I was able to arrive by bus with no problem as there’s a station across the street. The hotel seems to have a ‘budget’ building, a more modern building, and two building wings that are older. I stayed at the older wing. Check-in was quick, yet when I returned to the desk later there was so many people and no clear ‘line’ to stand in. They hire internationals for their peak season which is cool, but could be better trained My room was easy to find. Entering the first thing I noticed was the mattress was like a futon mattress sitting on two box springs. I never saw this before in a hotel. It slept well. All the fixtures outdated by at least 30 years. But, I was very entertained by the rabbits and cranes I saw from my window. The cafeteria serves a buffet for 27€ and was a bit disappointed in the quantity of selection at that price. But it was all worth it for the most convenient shuttle service. It’s going around the clock service to and from the airport.

Unfortunately, a large company for which I work has so far made rooms in this hotel. Fortunately, this is about to change. Food and service is the bottom line. The evening buffet is simply not to be eaten and the price for it is between 25/30 Euro. (we get a voucher at the entrance). I remember that this hotel before covid had a great restaurant (3rd floor) and a great pub downstairs by reception. If it doesn't come back, you don't have to count on group clients.

Good parts: close to the airport. Staff are nice. Breakfast: croissants and whole-wheat bread are good. Bad parts: everything going on in the corridor can be heard clearly in the room, this includes people who check out in a very early time, no alarm needed - you will wake up. Breakfast: the juice are not juice at all, especially the “multi” one, try it, it’s just like water!

For a three-star hotel, this location surpassed expectations. It's notably cleaner and better maintained than comparable options. The staff during my brief stay were impeccable. While the room had a somewhat inexpensive ambiance and lacked ample space, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The cuisine at the restaurant on the fourth floor wasn't outstanding, but it sufficed for a short stay.

I stay at this hotel several times a year and I was there this weekend. I checked in at midnight and there were problems with the heating and the TV in my room. Janel at the front-desk was extremely helpful, despite being very busy: he first came to the room to check what the problem was and then offered me another room. He was so kind to run downstairs, check me in new room and come back in 5 minutes to give me a new access card. He made sure that the new room was fine. I really appreciate the great customer service Janel offered.

The airport shuttle bus works well and the location prove to be great as the journey from Airport was minimal. Checking in was great. The staff were friendly and efficient and even helped us to sign up as Accor member. 3 of us squeezed into a single room but it worked well. Everything was functional and good. The receptionist even loan us a water kettle even though the lobby lounge has hot water dispenser. Breakfast buffet was good and Staff Lily was top notched, making us all feel welcomed and giving us tips for our city trip. The price for the room was very affordable and definitely value for money. The only downside was the shower drainage. I think the design was to encourage saving water as the outflow was really slow, leading to the water on the floor to overflow out of the shower area. Overall still highly recommended for people like me seeking value for money. Not to mention free parking! *****

The shuttle service was great and the room was comfortable. A few downsides were the toilet had delayed flushing and the heat took a while to kick in, but for one night it was fine. The breakfast was tasty, but it is an extra surcharge.

We stayed at the Schipol Ibis en route from Spain to the US. We waited at the assigned shuttle stop together with hoards of other people. The Ibis bus arrived on time and was able to carry all the passengers to each of their three hotels (located next to each other). There was a long line at the check in with only two of the several check in desks being used. However the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The services provided such as an ironing center, food and drinks kiosk and Bar were all well done. The shuttle back to the airport was on time, used to capacity and worked well. We were happy with our overnight stay at the hotel.

Rooms are not big but well designed so it is comfortable to stay in. The blackout is not good so the room doesn't get that dark. Also we could hear a lot of noise (either someone banging, structure clicking, etc). Also the bedding is really uncomfortable. The breakfast is decent, but not too many options and no hot-meal options. There is a shuttle to Schiphol but it is kind of far (around 10 - 15 min). The thing is you can get a much better room/breakfast for not that much more money.

