‼️‼️‼️‼️🚨EMERGENCY Don't go to this hotel, it will ruin your holiday 🚨‼️‼️‼️‼️❌‼️❌‼️🚨and you get infections from bedbug bites and dangerous ❌‼️❌‼️🚨I have never in my life seen a hotel so dirty and even with bed bugs, it was really a very bad experience, which I wouldn't wish on anyone, after talking to the staff you won't solve anything, so if you are this reading review, believe me, change hotels, this is a scam, it's not worth getting eaten by bed bugs and ruining your vacation, hope it was helpful, be wary of people and hotels like this....‼️☢❌❌❌I forgot to mention that I stayed in room 201❌❌❌ 🚫⚠️

Really dirty hotel. We’ve been really disappointed about this place. You can hear everything from your neighbors.

I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. This hotel lets you book non-refundable rooms through bookin.com. then when you arrive at the hotel they make you pay additional taxes and charges, even though your booking and payment included ALL taxes and charges. So you don't have a choice but to pay. And then you find that the rooms are dirty and old. The beds smell bad and the sheets are ancient. There are hairs everywhere. I followed up on the over charging with booking.com and they wouldn't help. In my opinion this hotel are crooks and should be investigated by the Police for fraud/theft. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not stay here if you have any sense at all.

I booked a room here recently and it was like a joke. The room was so small and cramped you hardly could stand there with 2 people, it certainly was a room they did not show on their fancy website. In the bathroom the towel hanger came off right away after touching it, and then the toilet seat came off too. I came in early in the morning and asked them at 11.30AM if I could still have breakfast and they flatly said no, without elaborating. The location is in south Amsterdam, not close to the centre but yes there are a lot of busses and tram connections. I won't come back here ever again, I'd rather sleep on a bench in the park for free. The price for this little cabinet/room was very steep too.

I did a booking for 3 nights and I'm not satisfied at all. Very small room, heater embeded in the wall not heating at all - cold room, the bed with yellowed sheets - dirty, the closet in the bathroom litteraly is in front of the sink you can not reach the sink.. very bad experince. Definitelly, I do not recommend it.

Honestly we had a great stay! We filled up a whole 6 person room so it was great we had lots of privacy and the rate was really good for how long we stayed! I would love to come again! They had hot water, they provided towels, shower gel and shampoo! Nothing to complain about! There’s several outlets by the beds so each get their own plug as well as their own 2 usb ports!

Room was unavailable on arrival. No effort was made to contact me and the staff seemed disinterested in correcting matters. I was offered one room in a poorly reviewed hotel 5KM away from my booking. I would suggest avoiding this hotel. Motel One down the road luckily had a cancellation and were infinitely more professional and just generally a better place to spend your time and money.

Stayed in the room with a balcony and would highly recommend it. Large comfortable bed, mini fridge, decent sized room. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location is perfect. It's beside a tram stop, a supermarket and many shops and restaurants. Will definitely be returning soon

A really nice hotel and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We had also a nice and tasty breakfast. The hotel is a 3 min walk away from all the bus-tram stops that you will need for exploring Amsterdam.

Hotel that on the internet seems perfect, once my stay started as soon as I entered the room from the sink leaked water the window did not open. then wandering around the shops I bought a pair of pants and left them at the foot of the bed in an open envelope where the cleaners sent a detergent that ruined it, when I went to report what happened at the reception I was told: do a complaint on Booking ", all very absurd. Taking responsibility is absolutely not part of the structure, think about it👍🏽
