have any. Or bed number label, but this is probably an exception. Bring your own lock for the locker or likely will pay a high price for one. They only sell them. - No shower box or curtains, so the bathroom floor gets wet all over the place. - Parking is very expensive in the nearby parking garage. Parking on the street further north is 3 times cheaper, but not convenient.

This is by far the best hostel I've ever been to! The location is just perfect, as the building is really close to Amsterdam Centraal -- you just need to cross over the river IJ (which you can do via the free ferry that departs every 2 to 5 minutes). So, central but at the same time quiet because you're on the other side of the river. The building is huge and has every facility that you need, including a big kitchen and space to socialize. For the rooms, I can of course only talk about the dorm where I slept, which was a 4 pax dorm. It was small but clean and the beds were comfortable. There were a shower and a toilet in the dorm as well as several showers and toilets in the corridor. It is true that if people are for example talking in the corridor you are gonna hear it but in my case I was not disturbed or waken up by this at night. I will recommend this hostel to my friends and will be back if I happen to be around again!

I spent 3 nights in the hostel and was very good. It was clean and quiet. There are plenty of activities if you would like stay in, and there is also a bar. Close the hostel there is pub, where you can have a nice burger and drink. Not too much far from the centre

Good location. Just two minutes ferry from Amsterdam central and another three minutes of walk. Round the clock reception with lot of young and solo travellers into the Hostel. Get food and drink all times. Toliets and showers are neat. Pleasing receptionists and safe. Ferry is operated all times and hence it is a wonderful location to stay.

It's a great hostel. Lots of fun to be had and I felt really safe there as a lone female traveller. The breakfast was great. The shower was nice and hot, although the water went everywhere except down! It was super easy to get to with just a short, free ferry ride from the station.

It's a huge place and the location is really good. They bar there is really cool and has a great vibe. Common space is also good but the breakfast they serve is not that great.Talking about the rooms, the rooms are really bad. They just have beds and no place to even stand. The rooms are very stuffy and have zero ventilation. I understand the concept of hostels but this one is really stretching it. The washrooms also don't have any ventilation. The showers in the washroom are really bad. Overall the rooms aren't something that i would recommend at all. The common toilets were also not clean enough. Overall not worth the price that we paid.

I loved my stay here, this place is perfect for a short stay. The location is fantastic, only 5 minutes from Centraal Station by ferry and a bit of walking. The space on the 1 floor is good if you need to work, you can get drinks or food at the cafe right behind the reception. Room was very clean, shower and toilet clean as well, everything was really comfy.

The absolute best hostel experience I've ever had in any country. Such a cool space! Good people, not too rowdy, quiet sleeping areas (in our private room), very clean, good beer at the bar, amazing hang spaces, good events.

Great hostel to spend a few days in Amsterdam. Not only the staff is helpful and kind, but the installations are clean and full of services to make your stay enjoyable. There’s also a bunch of activities everyday in which you can meet the other guests. Mostly on the weekend.

The staff was welcoming and the ambiance is nice if you are looking for a party vibe, but the overall cleanliness was just not it. The sheets had not been changes when we arrived in our dorm, so we had to go at the reception so they could send someone do it right away. Also, there is only one shower and one toilet for like a hundred people, which are both very dirty and smelly. It seems like someone is veryfing the toilet and shower a couple of times a day (there's a sheet and a signature with the date on the wall that testifies it) but for the 3 days we spent there, nothing was cleaned, not even once.

The hostel was well located, you just have to take a ferry at the train station (free), there is one every 5min, even less, and you get there very quickly. The staff is friendly, the common areas are comfortable, nice and clean. However, the dorm I booked is kinda small for the number of beds. Check in and check out very fast, you can do it from your phone. This hostel is worth the price and the location

We really enjoyed this hostel which had everything we needed and even had a games room with ping pong, connect 4 and chess. We loved that it was so close to Amsterdam Central station and thought it was cool getting the very frequent ferry to and from our hostel to the centre of Amsterdam.

Clean. Wide range of amenities. Room felt very secure. Nice staff. Fun vibes. Safe and a free short (2m) ferry from the center. 10/10 would stay again!

Private 4 bed is very nice, good value and the beds were comfortable, and the facilities had hot water for shower. There was no hairdryer, fortunately my friend brought one. There was only 1 toilet roll for 4 people for 3 nights, but surely with asking they would give extra. The online check in process was too complicated, it would be much easier with live check in, the reception could do with more selection of food/drinks. Place very clean and well looked after, the bar/shared spaces were a nice vibe, I would go back again with friends.

Great location, ferry is free and runs all night. Food and bar downstairs were awesome! Beds are comfortable and room was clean. Front staff are a bit overworked though. There are only a couple of receptionists at a time which meant ordering coffee/snacks took a while

I am writing with a lot of disappointment on how the team at clinknoord has managed the situation. It is incredible how I left and envelope with quite an amount of money inside my private room and when I called as soon as I left the hostel all of a sudden the envelope disappeared and no one had any response about it. very unprofessional and no one gave me any solution about it.

Good location, friendly staff and cozy lounge but some problems were still bothering us. The shower is too tiny, the house keeping didn’t clean the room, we needed to ask for new towels ourselves every single time and the beds are honestly very uncomfortable.

Loved staying here and the staff were all very friendly- especially Adrian, Michel and Martha in Zinc Bar! Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were very modern. Great social spaces and seating if you want to meet others or take a quiet minute to yourself with a drink from the bar. Would definitely stay here again :)

👍👍 The perfect place to enjoy high-quality seafood at a reasonable price. Was surprised to see this large restaurant buzzing at 5pm (both inside and outside!) but after seeing the fresh fish on display and trying the sashimi which just melts in the mouth I understood why. The staff were also very well-...