Slept well, the beds are good. It's a bit noisy as there's no partition door so the rooms give directly onto the corridor. The breakfast choice is good but it's not set up buffet-style so you have to join the line and select progressively before seeing the choice. No tea/coffee in rooms but this is freely available in the lobby except when the machine is not working, there are no cups or when people are lining up (the hotel is massive). The staff were lovely but the place is really understaffed. Watch out for the complimentary airport shuttle as it does not always respect the schedule.

Room was comfortable although somewhat cool in temperature and no apparent way to give a little increase. Just basic facilities although you could request some items at reception. Restaurant choice was very limited, only the full buffet at €27.50pp. The 24/7 takeaway, in the evening is serviced and very helpful, limited choice, a little costly but was good. Location for bus services is good, just a few minutes walk to the bus station for services to many locations.

Front desk staff is nice, but the rooms are hot boxes with no circulation. The windows won't open more than a crack and so you are left to sweat all night in stale air. The buffet lunch is limited to just a few cold slices of meat and bread, not worth the 18 EUR. The snack bar is good, but often no one is there to take the payment, so the only option is to wait in the check-in line to pay for a snack. Overall, not a good option unless all other hotels are full - there are much better options nearby.

One of the best hotels I've been in for a while. All staff were excellent, courteous and happy to help. The double room was clean, specious and the bed itself was very comfortable. Even though the food provided in the restaurant is a limited due to restrictions, it was still very tasty even though a tad bit pricey. The only thing that lets my stay down was there was no kettle in the room, but there was free coffee and tea provided on the ground floor. If you want to be close to the airport and have free shuttle service then this is the hotel for you.

Many thanks to the helpful receptionist with the long, reddish pink hair who checked me out in the morning. In fact, all of the staff was professional, hard working and friendly, including the gentleman who checked me in at 2:00 in the morning. My room was clean, and the place was really comfortable for a 3-star hotel. Yes, it was expensive, but it was the most economical accommodation I could find in Amsterdam other than a hostel. The free Ibis shuttle got me to the airport in the morning, and the internet was reliable and fast. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and staff friendly. However, this is a miserable place, only suitable if you are forced to stay due to a missed flight or early morning departure. The food available is bast avoided. What I was given was barely edible. The vegan burger was a vile creation whose overwhelming meaty flavour made me presume it had been cooked in the same place as the meat.

Rooms are basic and old, but amazing for the price!!! Clean, spacious, convenient. Shuttle service to and fro the airport really made it convenient to get to the city- highly recommend for a budget-friendly place. Only potential suggestion is to have announcements when the shuttle is arriving as it’s sometimes a little late.

This is my second time staying at Ibis. I often stay here when I come to Amsterdam for work. Raj was excellent. He was very helpful and informative. I paid for an early check in at 9am but arrived at 8am. He was very quick to help me get checked in so I could rest. Location is great. A quick 10 minute walk to the bus station where you can easily get around the Netherlands

We had a nice stay here. The hotel is honestly quite modern inside (escalators to each floor) and our room was clean. It has a free shuttle to & from the airport and is across the street from a bus terminal that gets to Amsterdam central in about ~35-40 min. The breakfast has standard options like breads, lunch meats, and cheeses.

Modern hotel at a good location. A 5-10 minute shuttle ride from the airport. The guy at the front named Janel was just AWESOME!! It was late at night and he helped us quickly check in, as well as gave me tips on how to make the best Amsterdam-style waffles! They came out great. Thanks Janel!

Due to time zones and cancelled flights coming from East Africa, I missed my original booking date as a "no show". However, Yvonne at the front desk was great! I still had time left on my original booking and then she found me a room so that I could stay another day before flying back the the US. Whew! Since the hotel is minutes away from the airport, it isn't near any cafes. No, problem. I wasn't expecting two restaurants, breakfast buffet at 0400/4 AM to noon, when most places serve at 6 or 7 to 10. There was also a dinner buffet that had very tasty choices. My room was reasonably priced, small yet totally functional, clean and quiet. I would stay there again if I needed to be close to Schiphol but it is not well located for walking to Amsterdam's museums. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Granted we arrived fairly late, but there was a line up and 2 people at the check in desk, and one closed up rather than helping deal with the backlog. Only hotel on our vacation that had no AC. No sheet for the bed, just a thick blanket, much too warm. Towels are very small. I will say it was clean and the service friendly.

  • 1/5 Lea R. 5 months ago on Google
The room was filthy, bed had red (hopefully not blood) stains and black hairs all over even though I'm blonde so they're not mine. There is no place in the bathroom to put any things, the towels smell bad and there is only one per person. There is no toilet brush.... The closet is small and impractical. The room is so cold and the radiator is bad, loud and barily functional. There was no extra blanket either. Breakfast is very limited and could be much better. Food in the restaurant is some of the worst we ever had, along with staff. In busy hours it takes more than an hour from the center by bus. Absolutely would not recommend.

I had a very good brief stay at IBIS Schipol. The hotel is very close to the airport and the hotel runs a shuttle service to make it easy for the fellow customers. It is a brilliant service and by this way they go a mile ahead in their customer service. Rooms are clean and the operations are seamless. They should just look to increase vegetarian food options, few months back there was a hash-brown in their breakfast options which went missing this time. They even have a small souvenir shop in their premises which makes it easier for people to get their hands on the pretty things before checking out. Apart from that, it was all quality! 10/10 on the scale and i hope they continue to do well in the future.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel provides all the basic requirements for a comfortable stopover at Schipol. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to the airport is good. I would stay again.

The stay was adequate yet not the plus, plus I thought it would be. The hallways were clear generally clean - showed wear and tear/ well used. I found the buffet overpriced for the small eater. It was nice to have the lobby coffee and food available.

Room suddenly became very loud after midnight due to radiators that have, by the sounds of them, never been bled since the hotel was built. So loud it’s not possible to sleep with it next to your head. Reception claimed it is “normal”. Useful. Awful start to trip.

  • 4/5 Bryan O. 4 months ago on Google
For a 3 star hotel, this place exceeded expectations. It’s far cleaner and better kept than equivalents for sure. The staff during my stopover were faultless. The room has a cheap feel and isn’t spacious but the bed was very comfortable. The food in the 4th floor restaurant isn’t amazing but it was adequate for a stopover

Had to stay here for a night because I missed a flight. Hotel was dirty, unfriendly staff, worn out rooms. Tried to shower in the morning, no warm water. Needed to checkout, went to the reception, told them about the problem. They were like: 'yes we know, someone tried to fix it.‘ So they just don’t care about hospitality and they don’t care about icecold water. What a horrible hotel. Don’t stay here.

  • 1/5 Nyein C. 4 months ago on Google
"KELLY" at the reception is terrible. He didn't even answer my question and pretended to look at the computer when I asked him about my booking. He answered me back very briefly only when I raised my tone and voice. That's really disgusting how he treated me and my friends. Moreover, he couldn't even do registration stuff and took around 1 hour just to give us keys. It wasted our valuable time in Amsterdam since we only stayed there for 2 days. What a horrible experience on my first day in Amsterdam. Never faced this kind of issue at any other ibis hotels. Never going there again for sure as long as he is still around! Will tell my friends who are going to Amsterdam about this, too!

Great hotel. And the staff are very attentive they go out there way to make sure your stay is a comfortable 1. And the location is great and there's a free bus from the airport that drops you off at the front door of the hotel.

Arrived very late off a delayed flight, but got there safely due to their excellent shuttle, the staff were great getting me and my dog checked straight in and off to bed. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable, the pillows were super squashy. In the morning I needed transport for me and my dog to the ferry port and they helped me arrange everything and had me away in plenty of time. Really pleasant stay especially great with my dog.

The hotel has a shuttle bus system that works very well. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was good too. Shower was good. Great hotel if you need to spend the night and go again to the airport.

The room was clean. Shuttle bus is over crowded. The manager or supervisor-like acting person instructed us to join a lot larger group of guests, away from less croweded line we were originally on. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes before it was our turn, only to find out that he instructed us to line of on a wrong line. Instead of apologizing, he yelled at us in a very thick, insulting us that we are incompetent listener of his instruction. All he told us were to make a one line with the rest of larger guest that were already there when we first arrived. He said he announced that the line is for the guests with Airline brochure which we did not hear nor being told. He said it is our problem and I should leave this check in desk right away. Why would anyone have to go through this kind of disgrace, insult on the Christmas trip. We demanded the hotel for his apology, but he ran off to back office and kept peeking on us but never came out. Do not waste your time here if you don't want to be insulted for their own mistake.

Honestly, very impressed. We had a flight cancellation and was provided lodging. The room was small however it had a nice bed, good shower and felt clean. They have an airport shuttle bus about every 20 minutes. Our stay included meals at the hotel which were surprisingly very tasty. They provided a lot of options, good quality and an extensive time availability for meals! There is no restaurants or attractions near the airport but the hotel has everything you need and proximity to the airport. The service was good and our stay exceeded my expectations in every way. hey have a bar on the first floor open 5pm-12am, a restaurant on the 2nd, and a breakfast buffet on the 4th floor with very accessible house. We ate dinner and breakfast on the 4th floor and both meals were great. They included a variety of drinks (juice, coffee, tea, water, milk), several options of food for different dietary requirements, plenty of seating, clean dishes and ample amount of food.

Everything was perfect due to the location close to the airport and the existence of a Shuttle Bus that connects the Hotel to the Airport free of charge. A Hotel is 20 minutes (Uber) and 30 minutes by bus from the centre of Amsterdam, in our case we used Uber every day and it was worth it, as there were 4 of us. About the room, it is very comfortable with great cleaning service.

Helped on arrival by Raj. Great customer service, extremely helpful. Room was great, very spacious. Great location. Near a bus station (handy if you want to go into city). Airport shuttle was very handy. A great airport hotel.

I reported the smell when i entered, reception guy was so nice and he asked to spray the fresher or change the room. i opted to fresher because i am tired and slept. and when i work up to brush, the sink was clogged the water came up all , the smell was also from it . why can't house keeping staff make sure of all these ? worst experience . Even the body wash cap should be facing towards you , not the stupid wall when you press down for the soap.

This review refers to the buffet restaurant in the 4th floor, which we honestly do not recommend. It seems that Ibis has outsourced their restaurants and food services to an external caterer run by some Middle-East group or company who seem to have insufficient experience in restoration business for a 3-star International Hotel. The staff was entirely made up of Arabic people could not speak understandable English and were not properly trained. They wanted us to pay in cash. We did not feel comfortable with two or three arrogant male staff who paraded back and forth along the dining room with a bossy attitude, and the only female staff was not neatly or properly dressed for catering at an international hotel. They also started an loud argument between each other next to our table. The food did not taste bad, but the choices were quite limited and most of the entrees looked a bit stale in their containers. No pork, veal or lamb. Only chicken limbs and slices of fish. The juices were also artificial. They charge 27.50 euro, excluding wine or beer, which turned out to be relatively expensive considering the poor service and the scarce food variety and quality!

friendly staff, early check in was arranged without any hassle. free coffee and tea. All fine except the (free) Shuttlebus which does drive but not very punctual...... Dogs allowed for a surcharge of 20€ per dog. Parking in Front of the hotel at 19€ per day.

Stayed 1 night as was flying early and the location and free shuttle were so convenient. But I have to give mention to the staff especially the lady with red hair on reception. I was with my dog and was made to feel very welcome : ) All the staff seemed friendly and the hotel has everything u need for a good price. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely return!

Wouldn’t stay here again. I paid for an early check in that would allow me to check in at 9am. My room wasn’t ready till about noon, they refunded the early check in charge but if you’re expecting an early check in, maybe this hotel isn’t very reliable for that. Rooms were very dirty and dusty. Little black hairs all over the bed sheets and covers, dust and hair on all the surfaces. Looks like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Within walking distance to McDonald’s and bus stops. Free coffee and tea in the lobby and free shuttle bus to/from airport.

This hotel covers all the basics: comfortable bed, hot shower, reasonable breakfast. Best part is the regular shuttles 24 hours a day to Schipol Airport. Coffee or tea only in lobby, not in the rooms. Dinner out of polystyrene containers, but changed to plates the night before we departed.

Functional hotel. KLM gave us a voucher to this low cost hotel due to our delayed flight as we missed our connection. Best to not use the voucher and pay price of a good hotel and claim with airline directly as they refund up to €120 per overnight stay. Managed to get a good night sleep though in small dated but clean and quiet room, but avoid the abomination that is their "delayed flight" special buffet. Won't be trying their breakfast after that that's for sure!

Only stay here if you absolutely need to. The lady at the front told us that there wasn’t a family room available even though we reserved the room before. They gave us two rooms next to each other, and it wasn’t really a big deal because we were only staying for one night. When we got into the rooms, I wanted to take a shower, so I walk into the shower, and I see hair in the shower. Ewww. Looks like nobody cleaned it after the last person who stayed. Bad service, again, only stay if you absolutely need to.

My room was simple but It was very clean, the beds were very tidy. The room was silent. The pillows were also good. I didn't buy the breakfast so I don't know if it's good or not. The best thing is the shuttle to the Schipol airport, so we don't spend money with taxi.

Reception staff (Raj) was very good, made me feel very welcome. Directed to my room in the Sweet Wing, my room is lovely. Nice big bed, clean and tidy. I've stayed in this hotel before and have never been let down. Their shuttle bus service is free to and from Schiphol airport, you can almost guarantee the timings to the minute. Staff are always very courteous and helpful. I will be leaving a good review on their website.

A very pleasant stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable but the staff are all fabulous!! On reception we dealt with Lisa, Iris and Ingrid (& the manager) - all lovely, friendly people who will do their best to make your stay a happy one; at breakfast, Lily was helpful and pleasant; all restaurant staff were equally pleasant, and even the airport shuttle bus drivers were courteous and amusing! Rooms nice and quiet (considering the proximity of the airport!). Probably the only negative during our three nights here was the evening meal arrangements, with the hotel offering 'take away' meals, although you can still sit in the restaurant to eat them (or in your room); however the meals were nicely cooked. Would definitely stay here again.

The grounds are nice and well maintained, with plenty of green grasses and paths to take my dog for all walk. It's great that they're dog-friendly because we needed to stay overnight in between our flights. The staff was polite but not very helpful with transporting the dog kennel when we checked in. However, they did have a storage room that we could use so I didn't have to carry the kennel all the way to the room. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again if we need another stop over.

The toilet wouldn't flush more than once within a certain time period (so the two of us couldn't use the bathroom one after the other). With two girls in the room with small bladders this was incredibly inconvenient and weird. The room was also freezing for a long time even after we had turned on the heat. Only received two towels (no hand or face towels). We got the twin beds and since the mattresses are different (shorter pads on top of a large box spring) mine slowly slid off the bed during the night, since nothing is holding it in place. We changed to a late checkout and suddenly couldn't get into our room. Apparently you have to go back to the desk for them to change your card - I was not told this after having talked with them. The shuttle didn't run on time the night we got there either. It had a time table by the shuttle stop and came about 40min late. The next morning it seemed to be running more on time. Breakfast was pretty good though!

Please stay away.. 1- poor customer service, no name tag for employees. 2- I chose superior room because it is more updated and modern!!!. The room is far from that. 3- Room is small and carpet is stained. 4- The phone belong to stone ages and can not communicate with hotel staff. 5- No soap, shampoo, or body lotion. The bottle empty completely. 6- the bathtub dirty with hair in it. 7- I will never use this hotel again.

Room was affordable and clean, staff were friendly. The check-in ques are long because they are tempting everyone to join their reward program with room upgrades and free drinks. It makes it a good deal but takes a long time to check each person in.

The hotel is clean and tidy which is a great start. The staff are very sadly quite rude which surprised me as when I have stayed in hotels in Holland I have always found the staff to be very friendly. It's seems unless you are talking to a manager then everything is too much trouble. They have certainly taken full advantage of the location making the guests being a captive audience when it comes to pricing as the meals are very highly priced as are the drinks. Where are the tea and coffee making facilities in the room? And is €5 for a bottle of water reasonable.....

  • 5/5 Monika S. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are clean and pleasant, the staff friendly and helpful, although one of the people at the reception had trouble speaking English, at the same time she asked another for help, so the matter I wanted to settle was solved. The hotel is close to the airport (a quarter of an hour by bus), so it is a good place to stop during your journey. Food ok, as a vegetarian I'm glad I had plenty of choice.

Upon arriving at ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport after a long day, I was immediately struck by its convenience and the warmth of the staff. The swift check-in process meant I could retire to my cozy room almost immediately, a blessing given the important business meeting I had the next day. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep that had me waking up refreshed and ready to tackle my agenda. As my stay concluded, I was genuinely impressed by the hotel's proximity to the airport. The ease of commute allowed me an extra hour of precious sleep, a luxury I wouldn't have had elsewhere. The journey back to the airport was incredibly swift, ensuring I was at my gate with time to spare. The ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport was not only a convenient choice but also a haven that added to the overall success of my trip. It's clear that for future business trips to Amsterdam, this will be my go-to spot.

Service was excellent. With many different services inside the hotel (ex. A bar, a burger restaurant and a buffet restaurant). The location is near the airport and you can go there with the hotels own shuttle bus. Rooms were good, but there is a lot to improve.

Very helpful staff. Observation of staff was when they were dealing with almost 200 surprise guests due to cancelled flight. Room was clean and meal at dinner was very good. Nice and close to the airport is a bonus.

Very efficient staff, warm & always smiling. They pass on good information regards Free Shuttle service to the airport, bus service to the city. The breakfast is open from 4 am to 12 noon. Complimentary tea/coffee almost throughout the day. Exceptional is the word which comes to mind.

Wanted to save time and nerves because I had a late flight in and two days later an early flight out. Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, then another 35 minutes to check in because they didn't provide enough people at the reception. One receptionist lady should definitely not work in a hotel, super rude. Also, the layout is quite complex, they didn't even bother to explain how to get to my room, I was totally lost until a guest who knows the place helped me. Terrible experience, just take the train to the city, it will take you less time and nerves.

Do you like college dorms? This would be the place for you. Bare bones, small room, foam mattress, noisy (dispute having a do not disturb sign on the door, I still got a knock in the morning?), Small TV from 2002 doesn't work, minimal outlets, coffee machine in lobby was out of order, found stains on bedsheets... Maybe my college dorm was actually better than this... Tip: You only get a small throw pillow to sleep with *unless* you call down to reception and ask for another. In fact, It seems like you have to request *every* detail that you would want for comfort ie) quiet room, air conditioning... So keep that in mind. Additionally, it seems like the responses to bad reviews from this hotel are copy and paste from their social media manager, but nothing is actually changing....

Meh all around. Booked last minute because my flight was delayed and I lost my other booking. Shuttle to be the hotel was fine, and the receptionist allowed me to check in early. That's when things quickly went downhill. Upon arrival in the room: - There is no trash receptacle in the room. The only trash can is a tiny one in the restroom. There is no can liner. - There is no coffee or tea setup in the room. No iron or board. Need a kettle or these other items? You must request them online via QR code. - Slow service response. Requests to reception take 2-3 hours+ for an answer/action. No one answered at reception the first 3 times I called. - The heat is turned off in the summer. Coming from tropical temps, sub-60 deg weather was cold. I had to request a portable heater 3 times in 5 hours, and the MOD gave me pushback about it until I insisted. - Cleanliness is the larger issue. My comforter was stained; it took 4 hrs to get a new one, which was then too small. There was hair on the sheets, in the bathtub, on the inside of the toilet lid...EVERYWHERE. Less pressing, but notable: the on-site Grab and Go market is highway robbery. They take advantage of the fact that there are no nearby stores; items sport airport prices. Think nearly 7euros for a large bag of Lay's potato chips. The staff with whom I interacted initially were pleasant (early morning shuttle driver, check-in receptionist). Other than that, given its location, cleanliness issues, mid-to-high price for the area (I paid about $150USD for one night) and extremely slow service times, this hotel is utterly forgettable. There are far better options for the price.

The shuttle service to and from airport is a pain. The bus doesn’t come frequently enough and it is always packed. When we got picked up from airport we had to wait 20-30 minutes and then there were so many people on the bus they were cramming us in. Very uncomfortable. No one to help with the bags. On the way back to the airport I ended up having to get a taxi. The room and staff were fine and as expected for this type of hotel. The room was clean. AC was broken. Given the whole point of staying at this hotel is convenience to the airport, I would not stay here again.

Very close to Airport (free shuttle) and bus station nearby (450 m). Free coffee Affordable if you book via some booking website 1 month prior (we paid 50% of the on spot booking) Nice sitting or waiting area Free luggage room if you are traveling around and don't want to keep checked in and pay the rent. Despite no smoking zone near the entrance, people don't follow it which makes the sitting/ waiting area suffocating for non smokers (at least add a sensor to the main entrance as it keeps revolving which adds a more smoky smell inside or adds a fine board for smoking near the entrance 😂

Room was practical & clean. Has an airport shuttle and is very close to a bus stop that goes downtown. The gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful & printed out directions for us to some things downtown. The restaurant on the 4th floor was very convenient & delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very easy to access from the airport with a free shuttle bus that runs every hour. Raj on reception was most helpful and made sure all the requests I had made had been seen to. I have limited mobility and use a walking stick so absolutely cannot climb in and out of a bath. Raj assured me my room had a shower which it did the whole process was so easy and stress free. I'll definitely stay again

Stayed here as overnight stay for an interconnecting flight. Location : 5 star . Very easy free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Very friendly staff both at reception and restaurant . The fellow from Ghana ( sorry forgot your name ! ) helped us with directions to get to city centre and joked with the kids at breakfast. The rooms are what to expect. It’s not advertised as a 5 star hotel so I was happy with a comfortable bed and good shower before the long flight the following day.

Great location to the airport and free transportation to and from hotel/airport where you can also take the train into the city! Raj helped check us in and was amazing! For some reason my reservation wasn’t made…wasn’t his fault and he went above and beyond to help me get into a room quickly! What a friendly man with a very good attitude! I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone as a great, convenient and comfortable place to stay!

This hotel was GREAT! The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. My ONLY complaint is the location. If you have an overnight layover or need to be close to the airport it’s a great place to stay. But if you’re planning to visit downtown Amsterdam it’ll take about 40-50 minutes to get into town by bus. The good thing is that there’s free shuttles to and from the airport. So most nights we would take a one way to the airport and then hop on the shuttle and get back to the hotel. And Uber into town (ex Anne Frank house) will cost about €40’s give or take on the day/time and traffic. So definitely keep this in mind! Other than that I loved this hotel.
